Liftside 304

Was great for our group of 4 coming to keystone to learn to ski/snowboard! usually there is a catch or shortcoming with an airbnb stay but I honestly cant think of any problems we had. The office managing the property was kind and helpful every time we called with questions.

We really enjoyed the property. Very spacious with generally good amenities. Pool and hot tub were unavailable due to renovations which was disappointing. Recent renovations to the condo itself were nice and tasteful. Had an issue with no water pressure on the first floor of the condo when we first arrived; however, the Summit Cove team was very responsive and coordinated a plumber to come out as soon as possible to effect the repair. Overall, I found the Summit Cove team to be very accommodating and responsive to issues and requests throughout the stay and would definitely use them again to rent this or another one of their properties.

Very spacious. Plenty of room for a large family. Nice tasteful recent renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. Washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus for a long stay. Excellent location next to Keystone lift for a snowboarding trip. No complaints. The property manager was very responsive to all issues.

This was such a comfy and cozy place to spend the week in keystone. The stay is perfect for a group with plenty of beds and a huge dining table. We did have to wait a while for the heat to kick in and even then it only heated downstairs and not upstairs. I would recommend turning the heat on as soon as you arrive. Summit Cove was extremely responsive and provided space heaters to us for the duration of our stay. I would recommend this stay as it was the perfect vacation spot and was extremely beautiful.

My husband, two teen kids and I stayed here during Thanksgiving week for 3 nights. The place was as advertised and had lots of space. The main floor had the master bedroom, the kitchen, an awesome dining table that could seat a ton of people, and large living room. Upstairs was perfect for the kids with a loft like room that had a bunkbed, couch and tv and then a door to another room with a full bed, bunk bed and tv. This place could sleep at least 10 people! There was a heated indoor pool and hot tub on the property which was a perfect place to relax after spending the day on the mountain. The location was super convenient to Keystone parking and we had a great view of the slopes out the window. The kids did freeze upstairs the first night as the heater was not working. I called maintenance the next day and they brought space heaters for upstairs. The only other very small complaint i had is that I wished the fully stocked kitchen had salt and pepper. Other than that, this place had everything you could need. Be warned, this place is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. If you can use stairs easily it is no big deal. Sadly, I broke my ankle 4 days before our trip but we still wanted to come so the rest of the family could ski/snowboard. It was difficult lugging all of our stuff up the stairs and I had a hard time with crutches. Aside from that, which is no fault of the owners, we had a great trip and I would highly recommend this place.

Very convenient to the mountain whether you want to walk to the slopes or drive to the parking lot to get onto the ski lifts. Views of the mountain from the condo were awesome. The complex throughout needs some TLC . The property was just as advertised and would consider staying here again.

Perfect spot - you can easily walk to the ski area at Keystone, and the view was beautiful. The place was huge, could easily accommodate 10 or more. The kitchen was really well stocked with cooking supplies, and everything was clean and new.

Lived the location! Can walk right to the Peru lift, fantastic views from the living room Older building, had a bit of a smell but not very noticeable, and condo itself was very clean and cozy
