This condo is very well appointed and spacious. The cabinets are full and include everything you need for a stay. The only issue at all was not having drawer space for the people sleeping in the Murphy bed. There are two chest of drawers in the bedroom. It would be nice if one of those was swapped with the black thing full of games so people could unpack their clothes. Since it has a sofa bed, you could easily have 4 people without drawer space. That said, it was a very minor issue! Have stayed at Buffalo Lodge many times and this was the nicest condo so far. Would definitely try to get it again.

Extremely convenient location with everything you need. This was a quick walk to the lift, local restaurants, and equipment rental shops. Heated parking deck was a huge plus.
The room was clean and met our needs perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment.
Peter provided a lot of information proactively and responded quickly to any questions we had.
Overall excellent location and host!

We really enjoyed the stay and had plenty of space! The basic amenities covered everything we need and the Dakota Lodge pool was easily accessible in addition to the Buffalo. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and the room was walkable to everything we needed.

This is our second time booking with summit and specifically in this room. First and foremost, booking and working with the company is quick, easy, and the staff are great with customer service. The lodge itself - Buffalo, is nice as well. The "lobby" area has the pool tables, tv, and comfy sitting area. One of the elevators was down, but since we go at a slower time of the year, it really didn't affect us. As for the room itself, we absolutely love it. Works perfect for our family of three. Kitchen provisions were great, nothing missing from what we needed. Super cozy living and dining area. Bed in room and Murphy bed both comfy. Bathrooms are great as well. If I had to pick any cons, they would be very limited. The room seemed to have a light, odd smell, but that could have just been our senses. And, the rug in the master bath seemed a little dirty. These are not things that affected our stay at all and are merely my attempt to provide any possible detail that someone might comment on. Our stay, from all aspects, was definitely 5 star.

Stayed with a handful of friends for new years and it was perfect. The place was clean and spacious. Easily sleeps 5 people. Less than a 5 min walk to the river run gondola and just above all the restaurants, shops and rental stores for equipment making getting around easy. Only complaint is limited parking spaces (1 space in garage), but easily solved with the overnight parking in the lot nearby. Would stay again!!

Great location and the condo was very clean. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Both beds were very comfortable! The elevator was out so the walk up 5 flights with ski luggage was not fun. I am sure that is a temporary issue. We had a blast skiing and being able to walk to the gondola and restaurants after. Thank you!

Summit Cove made our stay easy. Our condo made it cozy & delightful. We’ll definitely be back! We had 2 calls to the mgt co. The first was immediately addressed (extra blankets 😊) and the 2nd was small bathroom sink drain that was not a problem for us and will no doubt be repaired before the next guest arrives. We were perfectly situated, in every way, for our grandsons 1st ski lesson. Everything a walk doable for a toddler! That’s a win!!!!

The 2nd straight year we stayed at this comfortable condo in Keystone. The facility is steps away from the restaurants and shops of River Run and access to the garage is easy to move back and forth your baggage and skis. One minor inconvenience was the televisions did not have access to network TV, and since this was Super Bowl weekend, we streamed it over our laptops. Otherwise the toilets, kitchen, billiards room, and hot tubs worked great and used by us. Highly recommend for use by up to 4 people.

We are from Denver and stayed here over a long weekend. This unit was fantastic. The tall ceilings made it feel so spacious, and the sleeping arrangements (one bedroom + a murphy bed + a pull-out couch) made it very comfortable for our family of five. The unit is close to the elevator and all of the furnishings are really nice and well cared for. I highly recommend for a family. I wish we owned this place!

We really liked staying at the Buffalo Lodge at Keystone. The 8411 Unit was clean and everything worked as should. Having 2 Bathrooms was a plus and all the fixtures worked great. The fireplace with the timer was really nice. The beds were very comfortable and can sleep 6 comfortably. The hot tubs (2) were very convenient to the lobby and the 2 pool tables provided fun during Super Bowl weekend. Access to the heart of Keystone's River Run is steps away, with the lifts about 120 yards from the lodge (awesome)! Numerous restaurants to eat or use the kitchen provided. Parking is underground and an elevator can move your luggage between the garage and your floor. We look forward to future stays.

We rented this condo in early Feb this year. It was a perfect fit for the 5 of us. It is located in the main village area of Keystone and convenient to pretty much everything. The master bedroom is a good size with a king bed, the murphy bed is an excellent way to allow for more sleeping space and the two full baths are great. Overall, we would recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend an amazing time at a great ski resort.

We loved our stay in this condo and felt that it had plenty of room for two couples! It was so nice to have 2 full bathrooms as well! My only suggestions to the owners would be to update the cookware and the mattresses.

We loved staying in Buffalo 8411 both in January and again in February. However the amount of bath soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, etc. were inadequate for a stay of 8 days as ours were. The refuse area was very offensive. First time I ever had to take out my own trash in the Keystone condos and it was quite unpleasant.

We stayed at the Buffalo Lodge #8411 for 3 nights/4 days. The location can't be beat for skiing, it's literally about 150' to the gondola. There was a ton for the kids to do.......pool table in the lodge, ice skating across the street, street checkers/chess outside the main door, huge outdoor fireplaces for roasting marshmallows, skiing within 150', two outdoor whirlpools, an outdoor (heated) pool, lots of shopping/eateries within a 1 minutes walk in the River Run square, etc.......we used it all. The condo was like a second home, both beds and the sleeper sofa were comfortable. The wireless was excellent for streaming online movies. Everything was outstanding, and the heated underground parking was a HUGE bonus, especially when it snowed. The only recommendation we'd have is some of the outlets need to replaced, they work.......but, you need to hold the plug in it for it to work otherwise the plug falls out (the outlets are very worn, specifically the one to the left of the master bath sink, the one to the left of the murphy bed, and the one below the kitchen island). Overall, an excellent condo that we'll definitely stay at again!

Excellent condo.This is the third year we stayed in this River Run condo. Kitchen is well equipped which made cooking a pleasant experience. The mattress for the Murphy bed has been replaced since last year and was great. Summit Cove was very helpful and answered any questions we had. They also allowed us to leave the keys in the condo when we left which expedited our departure.

Great location and overall nice condo, very spacious and vaulted ceilings make it feel large. A little outdated but functional. The outlets need to be replaced as it’s hard to get anything to stay in them. Thin walls so expect to hear noises, but luckily this place is on the top floor. Heated underground parking is awesome! Beds are fairly comfortable, especially the pull out sofa bed.

8411 is a great location for those skiing Keystone. It is only about 200 yards from the condo to the gondola. The condo was clean and fairly comfortable, with the exception of the bed pillows. Mattresses and linens are nice but the pillows are old and uncomfortable. Invest in new ones please so your guests will sleep well. The instructions we received, and which are in the condo for operating the TV in the den, are not correct; not even close! I eventually figured out you need to use the Dish remote to get it to work. I called the Summit Cove office and they were going to send someone over to help but I figured it out in advance. Summit Cove people were very nice and easy to work with. The condo has a very small kitchen trash can and only provided one garbage bag. I went by the office and they gave me more bags. Hopefully they will put more than one bag in the unit since one bag for 4 days is unreasonable. We were 2 adults and 2 teens. I do not think 6 adults could work here, not for more than a night or two, as space would become an issue. Overall, great location but please replace the old, uncomfortable pillows!
