Nice place, only complaint is there is no check in office at the actual building and need to go about a mile up the road to summit lodging to get a key card

At this time, the building does not yet offer self check-in, so key cards do need to be picked up in person. That said, our office is conveniently located right at the turn into River Run Village, making it a quick and easy stop on your way in. Check in and check out are easy. The location is amazing and unit was very clean and comfy. The heated pool and hot tub were great. We will definitely be back!

Of all the keystone places we’ve stayed at, we enjoyed the set up of this one the most and the walk to river run was convenient. It would be nice is summit cove didn’t charge extra for a later checkout, with small children it was a bit hectic.

We only stayed one night as we came in for our vacation early because of snow. Condo was neat and clean with comfortable beds. Easy access to River Run Gondola. We would stay here in future.

It was pretty good, the only drawback to the property is the overhead garage doors in the basement parking garage. You could hear the motor. It isn’t very loud, but you could hear it. We did love the property though, it was nice to walk to the gondola. The condo was clean and had a lot of remodeling done to it. The condo was really nice. We will try to stay there next year if we can.

Beautiful area. Never been in that area before. Clean well kept. Trying to hook up TV took 2 days. Frustrating when you have kids wanting to watch something.

Nice unit. Kitchen well equipped and updated. Also has heated underground parking. Great location for access to the River Run gondola and base area, about 1/4 mile walk, as advertised. We had seen a couple of comments about the garage door, which is located underneath this room, being loud but hardly noticed it. Would definitely stay there again.

I recently rented this unit for several weeks. and was extremely pleased. The fact that the living area had 7 windows provided great views and very different compared to other units i previously rented. It was also a perfect setup to have guests use the murphy bed and second bathroom in the unit; it seemed more like a 2 bedroom unit. The condo was well equipped and the gym, hot tub, and pool were great amenities just a few steps away. And being very close to the gondola was also perfect. I would definitely recommend this rental!

What a perfect home base for an awesome vacation! The condo was immaculate and had everything- -from comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom space and every kitchen utensil we needed! The location is prime, on the edge of River Run Village, so not too noisy, but close enough to walk in just a couple of minutes to the lift as well as all the great restaurants and shops! The unit is on the first floor in the perfect spot with no hallway traffic or noise from other guests. The balcony has a view of the mountains and village but enough foliage to provide privacy from the other condos. The management team was super-responsive and any questions I had were answered immediately. I simply can't imagine being any happier with our experience! I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again!

We loved every second with Summit Cove! Enjoyed playing cards by the fire at night and the location was so convenient for skiing in the morning!

We have stayed in River Run numerous times and this unit was the best. It was in very good condition, had every cooking utensil you could need and furnished perfectly. The first floor corner location was great. No hallway noise and no stairs to climb. We’d definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in three different condos within River Run Village and this unit in Expedition Station might be the best. Perfect for our family of four as our 16 and 12 year olds had their own beds. The unit was on the first floor at the end of the hall so away from the noise but very convenient to the common area, pool tables and hot tubs. The master bedroom didn't have it's own A/C or Heat thermostat and it got quite warm but we opened the windows and it was fine. Kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the hot tub as our daughter chipped her permanent front tooth on the metal bar that allows you to walk into the hot tub. It was loose and swung back into her when she grabbed it. We let the folks at Summit Cove know and i am sure they will have it fixed if not done already.

We were in town for a family wedding this past weekend. At the last second we realized we needed one more condo. The accommodations were outstanding. The condo was well taken care of, appropriately stocked, clean. We had a total of 3 condos for this past weekend, all thru summit cove. We could not be more pleased with our stay and will definitely use you again!!

The room temperature was very warm, even though we had the thermostat turned off. One of the building managers told me it was because the apartment was over the garage and the heat was radiating from the garage. We had to keep windows open to let enough cool air into the room to balance the heat from the garage.
