Set in the vibrant center of River Run Village, this updated one-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium combines classic Rocky Mountain warmth with effortless convenience. Rich wood accents, natural light, and tasteful alpine decor welcome you the moment you walk through the door, creating an inviting space to unwind whether you are visiting for first tracks in the winter or wildflowers and festival weekends in the summer.

The open living area invites you to kick off your boots and relax in front of the stone fireplace after an active day outdoors. Plush seating, a flat-screen television, and large windows create a cozy gathering hub, with direct access to a private balcony offering fresh mountain air and village scenery. Adjacent to the living space, the fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, solid-surface countertops, and standard appliances—from a full-size range and dishwasher to coffee essentials—making it simple to whip up a hearty pre-ski breakfast or host an intimate dinner at the dining table and breakfast bar.

When it is time to recharge, the spacious primary bedroom provides a quiet sanctuary fitted with comfortable bedding, generous storage, and a television for evening entertainment. With two full bathrooms—each featuring tidy vanities and combination tub/showers—morning routines are seamless, giving everyone plenty of room to get dressed, brush teeth, and prep gear without stepping on each other's toes.

Unbeatable slope access defines this property's location. Situated right in pedestrian-friendly River Run Village, you are approximately 100 to 200 yards—just a breezy 3- to 5-minute stroll—from the Keystone River Run Gondola and the base chairlifts. You will never have to wrestle with crowded parking shuttles or load heavy equipment into a car trunk; simply grab your gear, step out the door, and walk straight onto the mountain. Between runs or after the lifts close, boutique shopping, fire pits, casual cafes, and lively après-ski spots are waiting steps away from your front door.

One vehicle parks free in the building's shared garage.
