Gateway Lodge 5099

Our stay in Keystone this weekend was excellent. The property was clean, comfortable, and close to local restaurants and activities. Check‑in was smooth, and the space felt welcoming and well‑kept. We really enjoyed our time and would happily return. 😊

Felt it was a good value. We had a large family group, sleeping conditions were great. Only draw back living & kitchen area are smaller areas but still very workable for our visit.

The place is really nice and was able to accommodate all 12 adults comfortably. The personnel are very nice and helpful in every step and emails. We will definitely come back to this place. I highly recommend it.

This place is gorgeous! The end unit is superior with push out eating area and a view of the sunset. I have stayed I other units in this complex and this one is the best. Clean, updated and comfortable!

Our family stayed for 4 nights, 8 adults, 7 children, it was perfect! There was plenty of space and room for the kids to spread out and not be on top of the adults all the time. The condo had way more amenities than we thought, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, pot,pans, everything! They even had dishwasher pods for us. There was plenty of towels and the beds and pillows were so comfy. This rivals so many hotels and for the price - can’t beat it. The check in and check out was so easy. They sent texts with all the instructions, which was preferable for me. There was a trash shoot right next to our room to stay on top of that, luggage carts for all our stuff, it was great. Also the view from every room was beautiful. Lots of updates! We will definitely come back!

This condo was vey cozy and had all the gadgets and fixings to go with. I like the condo feel but home feeling inside. Loved the underground garage was perfect. Kitchen/Dining area was perfect for entertaining. Sofa sleep very cozy and perfect mountain views from condo. Convenient store and restaurant onsite was perfect.

Great place to stay with a big group of people with the 4 full bathrooms for each bedroom. Clean and kitchen equipment well stocked. WiFi was not very good, so smart TV was a little useless. Those who were not skiing wanted to have cozy movie days but were not able to. It would just be nice if these larger condos came with at least 2 parking spots. The overflow lot is quite a hike away. Payment for overnight parking in this lot is very inconvenient. You cannot pay in advance like the sign states. We had to set an alarm for 2am to wake up and pay online. But still overall a good stay and good for the price.

The location and place itself was great! Plenty of space, clean, great views, can walk to keystone village. The parking situation was a little unclear. We had multiple cars with such a large group and thankfully could park in the overflow parking which was free but it was unclear how that worked until we got there.

We did send you a message in Airbnb right after booking that the unit did come with 1 parking permit. I'm sorry you missed that. I do see that you were getting mixed messages on the extra overflow spaces and I apologize for the miscommunication on our side. Keystone does have a strict 1 car per condo policy regardless of size which we do need to abide by. I am happy to hear that you loved the location and Gateway 5099. Everything you need is so close! I am a picky traveler...I don't write a ton of reviews but had to this time! This place is so amazing! All of the beds were comfortable (which never happens), the kitchen was stocked (not just in cookware, but in spices etc! Even had a crockpot!) and couches were comfortable, with big dining room table and extra comfortable fold out chairs in the closet if you needed them. 12 min walk to the lifts and 5 to a few different restaurants. And a grocery/liquor right on property! It was almost perfect! (I did say i was picky ;) The parking....if you are going to have a place that fits 16 folks, I would try to get at least 2 parking passes. I have a feeling this is out of owners or Summit Cove's hands but be aware parking is 25 a night without pass and the lots you can park in can be a bit of a walk!

You are correct that parking is out of our hands. It is the policy and we can't change it. They do have paid overnight parking at the River Run Gondola lot now which is just a quick walk, depending on where you park. We are thrilled with the rest of your review! Thank you so much. We Enjoy your place, plenty of space in all the bedrooms, many of the Condos that we have rent it were small bedrooms and not much room to spread out!! Your place fits our Family well for 10 adults and 5 children. I would definitely book your Condo over some we have stayed in the past. Very clean, updated, and well-stocked. We will be back!! We had a really nice stay. Only issue was the parking. With a condo unit that sleep so many and we had three couples. I went in knowing we would only have one spot in the garage but misunderstood that the overflow behind garage that it would not be available that was ok too I got the pass for the overflow lot and I was told it was just a 1/4 mile up the road. Please let people know it is actually 1 + mile up the road. Walked it a few times as the other couple with car we had different agendas. We worked it out and still had a great time!

My family and I loved the place. The four bedrooms with a bathroom were terrific for a huge family. The location and the beauty overlooking the mountains are my favorite. We appreciated the many, many towels in the unit. It was also spacious and well located. We always do condo stays and this is the first unit that did not have place mats for the dinner table or pot holders. They are very much needed. Also, other condo locations have provided plastic wrap and/or tin foil for left over food. The patio furniture was very dusty and dirty and we think it should be cleaned prior to guests' arrival. Despite that, we had a lovely stay and would come again.

Property manager is definitely difficult to deal with. Very strict on noise. The owner who owns the condo has a very nice and spacious home and also loved the front desk ladies are amazing and very nice.

Enjoyed a VERY Peaceful stay in your home, it was nice waking up to the fresh cool air! You have a super view of the Mountains and the ski area, we have stayed at another place in Keystone before and it felt closed in, but your place is OUTSTANDING for views. This is one of the best condo floor plans we have stayed in and enjoyed every minute of. Having 4 large bedrooms / master suites that includes full attached baths to each is perfect for family gatherings or a gathering of friends. The long weekend we spent in this unit fulfilled everyone’s expectations from easy access, walking distance 3min walk to all the activities, shopping and restaurants at keystone village. Overlooking the ski slopes and Mountain View’s from floor to ceiling in the great room and in every bedroom makes this unit one of a kind. We also found the location perfect for going hiking,with great trails close by. You also have a very short commute to Breckenridge and all it offers along with an easy trip to vail for the afternoon without any problems. We also found it only minutes away from grocery stores and department stores that made it easy to get the supplies needed to cook meals for our group in the condo. I can say our family will rent this unit again in the future and look forward to going back many times.

Our stay here was wonderful! The location is perfect in so may ways. Easy access from the highway, close access to many walking paths and beautiful sights and of course close access to the slopes. Perfect for our family to meet up and each have our own space to be. Plenty of seating for everyone and everything is comfortable and cozy. All of the beds were wonderful and plenty of options to choose from. The views of the sunset and the slopes are easily seen from the many windows. The décor was just right for Colorado. It will suit most anyone's taste and it isn't overdone. It makes you feel like you are home. The kitchen has everything a chef needs to prepare meals and even has the extras that most rentals do not have on hand. The owners have taken special care to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay here the best! Highly recommend this lodge and can't wait to stay here again!

This condo is situated with a great view of all the slopes on the north side of the mountain at Keystone. It is a couple minute walk to the lifts. The inside is warm and inviting with modern furnishings. It has been recently been remodeled and is clean and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back.

We had A Great time skiing, and Lounging in this condo, Had plenty of room to spread out with four huge bedrooms and each had there own bathroom. The walk to the slope was not bad, we even used the bus shuttle to get to the slope it was free and it worked out very well! We will definitely book again!
