The Gateway condo was very spacious with comfortable beds, a jacuzzi in both bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. It was in the main building more a hotel feel from outside in contrast to a separate ski condo but it felt very private. It had very nice touches like hooks above the fireplace to dry your ski gear and a bench and hooks by the door for boots and coats. It also has nice well marked lighting. We did not use the second bedroom but this space would also be great for a family. I would book it again if we come back next winter.

Great place to stay, as described has every thing you need and more. Close to skiing. Only downside was we were missing the key to the ski locker and didn’t end up getting it during our stay, otherwise everything else was good.

This home was so comfortable! Loved all the room in the bathrooms and comfortable beds. It was nice to have the high top table next to the window for a little remote working and having a kitchen that opened up into the living room area. The ease of location was ideal for morning walks and quick walks down to the store. Can't wait to come back! Ali

Prime location, communicative staff, spacious room with everything you need! Facilities within the lodge were a bit dated. Hallways need renovation and pool hot tub area needs better ventilation.

it was a very nice place. would have liked a few more blankets since we don't like heat up too high. also would like plain salt and not the pink salt but all in all we enjoyed our stay. the concierge was very helpful and told people not to keep doors open and checked multiple times to keep pool and hot tub nice. I appreciated him...he was on top of his game.

My friends and I had a great stay here in this condo! It had everything we needed and it was so great to come back to after a long day of skiing. Everything felt so cozy as well, I would absolutely stay at this place again!

Very cozy place and great walkable location to the lifts. Me and two friends shared the place for a week and we had plenty of space to be able to work during the week and go ride when time permitted. Had all the kitchen stuff we needed to make food during the week. My only complaint is the shower head in the master bath. The pressure is high and the shower head sprays out like a pressure washer.

Great stay. Condo is very spacious and the well worth what we paid. Kitchen has just about everything you could need to cook and we saved a ton of money by doing so. LOTS of places to hang your ski gear and even hooks over the fireplace to dry things or warm them up. There’s also a ski locker for storing your skis and boards. Our stay was great and the location is awesome if you are going to Keystone to ski as you can walk right over to the lifts in just a couple minutes!

Gateway5030 is an excellent choice with lots of room. There were plenty of games and movies to occupy the time. There was some noise from the unit above but we just used the box fans provided to drown out the noise.

Place was super cool. Loved the fireplace and balcony!
The company was super helpful and responsive, we had an issue with the DVD remote and they stopped by while we were out on the mountain and got it fixed same day.
We also loved the indoor parking spot.

This unit is a wonderful space with lots of seating. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living area. The bathrooms are very spacious both with large soaking tubs and separate showers. We enjoyed beverages at STEEP which is just in the lower level and a wonderful dinner at Pug Ryan's in Dillon. The River Run Village is so close by we could walk and did not have to worry about driving and parking. We even visited the general store in the lower level to pick up some extra supplies and discuss the current price of eggs.

Located about 10 min walk from the base of the mountain and a reasonably short drive to surrounding attractions, the property is clean, features a relatively well equipped kitchen and provides for a comfortable stay in the area.
The team managing the property resides on site, is courteous and helpful. They communicate proactively and promptly. Accessing the property and the garage was easy.

We had an amazing experience at Gateway 5030. Unit was great, good distribution of spaces and having two full suites each with their own full baths was great. Kitchen was good and we are very much into cooking and that kitchen had everything you need and plenty of dishes and glasses. Only think I would add to it is a 5-6 quart pot for pasta. Also a couple serving spoons. There were plenty of wood ones but could be better with more traditional serving spoons.

The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked has everything you could need. Check in/out was extremely easy. The only suggestion I would have is to install new screens, as many are bent and don't fit the window and consider updating living room furniture as it is a little worn. Those are things that didn't impact our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

We brought our son to Keystone for his first ski trip and this was the ideal place for us! Everything is newly updated and clean and the owners thoughtfully provided everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. While it is a studio, we found it was more than enough space for our small family...the Murphy bed made it a snap to give our son space to play on the floor or for us stretch out our sore muscles after a hard day of skiing. We tried to cook most of our meals to save money, but there is lots of great dining just steps away and it's a short walk to the lifts if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. The view of the mountain is great and our son loved watching the Saturday night fireworks from the window. Great place. Our son can't wait to go again so we will be back!!!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 5 days in early January and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very cozy for the two of us. The kitchen was enough for us to be able to cook our own meals. The location is amazing. Extremely close to the slopes and not far at all from town. We would recommend this to anyone other couple looking for a place to stay.

