Black Bear 8074

This was the perfect place for our tiny family. My 5 year old son loved sleeping on the pullout couch. The fireplace was nice and warmed the whole place. The hose was very welcoming and informative. Loved that you could get to the pool and got tubs by going through the parking garage and up some stairs instead of braving the cold temps the entire walk. We told our son it was a secret passage way and he loved it! It was clean and ready for us even a little earlier than expected. Lovely hot tub on site. We would love to stay again.

Amazing condo right within walking distance of the gondola of heavenly it made it very easy for us to be able to access the lifts and do night skiing. The little downtown area is right underneath you with plenty of restaurants and things to do and overall beautiful location bed was very comfortable. The fireplace made a beautiful touch. The water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

Stay was great. We love being right in the village and select our location to be close to other family traveling with us. The space was perfect for our family of 4. It was very convenient to text for requests and questions. The only downside was a quiet high-pitch noise that we could hear whenever the heater turned on.

Our favorite part of this condo was the super-short walk to the lift. The elevator was right outside our door, the ski locker was around the corner and down a short hall from the elevator, the exit was right next to the ski locker, and the walk from the door to the gondola was about as short as you can get until the new buildings are finished. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry was one floor down on the other end of the building. No charge, but the laundry room turned into a sauna when the dryer was running. Our only issue was the gas fireplace which was working only intermittently. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Great location. Perfect for our family with small kids because we had an easy retreat after skiing and the kids could hang out at the condo while one of us skied.
It also allowed us to go on short outings around the village without needing to bring a bunch of kids stuff!
Only minor complaint is that the sofa bed isn’t really comfortable for adults, but it was just fine for the kids. Otherwise the condo is really nice and clean. :)
Would love to stay here again in the future.

Very nice. Unit was very warm and would have been nice to be given a soap, shampoo and conditioner to last for the duration of our stay. The supplies were offered but required a drive to pick them up.

18 days at Keystone River Run was a real vacation away from noise of city and fast paced lifestyle. We loved BB 8074. Very convenient to shops and restaurants and access to ski slopes is only steps away. Suggestion to owner: Add shelves for access to dishes. They were on a top shelf that was difficult to reach. We will be back, for sure!

It was a wonderful experience, great food and great atmosphere. The unit was very clean and in the perfect location, central to just about everything. The unit also had great accommodations and a very "home" like feeling with a modern touch. I appreciated the extra touches like covered parking, great artwork and kitchen utensils to make a home-made meal.

I cannot say enough about this management company. They are extremely organized, fantastic communication, everything as promised. Very easy to get a hold of them via text. They also send instructions many times so it's hard not to know steps to take for arrival, departure. Also, place was VERY clean and although small, they did a very good job placing furniture etc. Easy parking as well. Very satisfied customer. 5 STARS

Location cannot be beat! Central and within walking distance to just about everything! We loved the modern, classic feeling of being at "home". Great amenities with "extras" in the kitchen to make a home-cooked meal. We appreciated the covered/heated parking as well as the cleanliness of the unit! Bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and linens! We will definitely be back!

Cute little condo in the heart of Keystone. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and organized. Has everything you need. I felt reasonably priced. Parking easy as well. The mgmt company is also excellent. I give it 5 stars!

Check-in was great: super convenient, great communication from staff, directions were accurate - Location is hard to beat. It overlooks the main square in the River Run part of Keystone. There are a bunch of restaurants, the general store, and other shopping right at your feet. (The downside of this is that spring breakers may keep you awake with their revelry, but this really wasn’t bad.) - You can’t get much closer to the lifts or the ski school. Super convenient. - The hot tub, ski lockers, and grill were all easily accessible and functional. - Parking was convenient, covered, and heated. - Having a full functional kitchen was great. It made life very convenient, and meant we didn’t have to eat out for every meal.
