Overall, the space was good and so was Summit Cove. There were a couple of minor issues that Summit Cove immediately addressed. For example, cleaning up all of the bird poop on the balcony (it was left over from the melting snow). However, it would have been wonderful had that issue been addressed before we arrived.

We had a great quick last minute stay at this property for 1 night with 2 days of skiing, night skiing, ice skating, hot tub/pool and steam room. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with comfortable space for everyone to sleep. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and the condo was very clean and included everything we would need.

Perfect location for our Christmas family ski trip which included 3 kids under 8 years old. It truly is steps away from the ice skating rink, just a few more steps through the river run village to get on the gondola, and garage parking was helpful. Only minimal downsides which was no vending machines or water filling stations inside the condo complex and the heat in the bedroom did not function at full capacity which made that room chillier than preferred overnight.
Would still recommend for a small family and/or return ourselves!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was in pristine condition. Check in was a bit confusing and we went to the wrong location at first but when I called, they easily redirected me. The kitchen lacked basic supplies such as oil/spray and spices (besides salt and pepper) so bring your own!
Also, this is not the owners fault at all but important for families with little kids- the front door does not have a security door lock on top and my toddler opened the front door several times!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and had the coziest Christmas experience!! Highly recommend this place! You will feel right at home. We did not want to leave!

Excellent for a ski weekend at Keystone. Gondola is maybe a 7 min walk, awesome!

We really had a great experience. We were in Keystone for a family wedding. The entire experience with SummitCove was about the best rental property experience we've had. GREAT communication on everything (checkin, check out, water notice, etc) Surprised me as this experience was MUCH BETTER than any of our recent Airbnb experiences.

We had a nice weekend. However, we did have to change condos. The first one had a sewer/gas odor and we were offered air fresher or we could move. We definitely chose to move. The second condo was lovely. Our only complaint was the balcony which was covered in bird poop and pretty disgusting. We had picked a place with a view and then only got to see it through the window. Just didn't feel it was worth complaining about it but was disappointing, Otherwise, the condo was very nice. Josh from SummitCove was very accommodating.

Our family had a wonderful time in this space. We really loved how family friendly the environment was for our toddler and 5 year old. There was a park and putting green right outside our doors. We enjoyed several trails where the kids got to play in the water. There was an additional playground and digging site for the kids right next to the restaurants. Everything was in walking distance. It was also nice to have the heated pool to swim in. Definitely recommend this space for families! Also a major plus was the air fryer especially when cooking in high altitude.

We loved our stay! We couldn’t figure out how to work the Murphy bed initially (you have to pull down, not out lol) but when we called summit cove they responded immediately and sent someone over to help us. This was really great! We also really loved the fact that there were two bathrooms and the layout of the place in general was great. We enjoyed the amenities (hot tub and common areas) and the heated parking lot was convenient. We had two cars but only one parking pass so the second car had to park out in the River Run lot and pay the $25 overnight parking fee but that was fine. Our only complaint we had was that the toilet in the bathroom attached to the master bedroom was very slow to refill between flushes. We called about this as well but it was not fixed by the time we departed. We would definitely come stay here again and thought it was a great deal for the price as well :)

Perfect condo for mother/daughter getaway. The second bathroom was a selling point for us as two women need a lot of space. The condo itself was very comfortable and the pictures online were an accurate representation of the property.

Summit Cove is very professional. Excellent communication. Drop box available for late arrivals. They made our last two trips to Keystone easy. Starter amenities (coffee/etc) so helpful for late night arrivals.
Beautiful hot tub/pool area, ski lockers, fitness center with a steam room…all a quick stroll from the gondola and restaurants. Thanks Summit Cove!

We loved our stay. It was really centric and confortable. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. And the kids had a blast. I will only recommend to have more info about the premises and instructions. Other than that I recommend staying here for sure.
