We stayed here as part of a non-profit board retreat. The house was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for cooking together and meetings -- the 10 person dining table was great! The beds are comfortable, which is such a plus for a rental, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and check-out was easy. The hot tub was really nice and we enjoyed sitting in the lower living room on the very cool and funky denim couch. Great stay overall!

Beautiful home and perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. We had so many special times together at the home (meals, games, movies) but there was also room to have our own space. We did have some difficulty with the garage access on a few days and because this is the only way to access the house, that did cause some frustration. Summit Cove was responsive but again because it is the only way to lock and re-enter the home it is something I believe needs to be properly addressed and possibly another entry point that guests can use. Currently, the front door and side doors do not have keys or access codes, only the garage door.

Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The house has a great layout that provides ample space for big groups to eat meals and hangout, while still providing lots of privacy and bedroom space (we were 7 adults + 4 kids). 10 min drive to Mountain House at Keystone made it easy to hit the slopes and plenty of great restaurants and things to do nearby in Dillon, Frisco, Breck, etc.

We loved our stay here - check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Can’t recommend it enough. Fit a dozen of us easily and was a short drive to A-Basin and Keystone. 40 minutes to Copper. Would definitely return! Pictures don’t do the “Great Room” living room justice. Cavernous ceilings a great communal space.

The house was really nice. It was well stocked and clean. The lighting in the living room was a little dim and there seem to be a variety of outlets that didn’t work or at least the top plug didn’t work, but the bottom plug would work. I would’ve also really appreciated a binder that had some local things going on and talked about the shuttle system and what not. The house was pretty far away from things so it was difficult to get transportation information. We had families in the house and they really loved the Pac-Man game And the adults really loved the heated garage, ha overall, it was a nice day and we would consider staying there again for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Summit Cove in Keystone! The place was absolutely beautiful and fit our entire group of 14 very comfortably. The elevator was a huge plus for my grandma, making everything accessible for her. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and tools we needed to make dinner for our large group. Everything about the place was perfect for our family getaway, and we would hope to stay here again!

Beautiful home surrounded by the mountains. Chef’s kitchen fully loaded. Great living space that easily accommodated our group of 6. The hot tub was awesome. The quintessential Colorado home with vaulted ceilings, beautiful log beams, rustic decor, open floor plan, and lots of space. Within minutes to Keystone Ski Resort, Arapahoe Basin and Lake Dillon. The house is fully stocked with everything you need including towels, toiletries, hair dryer, and lots of cooking utensils. Summit Cove was wonderful to work with and allowed for a late checkout for a reasonable fee. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Only problem we had was running out of hot water and some had to take cold showers. Lost electricity, but this was due to power outage in the entire area.

Picture perfect vacation home in beautiful area and convenient to slopes. This house accommodated our 3 generation family of 12 very comfortably. Spacious gathering areas and comfortable bedroom spaces. Great wet room with lots of cubbies and hooks for coming in from snow. Conveniently placed extra towels and laundry room by door out to hot tub. Great property!

A perfect home for a family gathering! The open, large kitchen allowed several of us to prepare meals while chatting with those playing games around the dining room table and those relaxing in the living room after returning from the slopes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. The Summit Cove staff were enthusiastic and helpful. We highly recommend Summit Cove and the home on Goldenrod!

We stayed here before my daughter's mountaintop wedding with the bridesmaids and moms. It's such a well-appointed, beautiful home on a quiet circle. We spent a lot of time on the big back deck catching up and watching wildlife. The beds were great, but maybe bring your own pillow if you like fluffy ones. The kitchen is HUGE with everything you need. However, when I was there the garbage disposal wasn't working, and the wifi only worked in the living room. (small things, I know.). Hopefully they'll also get the hot tub working because that would've been so nice. I love this home and hope to stay here again someday.

We loved our stay at this property! We had 14 people overall. All adults and there was plenty of room. The home is situated on a corner lot and has beautiful views. There is plenty of room to entertain. The hot tub is small but was very nice in the evenings. And the deck in the back of the house was perfect to just sit and enjoy the stars. We would visit again!

Our son was married at Keystone Ranch and we rented this home for our entire family. The home was perfect for our family of 14 and it was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The rooms are large and well decorated. We enjoyed the decks and used the hot tub. Our stay was during the summer but I'm positive a winter stay would be wonderful. It's location had great views and the sunsets were beautiful.

We had an amazing weekend at this property! We celebrated my son's first birthday with extended family, (10 total) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was beautiful and the location and views were incredible! I'd definitely recommend this property.

This house is perfect for a large group. 14 to 15 people. The futon is not comfortable, so we did not use it. We had an air mattress for the 14th person. The house is very spacious with a lot of amenities. The kitchen has so many appliances, it can be overwhelming. The markings on the stove and ovens were pretty worn, so we had to guess what temperature we were setting it at. The house was comfortable for everyone. The top bunk in the bunk room was comfortable, but made a lot of noise when you moved around. The management company, Summit Cove was wonderful. They were very responsive to needs and a joy to work with. I would definitely rent this house again. Great family vacation.

This Keystone Ranch house was perfect for several families. The large kitchen table is a great place to gather. Everybody was comfortable, the only exception being the bunk room, where the top bunk was very squeaky. Would have been nice to have another fold out couch someplace for that person.

The Goldenrod House is very large and spacious with plenty of room (we had 3 families). Large kitchen (multiple ovens) and large great room were perfect for our family get-togethers. The house has three levels with 5 bedrooms. Summit Cove staff was wonderful and helped with all of our needs. We were close to 2 golf courses and the Keystone Ranch restaurant. We look forward to coming back here again.
