Ironwood 2988

We had a great time skiing and our stay at Ironwood was wonderful. We all enjoyed the hot tub, cooking each evening on the electric grill, and catching some movies most evenings before calling it a night. We loved the convenience of a very short walk to the slopes and also our walks to the Village. 😊

Just a short walk from both ski lifts but also the green bus route came right to the condo. Property managers were super responsive. The view of the mountains was great, too. Would stay again!

Property is ideally located to both lift areas. Unit heating worked well and maintained even temps. Had good stock of games, books, etc. Good internet and TV service.

Overall, a very nice location with comfortable accommodations. Unit was as pictured and described. Close enough to walk to lifts but the bus stop right beside complex was very convenient as well. No serious issues or problems and property management was easy to work with. Driveway and garage was big enough to house a 15-passenger van which made it nice to be able to keep it inside. Very close clearances but it fit.

Great time with Son and his wife, Daughter and her husband and kids. Saw a Moose, Bear, Fox and Chipmunks right outside our townhouse. Great time fly fishing and hiking... And enjoying the cool temperature. The townhouse was very comfortable for all and management was very quick to answer any questions we had.

The property was as described online. The home was clean and everything except a few light bulbs were good working condition. I have stayed in Ironwood several times in the past. It’s close proximity to Mountain house and the lifts is nice. My only suggestions would be to upgrade all the pillows. The existing ones were all flat and uncomfortable. I would also suggest some type of window shade in the master bedroom. It happened to be a full moon during our stay and the moon. It was shining through triangular window and down onto the bed making it very bright. As always Summit Cove did an amazing job especially with all the ongoing communication before, during and after our trip.

Will definitely be going back! Location is great and close to many necessities. Shuttle is right in front. property having a garage, hot tub, working station were all a plus. Host was responsive if we had a hiccup

Beautiful place. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great. Only thing is we were hoping the hot tub had a little more privacy. The neighbors balcony was above the hot tub and didnt feel quite as private because of that. We would def book again. Very nice!

Overall, stay was great. House was in good shape with great proximity to the base. Amenities were adequate and appreciated having supplies available onsite, i.e. trash bags, detergent, soaps, etc. Kitchen was great for cooking, nice updates. Large, open main living space was great for family.

Enjoyed the place for a family getaway. Location is close (7 min walk) to mountain house base area. Plenty of space for 2 families (4 adults / 4 kids). Fully finished, appreciated amenities. Kitchen nicely updated, bathrooms are dated, but functional. Overall enjoyed our experience and would recommend.

Three families spent four nights in this very comfortable townhouse. We made family dinners three of the four nights including Christmas dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The dining room table worked for the eight of us once we discovered the folding chairs. Los Locos served the family well on the night out. Each family had its own sleeping quarters--the one with two kids getting the bottom level. The hot tub was popular with all. I didn't realize how close the townhouse is the the Mountain House base--hardly worth waiting for the bus. River Run is nearly as convenient. Ice skating at Dercum Square was popular as was Keystone Lake. Too bad the business base at the lake appears to be eroding. We made the short drive to the Nordic Center for tubing. It's a very pleasant and relaxing area. In short, the townhouse was just what we wanted. Its location is perfect for skiing Keystone and as a base for those skiing Copper or A Basin (Ikon areas). Parking at the townhouse worked out well since we brought only two vehicles. One had the garage and the other the driveway.

It was a great location and was very clean when we arrived. After messing around with lighting all evening trying to figure out what switches turned on which lights, we came to the conclusion that there were a ton of burned out light bulbs. In the documents it stated that there would be additional bulbs in a specific location but there were none. That was the major downside since there were so many of them burned out. Aside from this one factor, it was a very pleasant stay and great location.

Ironwood 2988 townhouse was perfect for a family of 5-6. Very spacious. Townhouse had everything you need! My family plans on coming back again next year and plan to stay at the 2988. Highly recommend this townhouse!

Beautiful home, clean and very comfortable beds and furniture. Great location with easy access to slopes. Would suggest owners provide sun coverage for window in lower living area for people using the futon. Also found the very old stove did not regulate heat well. Very impressed with the grounds keepers who came to knock down icicles that threatened to drop on our car. Clearly this group of condos are well cared for.

It was very clean and nice. The only downside was there were a ton of burned out light bulbs and there were no new ones like they said there would be. That was the major downside.

This place was perfect for our group of 6. Furnishings were great, kitchen well stocked and very close to base of the mountain - 2-3 minute walk in ski boots. Loved having our own hot tub on the patio in addition to the gas grill on the patio. Called for more propane and it was delivered in under an hour. Would definitely stay here again.