We will definitely be back!! The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. The condo is more spacious than other condos in the village, but the best part is you are next to the village! We stayed here with our 4 kids and didn't feel cramped. Tons of extra pillows and blankets which is always nice. Fully stocked kitchen too. Pool and hot tub is small but nice....even though it's indoors it has lots of windows with cute umbrella decor and seaside scene painted on the walls. Keystone is such a great place, so many activities to choose from, or just chill and enjoy the view. Thanks for sharing your place with us! ps - Zuma was a great place to eat in the village and the inkspot has great coffee....go there instead of Starbucks and support local biz :)

Just returned from a two week stay at this condo in Keystone and it was great! The condo is spacious and comfortable and well stocked with everything I needed. Plus, there's a small grocery store and a restaurant in the ground floor of the building. The condo is just a short walk to the River Run village area. I really enjoyed my time here. The owner emailed to during my stay just to see how it was going. I highly recommend this place.

Simply loved the place, The location was amazing, 5-10 min walk to the lifts at River Run, mountain view from our windows and the apartment had all the commodities needed from utensils to appliances in order. This house easily fits 3 couples and 2 individuals (8 people total) with the sofa bed in the living room. Overall very pleased.

We loved staying in the unit! It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped for cooking (not that I did any!). With ski equipment on, it's not the easiest walk to River Run, but it's very doable. Location is overall great. And Kimberly, thank you again for being so accommodating with the dates.

This condo is great for all size parties. The details the owners put into the home are thoughtful and heartfelt. The hints they give to help you prep for the trip are a huge help. The beds are comfortable, including the hide-a-bed. There are extra blankets and pillows as needed. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus for us! Less laundry when we got home. The one issue we had with the coffee pot missing a piece was handled by the management company within 10 minutes. We'll definitely be back!

Nice condo, Great responsive managers, Master bedroom has a king size bed, with a view of the slopes. Very nice. Bedroom number two has a queen and a a twin bunkbed, nice easy space to get around. Also has a view. Everything you need is at your disposal. Hot tub and pool are nice after a hard day on the slopes. Small grocery store and ski rentals are in the same building. The shuttle also picks you up and takes you right to the base of the slope if you don’t want to do the five minute walk. The only downfall here is that the air is very dry and while the owners provide humidifiers, it is just not quite enough. I would definitely bring moisturizing nose spray and rent again!

If you are not staying on the mountain then this place is perfect. Plenty of room, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and River Run. Did the walk with 3 small children in ski boots no problem.

The Gateway building is fantastic - right at the foot of Keystone and just a few minutes of walking to the lifts. The owner's home is lovely - it has all of the touches that indicate that this is their home vs a rental unit. I loved all of the hooks to hang things on and the charging station for devices is an epic touch. Private balcony and spaciousness all with a view of the mtn - great time. SummitCove.com whom is the property mgmt company is located right in the building and just always gave service with a smile. Thanks to all of you for a great time.

Booking through SummitCove was convenient and they provided good service as always. The Gateway Lodge 5030 unit was well equipped and had plenty of room for the six of us. Location was a longer walking distance away for us with the little kids, so one of the non-skiers in our group dropped us off by the gondola.

Summit Cove was awesome, you guys did a great job communicating and sending emails prior to the trip. We felt very informed and taken care of. The 24 hour guest assistance is a nice touch also.

Fire alarm in the hallway between guest bedroom and bath began chirping in the middle of the night. We were able disengage it and get back to sleep. Called in the morning and a young woman came right up. TV in the living room also said "no signal". She was not able to fix either and put in a work request. When we returned in the late afternoon, TV was working. Fire alarm began loud chirping again around 5:00 next morning. Two small children were wakened and unable to get back to sleep. Called again and woman who answered could hear noise over the phone. Chirping stopped suddenly at 8:15. Was promised a $100 rebate but have not seen it on my credit card statement yet. Otherwise, unit was very nice and layout suited our sleeping needs perfectly. Children enjoyed the pool. Staff was very responsive.

The condo is very comfortable and well-stocked. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are great with both a shower and large tub in both bathrooms! It even has a rice cooker! The only problem was the bedrooms were very hot all night, even though we had the heat turned off the entire visit.

The room was great, clean and roomy. A fun place to spend the week with family. The only down fall was the very very cold pool. For an indoor pool the water was freezing. Way to cold for my kids to enjoy.

Our stay at Gateway 5030 was great. The nice large unit was comfortable, well equipped, clean and conveniently located. I liked the keyless door system with nothing to hold in my pocket or turn in at departure. EZ wifi connection and lots of selection on cable TV including Netflix (thanks for that!) I can't really think of any criticism and I am trying hard since these reviews are important to you. I guess it would have been nice to have a trash can in the bathroom. Oh, and I reported to the front desk that the cold faucet in the master sink on the right dripped. I turned the main below the sink off during our stay.

This property was perfect for our two families. It was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. There are so many additional features and amenities that are there to truly make your stay stress free and like home. We loved the shuttle stop was just one stop from River Run. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% book this property again.
