Love this condo. The balcony is a huge plus. Nice furniture and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants, shops and trails. Peter was very responsive with questions. The pool and hot tub are great. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. We came up to bike various trails in the area and the location was perfect. Great to walk to restaurants too. The hot tub was great after the long bike rides.

Great location and condo layout. Very comfortable and had a good view. I requested the owner look at the bed- it was a little soft on one side. Other than that, it was very clean.

We had a great stay for our family of four (Plenty of space, close to the pool, walkable to the ski slopes). Our kids are 7 and 4 and the walk is doable but can be tough in ski boots so our trick was to have them wear tennis shoes to the gondola and then put their ski boots on in the gondola. This does mean you have to carry a back pack for the tennis once you get to the gondola and have a way to carry the ski boots in addition to carrying skis. Peter's place is right by the stairwell that leads out to pool which was a perk for our kids.

We loved how easy it was to walk out and hit the slopes. It was nice being right in the river run village. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were spacious and always running.

Came in for opening ski season and we always book with SummitCove their service is top notch! This time we specifically booked unit 8481 which is a beautiful cozy unit with walkout directly to the hot tub and pool. Unit was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. There were extra pillows and a nice fuzzy blanket in the closet. Love the fireplace and the furniture is very rustic. Bathroom is modern and a nice kitchen we stayed in one night and made a lovely dinner. It’s in the center of the village and the lifts are literally a 3 min walk! We did have an issue after hours but the SummitCove team was amazing and had the issue resolved within 15 min even though it was 1am! After confirming the rental they sent an email with all their contact info and someone actually answered the phone! We’ll definitely be back in a couple weeks and will use SummitCove for the season. Appreciate you guys. Thank you 😊

Beautiful condo! Wonderful amenities, stocked everything that we needed in the kitchen. The condo was clean and in great condition and we really appreciated the fans in the closet, for when it got warm. Would highly recommend!

Recently stayed at Keystone in the Dakota Lounge through Airbnb, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The lounge was everything I hoped for – cozy, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance of the Dakota Lounge really added to our stay. Everything was in great condition and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Keystone!

Nice place in River Run village, and very small walk to the slopes. Close to the main parking lot. Overall easy and great overnight for a day of skiing. Would come back.

We are used to ski places that have very thin ceilings and floors. You can hear everybody above you. This place must be built Better than most. Very quiet considering the probability of kids and ski boots on the floor above. Also the bed mattress was amazing. Bought a new mattress when we got home!

We really enjoyed this condo. The mountain views from the windows/deck are great, The location is so convenient to the village, It was very clean and had a great cozy lodge feel. We loved the fireplace, The bed and other furniture was comfortable, We would stay here again. Thanks for a great experience.

Beautiful location and easy to get to. Nice restaurants nearby. The only issue we had is that the elevator was out of service. My husband has mobility issues, so going up and down the stairs was very difficult for him. This limited the amount of "running around" we could do. In terms of cleanliness, everything was fine except the balcony area was not cleaned. An empty beer bottle was left that had lots of cigarette butts in it.

We really enjoy staying at the Dakota Lodge for the weekend in January! It was great we were able to book a place just a little over a week prior to stay!! Property was clean with all the comforts of home, plus within 5 minute walk to gondola and access to pool and hot tubs!! We also got to extend our checkout for a minimum fee and REALLY APPRECIATED SummitCove staff dropping off our new keys rather than having to pick them up!
