Description
Black Bear 8064 looks straight over River Run Village from a coveted balcony perch, with the gondola an astonishing three-minute walk from the lobby.
What You'll Love
- 3-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- King bed in the primary suite
- Queen-over-queen bunk for the crew
- Balcony overlooking River Run Village
- Shared hot tubs, sauna, and fitness room
- Elevator and no-stairs access
The living space wears its ski-town heart on its sleeve: a stone-trimmed gas fireplace with mounted TV, a live-edge wooden dining table, and a window-side desk nook with armchairs facing the village below. The kitchen serves granite counters, stainless appliances, and barstool seating along the island.
Sleeping quarters cover a lot of ground for a condo this walkable: a primary suite with wrought-iron bed frame and village views out the window, a bunk room with a plush double-decker bunk plus TV, and a sofa sleeper for the last arrivals - up to eight in all. Two full baths, one with walk-in shower, keep the rotation moving.
Step onto the balcony and River Run's festival plaza, shops, and evening lights spread out beneath you; in winter you can nearly hear the gondola humming. Add shared hot tubs, a sauna, ski storage, and a fitness room, and Black Bear 8064 earns its keep every single day - book it now for the season ahead.
Free parking for one vehicle is available in the shared garage. If your vehicle is oversized and cannot park in the designated parking garage, please call Keystone Resort at 970-496-1409 to register your vehicle and arrange parking in the River Run parking lot.
