- Laundry: Some units do have a private washer/dryer in the unit, check unit amenities for this information. There are two laundry rooms in the Dakota Lodge. On the 2nd floor is a laundry room to the left when you exit the elevator with two sets of washers and dryers. $1.75 to wash, $1.50 to dry, detergent is $1.00. This laundry room has a change machine provided. The 4th floor laundry room is one set of machines only. Prices subject to change.

- Pools & Spas: There is an outdoor pool and two hot tubs located on the 1st floor behind the building. There is also a sauna inside by the shower. Towels are provided. Hours are from 8am - 10 pm.
