Location couldn’t be better. It was so great to ski in and out all day. We had 6 kids on and off the slopes all day and staying close just made all the difference! The unit was bigger than it appears in photos. The skylights and windows make it seem really bright and open. We stayed over Thanksgiving day and the kitchen was so well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen tools, and bakeware with we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving dinner without issue. The hot tub was awesome after a long day at the slopes. Summit cove was very accommodating and came out to open the condo after we accidentally left without a keycard. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

The check-in was at 4 PM, and check-out at 10 AM felt too early. We paid an extra $50 late fee despite already spending $900 for the stay, yet the service didn’t match the price. The address was hard to find, and we spent two hours navigating due to a broken entrance. The staff named Jack was dismissive when we called for help. Only one parking spot was provided for a 10-guest house, forcing us to pay another $50 for extra parking. While the room was nice, the experience was frustrating and not worth the cost.

As the properties are large, additional time is required to properly clean between guest stays, and unfortunately, only one parking permit is available per property due to Keystone’s policy. Great location and loved the hot tub room! I would recommend letting renters know when two different hot tub workers stopped by in one day and I was at the condo very sick with food poisoning and stayed in. They were very friendly but it would have been nice if I would have had a heads-up to be a little more prepared as I was laying down in my pajamas.

Fantastic condo with an incredibly convenient location. Having a hot tub in the unit was great, but we couldn't find a way to adjust the temperature, which we would have liked a tad higher. Ski storage in the lobby was also not enough for a unit that sleeps 10, but it was easy enough to carry kids' skis upstairs to store on the balcony. We will definitely try to return to this unit next year.

Great location at the slopes! Once we unpacked (a bit of a pain walking 3 flights with suitcases and food) it was very comfortable. I agree with other reviews that one included parking pass is not enough for a condo this size. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. This is a great place to stay with a family!

We have rented a variety of places around the Keystone area and this was by far my favorite. The biggest impact was being just a very short walk to the lifts and an indoor, private hot tub. We skied four days in early march and would come back to the unit for lunch and breaks. I am forever ruined as commuting sounds so difficult! :-) The unit is quite large with plenty of room and great views. We needed the third floor unit to get the extra bedroom, course that meant walking up three flights of stairs each time, but was not too bad. Also liked the ski locker so we did not have to carry skis up and down each time. Our whole group loved the place, so there was only a couple negative things: 1. It is clear this place has been rented for a long time, with lots of wear, but still great. 2. The toaster needs to be replaced and the water dispenser in the fridge door leaked. 3. This was heavily covered before hand, but the lack of additional parking just made no sense. Only 1 parking spot for a three bedroom unit? Not too realistic and any legal parking is an additional $25 a day. There was plenty of room in the lot, so really want an extra spot offered, or the cost adjusted. Though, it was gated parking, so it was great to be able to leave and come back right to the mountain house side whenever we needed. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again, just was so great being so close to the lift!

We stayed here the week of Christmas and we had a FABULOUS time. The location is truly ski in / ski out. The wood burning fireplace was an added bonus and the two master suites made it a great environment for two families to share the space. The property is beautiful, the hot tub room is so nice and the staff was so helpful with check in , check out and anything we needed. We would highly recommend this property.
