What an amazing space to accomodate 12 family members, including 6 teenagers. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room and kitchen. The location is perfect for accessing hikes, biking, shopping, and restaurants.

We stayes with another family and the layout was perfect! One family took the rooms upstairs and we took the ones downstairs. Wonderful location and perfect for families with littles to get out and explore while using the place as a solid base camp.

We were in Keystone for a family gathering and this condo plus two others in Decatur were our home base. The condo was perfect for what we needed - a comfortable, roomy place with a fully stocked kitchen. The location is wonderful, with lots of hiking nearby. The kids loved the indoor pool and we all took advantage of Lake Dillion (low as it was this year!) Thank you for a great place!

We had a great time staying here. We love the location as it is close to the shuttle to the Mountain House base, although I wish it was easier to get to River Run. The condo is beautiful and has everything we need. Our only problems were parking (with a 4 bedroom unit we clearly need more than 1 car) and the heat was difficult to control.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo has large bedrooms, comfy beds & plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room for family games and relaxing after a fun day on the slopes. The large family area has plenty of comfy seating 2 TV’s and fantastic natural light. We will definitely come back!

We visited this condo over the summer and stayed with friends. We loved the location to downtown Keystone and all the summer events. This would be a great ski condo because everyone can have a bed and a bathroom! The living room is very large and the kitchen table is perfect for a big gathering of food or board games. We enjoyed having use of the pool and the walking path. The large washer and dryer were so helpful. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed with 2 other families and had a wonderful time. The condo has a great location on the bike path. We enjoyed the concerts in Keystone and Dillon. The bathrooms have lots of space and the kitchen is large and connected to the living room. The pool was a great place to enjoy at the end of the day! We would highly recommend!

We could not have found a better place to stay, and we will be back. The mix of upstairs kitchen with two bedrooms and two full baths separated from two lower level bedrooms and full bath allowed perfect separation for our early risers and those who wanted to sleep in. They thought of everything from kitchen supplies to board games and dry wood stocked by the natural fireplace with a beautiful mountain view. We watched the sun rise over Keystone with a cup of coffee every morning. Truly a home away from home! The free shuttle to Keystone is literally at the front door with slope side drop off. With two full families the shuttle made it possible to come and go in shifts without trying to get everyone out at the same time. Easy access to the pool and hot tub was another huge bonus, and ice skating on Keystone Lake is just a block away. We did walk to River Run one night for dinner, but drove and parked for free after ski hours the other night for shopping. Easy access to the full mountain experience. Can't go wrong here!

We have stayed here two summers in a row and we believe it is the perfect place for us to gather with friends ( which is what we did) but also a perfect place to bring the whole family. The condo is so well equipped and spacious that you never need for anything or feel like you are on top of each other! The location is amazing, for us we like the summer months in Colorado as we do not ski, and we could just jump right on the bike trail and head to Frisco, Dillon or Silverthorne. Also, there is so much hiking within minutes! Breckenridge is a short drive away as well! If you are a skier, there literally couldn't be a better location. Keystone has some great shops and restaurants as well! You will not be disappointed by this condo! So clean, well appointed and spacious!!

Everything about the stay was great, except for the parking situation. Only 1 parking spot was allocated to a unit that can fit 12 people. There is a parking spot across the street, North Parking Lot I think is what it's called. Day parking is free but overnight parking of $25/vehicle/night, which does add up. Factor that into the cost too. It's not far from the condo, just a 5 minute walk if you park at the closest location to the condo.
The rooms did heat up, but cracking open the windows solved this problem. The TVs were hard to operate, so just bring an HDMI cable to connect the TV to your source.
Overall, I'd stay again.

Great place in the heart of keystone. Place was nice and easy to get to. Plenty of good beds and room to hang.
Felt like we were nickeled and dimed a bit. Early check in was $50 even though it was only an hour, they made late check out available for another $50. Lastly there was only 1 parking pass and they would not give us another then got told to go to keystones website to figure it out. Annoyingly keystone then pointed us back to them saying they are the ones to issue the parking passes.
All in all we figured it out, and the stay was great. Just think that process could be a lot more accommodating.

We do charge for early check-in/late check-out if we need to guarantee a certain time. With the housekeeping staff cleaning large properties around the complex, we have their schedule set to run in the most efficient way to get all our properties ready by 4 pm. I am sorry about the confusion about parking. Keystone has given us a list of properties to which we can issue 2 parking permits and Decatur is not on the list. Keystone enforces the parking at Decatur and we just follow their policy. I am sorry that they did not give you accurate information. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and positive stay. I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations but hope you'll give us another chance. ~ SummitCove Lodging

This is great place to stay with big family or even big company of friends.
It is a perfect location near almost all necessary mountains.
Only thing I was disappointed with is there is only one parking permission, since the apartment is for 12 people, I would like to have at least two permissions.
You can always find parking outside the building area, but actually you can park only across the main road on a Parking lot for 25$ per day and you have to walk 5-10 minutes back to home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and grey views of the ski hill from the living room. The pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day on the slopes. We loved how easy it was to get to the shuttle from the building. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed, kitchen ware, board games, puzzles, and the boot/glove warmer was a huge plus! The bathrooms all had plenty of counter space for everyone sharing and we loved the cubbies in the entry for everyone’s gear. Highly recommended!!
