Stay was perfect and nice quiet area. We had a water leak in our house and needed a place to move to that was big enough for my in-laws that were in town for a week and our dog. It was close enough to check on the water leak status. Thanks for sharing your home.

While the rental was clean, the service helpful and fairly prompt, this property was the worst of our many stays with summit cove. The property itself needs a lot of heavy maintenance. The beds were the least comfortable. It does the job but many things around the place were broken or just barely functional. This is definitely not a luxurious rental and comparing it to similar properties that you all offer the $ was too high for the offering. That being said we will continue to use summit cove as your properties are always very clean and usually well supplied; we just won’t be going back to this one. Thank you

This property was perfect for what we were wanting. My daughter got her own room with a tv; my parents were able to get a room and easy access to a bedroom downstairs and my husband and I got the loft. The only setback is one evening we were sitting out on the lower deck just talking and my husband was sitting in the green Adirondack chair and it broke underneath him unexpectantly. He scraped up his back a bit.

Location is great, quiet area - as most of Keystone is. Easy access to every outdoor activity you could possible want. House is reasonably comfortable, I would recommend some upgrades to the patio furniture outside and also the bed in the master is not very comfortable. But most everything you could need for an extended stay is available, we had a great stay.

Stay 5 nice for a family Thanksgiving trip. Awesome property, location and accommodations. Very spacious house with 2 living areas so everyone could space out. extremely serene surroundings, peace and quiet. This property was in a great location. It was quiet and yet allowed great access to Keystone and Summit County! The house was very clean, everything worked, we loved the deck, and our dog and I loved the easy access to the path along the Snake River. Our party of 6 adults (3 couples) were very comfortable.

Great spot with lots of room. Convenient location with easy commute to lots of ski resorts. Would stay again in a heart beat. Only complaint is no hot tub. Add that, and this place is near perfect.

This is a nice home to stay in for a couple or a family. The upper level has a master and family room with a big-screen TV. The floor level has a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. Plenty of linens, pillows, and blankets were provided. Check-in and out are extremely easy.

We enjoyed staying on Bristlecone Ct. The house was well-equipped, clean, and had plenty of space for us to spread out. Even though there were other homes around, it felt very private and quiet. It was a great central location for hiking, rock climbing, and shopping. The check in/out process was very easy. We would definitely consider staying there again.

This rental was a perfect spot for my husband and I, and our grown children, to vacation together. There was plenty of space to spread out, the house was well-equipped, and everything was clean. Even though there were other homes around, it was a very quiet and private setting. Keystone was a great central location for hiking in SIlverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. There were several hikes within walking distance of our property and our children found several challenging rock climbing options. The house is advertised as having a sauna - it does have one, but we could not get that to work. However, we would definitely consider renting again.

The TV service and wifi are excellent. We have used Summit Cove rentals for many years and will continue to do so.

This was a great rental property tucked away in its own culdasec. The check-in process was very safe as they have an express check-in process outside of their main office where you wait in your vehicle and they bring you the paperwork. Overall, the check-in process was good but could’ve been quicker as we were the only ones there and waited around 25 minutes after calling. The property was properly cleaned when we arrived and seemed perfectly ready for a great stay. The house is close to many hiking and biking trails so we took full advantage of those with our dog. Additionally, Lake Dillon and Frisch are super close by and Breckinridge is even a close drive away. At night, we tried to watch tv, but the channels were very limited in some rooms and no ESPN for weekend sports, but you do get Netflix and the WiFi is stable. Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house and cooking in the kitchen and on the grill. When we left, we only had to take care of the trash and dishes, which was a plus! The owner was very responsive with every text as well. Definitely recommend for a family looking for a great Keystone stay!

Stayed here with my family for Christmas Snowboard Holiday, great place!! Beautiful location for photos in the back yard, house is huge, clean, warm, and good location, short drive to Silverthorne, Breck, All the other parks, house was great, equipped. This is a great and quiet location near Keystone. You could pretty easily hop on the bus to the gondola down the street in the winter. Also, just a few minutes outside of Dillon for everything else. Home has a fun, retro, mid-century vibe to it too. Sleeps 6 adults between the three bedroom and also has a sleeper sofa too. Overall, a great rental.

The five of us were able to spread out quite comfortably. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes as well as pots and pans for cooking. We did spend several minutes on various little home maintenance tasks that required little more than tightening screws. The consensus,, nonetheless, was that we would return, should the occasion arise.

Nice big bright house! Lots of room and in a beautiful location! The house is very clean and I liked that you can adjust the heat in each room. The kitchen appliances were very nice and the seating around the whole house was comfortable. I would say the negative is the bed in the room downstairs that doesn’t have a tv in it needs to be a Queen. The full size is too small for adults and not comfortable. Overall the house has 2 full size beds and 1 queen. The shower downstairs doesn’t spray well and it takes forever to get hot water. But honestly we would stay there again..... I would just fight for the upstairs bed! The staff was super friendly and helpful over the phone when I called so that was a huge plus in my book!

The home is great and has everything we could have needed. The only drawback was that there was not an adequate amount of hot water when you have 10 people. Other than that, we had a great time and we were glad the home was available for us to rent!

There were several little home maintenance things that we ended up taking care of from tightening toilet seat bolts to aligning cupboard doors. Nonetheless, we were quite comfortable and would stay there again.

Thank you for your service, it was very good. Regarding the house, i would give a few suggestions so future guests are more satisfied yet. 1.- Water heater must be bigger as after 2 or 3 persons took a shower, the next person wont have hot water. Eventhough we normally do not use phone, having a phone for local calls helps, A bigger trash can to take garbage out will be good so the bags outside are not opened by the birds and need to be cleaned outside. Those are just suggestions, thank you very much

The accommodation was warm and comfortable. We had six people staying and had issues with hot water - kind of frustrating when you all come in from a day of skiing - we could usually only get 3-4 showers before it went cold. Also the place is advertised as accommodating 10 people the two pull out sofa beds are in really bad shape - not the quality of bed you want to spend a week sleeping on.
