This is a great condo if you can get it. Incredibly close to the slopes and perfect for a small group of friends. It’s extremely walkable to some fun areas in the evening and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook as well. We will be booking again if it’s available the next time we come up!

Great place to stay. All rooms were clean. The views from the balcony are beautiful (You can see the mountain where everyone is skiing. Pretty near to many stores, the ski resort and river run village.
I'll stay there again if I come back to Keystone

SummitCove was super easy to check into, and the location was convenient getting to Keystone’s Mountain House base. The ski locker was extremely convenient, and while we didn’t use any of the provided equipment, we saw bikes, tennis rackets, sleds, fishing poles, and other outdoors equipment. There was a slight issue in the bathrooms but the team was extremely proactive and quick to respond to the issue. They were very accommodating and the team was very friendly. Checkout was equally quick and easy. Highly recommended for ski trips!

We enjoyed the apartment. Very comfortable, instructions for check in were clear. Wish there were instructions on how to get to the village and lifts from the apartment. Property manager couldn’t help answer questions about the ski shuttle from the property.

Location was great - <5 minute walk to the first lift. Room was clean though the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This unit was exactly what we needed. Large enough for family of four without even using the couches as pullouts. the hot tub wasn't operational. I hate to nitpick, but that's a key part to the end of the ski day for some and it seemed like it was out for a while with no intent to fix it and no notice. If this is important to you, ask ahead.

Overall good. I liked the location of our condo. The unit we stayed in was fairly basic, but it served us well. This is the second time I have rented through your company, and overall I have liked working with your company. The unit we stayed in about two years ago was nicer that the unit we stayed in this trip. It would have helped if we would have been more informed about the quality of the condo when I booked this trip (I booked directly with an agent on the phone). Not a big deal, but worth noting. If/when we return to Keystone, we will consider booking through you again.

Great stay! Real wood fireplace. Great outdoor hot tub (shared). Possible to cook in updated kitchen but it's missing a couple things - bring you own knife sharpener. Great place for two couples going skiing!

We had a lovely stay at Cinnamon Ridge. The condo was exactly as listed. it was extremely clean, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy and everyone was very helpful. An added bonus for families - pack 'n play, booster seat, and a few puzzles at the condo! We felt it was a great value for the area during a very busy time of year.

Unit was perfect for me, my wife, and two small kids. Well equipped and comfortable. Super close to the Red Bus stop and only one stop away from the River Run base area. Nice full size kitchen with modern full size appliances and great view of the river and the slopes from the balcony. Will be marking as a favorite and will almost certainly book it again!

We loved staying at this keystone condo. The view was amazing and it had everything we needed to make meals and relax. My few comments would be that it’s unfortunate the hot tub doesn’t open until 10am. It would be nice to sit in there before getting the day started. We had 2 couples in our group and although we were comfortable, adding another reclining chair or updating to a sectional couch would be great for more lounge space. Our trip was for 4 nights and we only got 2 fire starters. I would have preferred to do a fire every night but didn’t have the ability to do so. Last, the only issue I had with Summit was that I called to check out and only got voicemail so i was not sure anyone actually got the message. Like I mentioned though we loved staying at this condo and will be back!

Thanks for staying with SummitCove for your Keystone Vacation Lodging needs!  The fire starters are actually designed to broken into 4 chunks each, so there should be enough to start 8 fires.  We will pass the feedback on to the owners as well about seating!  The express check out does create a ton of calls in the morning so a voicemail is fine, you can leave the voicemail and leave your keys on the counter and head straight home!  Thank you!

Everything to have a comfortable and cozy stay in Keystone. Full kitchen, although knives leave a bit to be desired. Fireplace! Walk to lifts. Outdoor hot tub. 2 ensuite baths!

Roomy and comfortable with a fantastic view of the slopes and easy walking distance to the lift chairs. Place feels like home. Had all of the amenities we needed plus great Wifi. The fire at the end of each night - with free firewood - was the perfect touch. Staff at Summit Cove was great. They got us checked in quickly and checking out was a breeze. The 2 requests we made during the stay were taken care of promptly. We had an amazing stay and we're already planning for next year.

Was very pleased with check-in, unit location, and overall condition of the unit. It was well equipped and most everything was in good condition. There were two issues that were a bit frustrating. First, the washing machine was borken. It worked, bt not right. That said, I did report it and they offered to send someone out asap but I said we were fine without it for our time. Secondly, there was no firestarters f working lighter to light the wood burning fireplace. They did supply wood. I went to the office to ask for a lighter or matches and they said they didn't have any. I had to run down the street to the convenience store to buy a lighter. That was a little frustrating but overall, we had a good experience.
