This Airbnb was beautiful, clean and newly renovated home with new appliances. The living area was so spacious, open and easily accommodated 11 of us (5 were teenagers). We enjoyed the wood burning fire place along with having a cup of coffee on the outdoor patio every morning. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, utensils. We had 4 cars and there was parking for all of us. The clubhouse was right across the street and the kids enjoyed the poole table, ping pong and foosball. The adults enjoyed the racquetball court, sauna and hot tub. The pool was decent size and very clean. Peter was great at helping us navigate things we needed. The price was very affordable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here!

We had a terrific weekend with family at Peter’s place. The townhouse had plenty of room for all of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. We had one issue with a smoke alarm battery that was low and it was dealt with and corrected promptly. We would definitely rent again for a large family gathering.

We were looking forward to a private hot tub as listed, but there was not one. We like to use a hot tub after getting the young children in bed and still be able to check on them.The house layout is great and the kitchen well stocked for all the cooking we did!

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very thoughtful for them to provide humidifiers for every room as well. The location was very convenient as well with how close it was to Keystone village and their stores. Having access to the community pool and hot tub was really nice too. Would definitely stay here again :D

Amazing property! Super comfortable for the whole family. We used the hot tub which was great as well. Short drive over to the ski lifts. The place is bigger than the pictures look. Also one of the best stocked places I’ve stayed in!!

Our stay was excellent and the space worked so very well for our family. The kitchen has everything needed. The hot water (and heat) did not work when we arrived - but the Summit Cove team corrected it as soon as possible - they were very responsive. The unit then lost hot water again on our third day of six and the Summit Cove team again corrected the problem... but the repair person let us know the unit had a leak in the system that the owners did not want to repair so they let us know this would be a recurring problem during our stay... and they offered to return daily to check the system and try to keep it working. We give this space 5 stars for rooms and comfort and we give the Summit Cove repair team 5 stars for keeping the hot water working all week! Finally, the hot tub and sauna in the unit is great!

This house was perfect for our 9 guests but would have fit more. We love to do our own cooking and this kitchen had everything. We had a small problem with a fire alarm but it was attended to immediately. It was nice to have one side of the garage a little deeper so we could fit our SUV. There is plenty of room for everyone and the pictures make the house look smaller than the space. We especially enjoyed the front balcony each evening after skiing. The sun shines right on it and it was perfect cocktail drinking weather. It’s across the street from the mountain. It’s walkable if you don’t mind going across the street in boots but there is free parking at keystone so it wasn’t a problem. I would recommend and will come back here again if we visit keystone.

Our stay was beautiful. We had what we needed and the staff was always available by text if we had a question or concern. When the hot water went out, we were given the option of a nighttime repair, or wait until the morning. I appreciated that level of service. The only suggestion I would make is for the housekeeping crew. On this particular property, Enclave 12, be sure there are sufficient washcloths along with the towels in every room. Each room had 2 bath towels for the expected number of people for the room. However, only some of the rooms had washcloths, as well. It was a great location, being near the club house, so we could take advantage of the pool frequently.

We had a great time in this condo. We had a larger group and there was plenty of space for all of us to stay. The amenities were great and we could walk to the ski lift which was awesome. There is also a great restaurant less than 5 mins walk.

My group of friends stayed at this property for a ski trip at Keystone and everyone had a great time! The property was clean and had ample space. It's right across the road from the resort, which was great. The management company even provided free firewood! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house and well managed. One thing that stands out is that the kitchen is extremely well stocked. That is extremely useful for such a rental. Tip: for anyone trying to walk to the ski lift, the fastest way is to turn left out the door and then cross the highway.

We hadn't been able to spend much time with our three sons and one wife and one fiance because of travel restrictions during COVID19. So, it had been over a year except for one quick Father's Day gathering to honor my wife's father. But my wife wanted a longer single get a way place in the mountains. She found The Enclave, a complex of condos Ren by Summit Properties in Keystone, CO. And, coming in from three directions, it turned out to be the perfect mountain resort.

Wonderful location for our long awaited COVID delayed family vacation. Unit is in great condition and Summit Cove responded instantly to the beeping smoke detector. Lots of towels and pillows. Our adult children loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well.equipped with a good selection of pans. The only thing missing was a proper teapot. Not a problem; I brought my own since I cannot start my day without tea. Will be back.

We have stayed in this unit on multiple occasions and it keeps getting better. We will definitely continue to come back to it in the future. There have been some really nice updates and there is plenty of space to sleep for families or larger groups. It is a quiet location that is directly across looking out at Keystone resort. This property was clean and spacious. Check-in and check-out is super easy. Our extended family included 8 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The updated kitchen and spacious main living area was our favorite part. We were all able to gather around for meals. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay....nice place....all rooms were comfortable in size, the only issue we had was the oven, it did not work properly, set it on 350 and it was more like 250, and there was not frying pan... other than that we loved it.....the living, dining area was really big ... there are only 2 TV's in the 4 bedroom condo, however, this I am sure is to ensure you spend more family time which is a good thing....after a long day of skiing they enjoyed the Sauna and the hot tub...hope to stay there again ...mc

This place was exactly as we expected! We "will" rebook in the future, even considering a different season. This condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It has a well equipped kitchen making cooking in every night easy. The open floor plan was perfect! Easily seated us all for meals while enjoying watching March Madness games on the big screen TV. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna on the lower level in the evenings. Having the clubhouse so close to play pool and table tennis just added to the fun of things! We loved the location! For those of us who did not ski, we enjoyed the view of the slopes both day and evening. Skiers had an easy access to a shuttle or walked to slope. We even had a pleasant surprise with an evening of fireworks from the balcony! Pleasantly surprised! Vicki

Enclave 12 has it all. Immaculately clean, spacious, great views of the Keystone ski area, ideal location right across from the ski area, right next to the condo association pool. When we arrived we were delighted to find that all routine supplies were provided (paper towels, TP, dishwasher soap, coffee and filters, etc., etc.), and there were plenty of towels. They even had a high chair and a gate guard to put across the stairs to protect the toddlers (of which we had one). Two car garage plus additional parking in front of the garage gave us ample parking for our 3 cars. The unit is professionally managed by Summit Cove Vacation Lodging, and their office is right across the street from the condo. They are open 24/7 and were helpful and friendly. We have stayed in many VRBOs and find them to be generally excellent. This was the best of the best.

As advertised. All rooms were clean, and everything worked. Very little kitchen equipment (had to buy our own pots and pans to cook with), but that was the only thing that wasn't as planned. Very spacious, bedding and layout was perfect, and there was even an air mattress (which we didn't use or ask for) included. Would definitely rent again and recommend!

Enclave 12 was a great choice for my group of 8 adults. Good beds, nice kitchen and dining area, comfortable couches, etc. Indoor hot tub was very nice as well. Being just across the road from River Run made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend.
