- Laundry: Some units do have a private washer/dryer in the unit, check unit amenities for this information. There are laundry rooms located on each floor to the left as you exit the elevator. Turn the corner and the first room on the left is the laundry room. Each room has one set of washers and dryers and a detergent dispenser. $1.75 to wash and $1.75 to dry, $0.75 for detergent. prices subject to change. the washer and dryers take a debit card while the detergent dispenser takes to change. there is no change machine in the area so please bring your own quarters.

- Pools & Spas: There is an outdoor pool and hot tub located in the courtyard. Enter through the door to the right as you exit the elevator and go through the shower/changing rooms. You will also find a steam room connected with the hallway to both of the changing rooms. Hours are from 8am to 10pm.
