We stayed for 4 nights and the townhouse exceeded our expectations! Very spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities. Would definitely book via Summit Cove again!

Nice condo with a great location! Not exactly ski-in/ski-out, but about as close as you can get to it! The place was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing! We had a big group, so I do wish it had a little more cookware and cooking utensils, but for a regular family, I’m sure it is fine. Overall, super happy with this condo!

Very close to the Peru lift, which was great! Walk 2/3 of the way and then click on your skis and coast to the lift. The private hut tub was used every day. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to make several meals. The unit needs more than one humidifier though. It only has one. The single mattress on the top bunk was hard as a rock. Suitable for a kid, but not a young adult. The downstairs sofa bed was not much better, but the other beds were very comfy. Warm fire and steam shower was also a plus. We would book again.

This condo was great for two families to share. We were in town to ski and the condo is so close to the Peru Express Lift. You could see the end of Schoolmarm run from the hot tub which was amazing. SummitCove was very responsive when our microwave was locked. They came and unlocked it that day. Great location and great stay.

Picture are exactly what it is. We enjoyed the space in the 3 levels. Parking is very tight. Our Suburban won’t fit in the garage but was a perfect fit in the driveway. The scenery on the walking trails around the house was amazing! We will definitely be back!

The condo was great. The location was the BEST!! You could walk out the back door to the Green Route shuttle. It was a 2-minute ride to the Mountain House (1st stop) and on the way back from the Mountain House it was a 2-minute ride and was the first stop back to the condo. You could catch a 5-minute ride to the River Run Village. The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes.

Great condo. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Comfortable beds. Close to Peru lift - across the street from the Mountain House East lot - 5 minute walk at most. The garage and private hot tub were a nice bonus. A few minor maintenance issues I reported (a couple of lights out, a blind didn't open, probably the most dissatisfying was the gas fireplace didn't work - but not enough of a problem to ruin the stay or really complain about). Overall a great condo and a great return for the price. Absolutely would stay here again.

We were at Keystone for our kids’ racing program. I was there with my two children another parent and his daughter. It was easy access to the Peru lift where the team met. After a long ski day, the kids enjoyed the hot tub which was well maintained. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners and found everything we needed in the kitchen. It was a great place to stay if you’re visiting keystone! I would recommend it to anyone!

I loved this beautiful 3 level townhome. Everything about it was perfect for us. The location to the mountain house and lifts and close to River Run Village. Easy drive into Dillon for groceries. The place is gorgeous and very clean. Love having a garage and a mud room for all our equipment to stay organized. Summit Cove mgmt team was great to work with. This was our second year staying at Ironwood and I can’t wait to book again for next year!

We rent houses for vacations all the time and I’ve never had one so very clean and the property managers so very attentive! I don’t know what the owners are paying this management company but it’s WELL worth it! We are going to try to book this same place for Christmas!

This turned out to be even better than the listing! Walking distance to the bunny slope, even for our younger children it was doable, so the location was perfect for us. The property was spacious with plenty of room for all 8 of us to spread out. The private hot tub was nice in the evenings and we even enjoyed the fireworks on Saturday night while watching the night skiiers while we sat in the hot tub. Great stay - we hope to be back!

Excellent time at this property! The condo is a short walk to the Mountain House base (doable in ski boots in 5-ish minutes), and directly across from the bus stop to River Run. We found the location to be quite useful. The sleeping areas were comfortable and did the job. Amazing view of the mountain from the windows and hot tub! I would definitely recommend to any groups or families looking for a place close to the mountain with a proper kitchen, great views, and spacious common area.

Loved it all. The whole experience was great. The instructions were very clear about location, keys, check-in/out, etc. The house was very clean, spacy, and close to the lifts. I know I am going back to Keystone for sure, and when I do, I know I will book it through SummitCove :)
