Mill Creek 201

The condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds and the door separating the master from the back bedrooms helped keep the sound down. You can't beat the location as it's only steps away from the gondola. Even our 3 year old didn't complain about the walk over!

It’s so wonderful when you go to a new location to feel welcomed by the little things. For example extra paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing soap. It makes it so easy to just show up. Peter was an excellent host and very responsive, highly recommend. Location is perfect!

Great place to stay! We sat by the fire with our coffee while enjoying the awesome view of the slopes on Dercum mountain each morning! The beds were comfy and each room had a fan with humidifier. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook dinner. Even had a lot of spices. Resident host was very friendly. Gondola was only a few minute walk. We would stay again!

A great space very close to the gondola, less than a 5 min walk in ski boots. The condo is super spacious and has an absolutely fantastic balcony that spans the entire width of the unit. The Bedrooms and bathrooms are great for a much larger group than we had. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment and even a very well stocked spice drawer. Getting in was very easy. The garage parking is huge, very high ceiling which isn't the normal in the area.
In fact the only minor complaint that we had is that Summit Cove pushes you very had to use their system (not airbnb) for accessing check-in instructions, door codes, check-out details, etc. Even after we asked for the information to be sent via the app it wasn't. This was pretty inconvenient for our group and we would have much preferred to simply have this information available via the AirBnb app as is normally the case.
Other than that I'd give everything 5 stars

Premier location in River Run. Bed layout is ideal for large groups (6-8). Outdoor living area is 10/10 with ample seating and great views. Heated parking is a bonus.

This unit is probably our favorite that we have ever stayed in. The huge windows and deck that open up to the pond and mountains were amazing. We could have stayed on the deck all week and been happy. We were so close to everything in River Run, but yet our place felt very private because we had nothing but mountains behind us. Great location, very clean. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Celebrated our 25th anniversary with friends and family for a long weekend. Location was perfect for our group, steps away from the festival and river run for day time activities, then secluded and serene in the mornings and evenings. I hope we get to do this again soon!

I've been coming to Keystone for over 10 years and have stayed in a number of condos in the River Run village, this is by far the best one. The location was great, a short walk to the River Run gondola. Our kids were in ski school at the Mountain House base area and the bus stop was just a few steps away from the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a crock pot which was great for letting food cook while we were in the slopes. The views were one of my favorite parts. Beautiful snow, trees, mountains, visible through floor to ceiling windows in almost every room. Will definitely stay here again!

Very clean unit with a porch affording a magnificent view of the Rockies and the landscape. Perfect for summer or winter. Just a hundred yards from Keystone center and the lifts. In the middle of all the resort amenities. Short drive to Dillon, Breckenridge and Frisco. Great golf, biking, hiking. Very responsive ownership. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed in this condo with our sons and their college friends. We had (8) in our party, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The location was perfect, next to a rental shop, and an easy walk to the River Run gondola. The unit has an enclosed garage and ski locker too. The only problem we had was the fireplace. We couldn't turn it on at will, but then suddenly it would ignite. But, that was such a minor issue in the overall experience. We had a fantastic time, would highly recommend it, and will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic in every way. The condo has a great layout with plenty of space and spectacular views. Well managed. Iris was a pleasure to work with. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved sitting on the deck while enjoying the view. The fire pit worked well and it was a bonus to have the heaters above us for chilly nights. There is plenty of outdoor activity to enjoy while staying there. Biking, kayaking, whitewater rafting to name a few. We are a repeat customer! In fact, we are already talking about coming back soon.

This condo was fabulous for our family of 7 over Christmas week. The location couldn't be better. Off the beaten path so away from the hustle and bustle but only a 3 minute walk to the village and a 5 minute walk to the gondola. The heated garage was a bonus, (even though we could not use it because or van was too big), but parking right outside worked well. The heated garage housed our skis with nice sized lockers and inside the foyer area were shelves for boots and boot warmers. The condo itself was perfect for a family this size. Plenty of room to spread out and we felt like we were never on top of each other. The view was outstanding off the family room and two bedrooms. A generous deck area off the family room was like another room itself although it was too cold to enjoy it. We did put on the overhead heaters one night so on a warmer night it could be a great place to hang. The kitchen was stocked better than my own kitchen at home. I was never at a loss for needing anything. The oven/stove top worked great (I appreciate good appliances) and the ref. was top notch as well. I was able to make many meals with ease in this kitchen. Only downfall is there is not many places to store groceries because it is stocked so well. The beds were very comfortable and towels were plenty. Washer and dryer were very convenient off the kitchen. My kids loved the steam shower especially after a long day of skiing. The family room was roomy and cozy at the same time and can easily accommodate a big family for TV night. We also loved the large kitchen table which was put to good use for games and dining. The only negative was the condo upstairs and the noise they produced with walking/running at all hours. It was not enough of an issue to deter from the quality and awesome experience we had in this unit. I said to my husband "I would buy this condo". That says a lot. I would strongly consider renting it again because it met all our needs and it truly felt like a home away from home.
