Montezuma 1770

This place was easy to find and easy to enter. It was quiet and peaceful. We built a fire in the fireplace and it was cozy. The kids used the pool and the hot tub and even though it’s a community pool/hot tub we had it all to ourselves one night. Keystone is a great place to go!

The place is great. Comfy unit and access to a pool, jacuzzi and sauna for 'apres ski' On checkout day there is no place to leave the suite-cases. In a hotel you can place the suite-cases in a storage room. Here I had to put the suite-cases in the car and then I didn't have room for the ski equipment. An idea for the host, add a shared storage room.

This place was AMAZING! My husband and I stayed here 11 days (January 7-18) for our one year wedding anniversary. This place is in the center of EVERYTHING! We used the keystone shuttle system everyday and it was so helpful. We also used the summit stage bus system to discover other areas (both bus systems were free! ) This Airbnb was beautiful. We used the fireplace every night, and they gave us more firewood when we requested it:) It was super cozy and there was so much to do. The host is also super responsive and nice. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed at this property over the new year week of 2025-2026. Overall the the condo is in a good condition. There was a minor issue with the restroom which was taken care of immediately by maintenance. The communication with the office staff through text messages was quick and very timely. There is several issues that I’d like to mention. The white couch looks disgusting - with stains and in general non-clean look. I had to cover it with blankets so that my wife and kids would like to sit on it. I’d like to say that cleanliness is something to be desired as the floor behind the folding bed had dust, food and hairs. Another disappointment was that the fireplace was not stocked with fire starters and a lighter. The night we wanted to use it we couldn’t and the next day I went to the office and they were happy to provide me with those materials. For some reason, the fire wasn’t easy to start, and even when it did, it wasn’t burning very strongly. The chimney valve was fully open.

We stayed at Montezuma for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The condo was just as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. We loved waking up to the beautiful views of the mountain and lake from our balcony every morning. We also loved using the fireplace, and there was plenty of wood available. The area is very picturesque and conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The cabin even provided several sleds. There is a park nearby that you can go sledding for free. The hot tub was relaxing as well. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Great hosts, great stay. Don't hesitate to rent it. They are extremely responsive!
The unit itself is amazing and worth more than what I paid, and their service was incredible.
The community's shared pool and hot tub were gross, though. Be mindful of that if you're intending on going to those amenities.

We come to Keystone every summer and this was the BEST stay we’ve had. The check in was key code super easy! The location felt so private! The views were spectacular. The couch was so comfortable and huge compared to other condos we’ve stayed in. The bed was so comfy! The bathroom had two sinks. Kitchen was full of everything we needed. The patio was big and nice. The hot tub was a one minute walk away. This is so close to River run and to lake Dillon. Host was very responsive and helpful. We 10/10 recommend staying here and booking through SummitCove!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our trip to Keystone,CO. We booked this place last minute and it was just within our budget and close to the Confrence center. The condo had an amazing view of the Mountains. The layout was functional and the amenities were also a plus. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and saunas while there and it was AMAZING! Although the furniture can be updated a bit the condo was everything we needed. We cooked dinner nightly and enjoyed the VERY hot shower. We often traveled to Dillion and Frisco whenever we needed to make a run to town. And being so close to Keystone resorts where our Confrence was held was a major plus! Overall we highly this condo to anyone who is looking for a winter gateway!

Great condo right next to Keystone Lake. We travel to this area once or twice per year and this was our first time staying in the Keystone area and we are glad we did. Super quite area and the condo was roomy, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This was likely the best bed we've slept in while using Airbnbs over the years. The large outside balcony/deck was perfect for sitting outside during the day to catch some sun and in the evening for a drink or two watching sunsets on the lake. Plenty of parking was available during our stay. Close to hiking trails and we walked to a few restaurants during our stay as well, including all the way down to Dillon (nice 8-mile downhill hike). The living room couch was great to sit back on and watch college football in the evenings. Great stay - would recommend to anyone heading to the Keystone area.

I feel that I'm biased because I prayed for a peaceful, quiet get-a-way with a mountain and lake view, 3 years ago. I've returned to Montezuma 1770 yearly ever since. Had a great stay here with my 2 boys and nephew. We skied Keystone and Breckenridge. Keystone was easy to get to, with free parking at River Run, or on the day the lot was full, a shuttle ride to Mountain House from right behind the condo. Breck was an easy drive.
The unit had plenty of space. We built a big fire and watched March Madness from the comfortable couch. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all our meals in the unit.
I also liked having the ski locker right in the lobby of the building.
Our only disappointment was that skating on the lake was closed for the season (we stayed nearby a few years back, and pond hockey was one of the highlights of that trip). It was still nice to take a walk around the lake and check out the shops.

I recently stayed in this unit during a conference at the Keystone Conference Center and enjoyed my stay. The unit is large and spacious with a large deck, perfect for summer. The unit was clean and well appointed when I checked in, with everything I needed to stay for a full week. I also appreciated the quality of the shower and the comfort of the bed, as well as the keyless doors for the building and unit. This unit is a great value, given the nightly rate, but it is not a luxury unit. So, please do not expect that. The carpet, tiles floors, cabinets, windows and doors have been well loved and could use some updating. But, the overall feel of the environment was comfortable and welcoming. The management company makes everything really easy with check in and check out and communicated regularly to insure my needs were met. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly consider coming back to this unit.

Sleeping spaces were great for kids, murphy bed and pull-out couch in the living room. Nice big master with king bed for the adults. Loved having the kids belly up to the kitchen bar for meals. Loved the bathroom was divided into two rooms for the toilet/shower and the sinks. Helps move people through when lots of showers are needed all at once like after the pool or a ski day. Did find old, dried food on one pan. 10:00 check out is a little on the early side.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked how clean and spacious the condo was. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony is quite big and it has a beautiful view. We also used the hot tub and sauna which were very close to the building. Overall, it was a 5-star stay.

Great, spacious condo with easy access to mountain for skiing. Very quiet, could not hear neighbors and we had everything we needed. Did not cook, only quick breakfast and snacks so cannot comment on kitchen. On site property management was very responsive and we were impressed with how helpful late at night! Would stay again and would recommend!

A great place to stay! Comfortable bed and close to skiing. The kitchen is highly functional and we made breakfast every morning and dinner a couple of nights. There were only 2 of us so we didn’t use the Murphy bed but that also looked very comfortable.

Great place! Not super close to the main town of keystone/bus system unreliable, but a lovely 1 bedroom. Hot tub, sauna, and pool were great too

Recommend - easy check in and check out. Clean apartment. 24 hours there is someone available by phone which made the process really easy. Would definitely recommend!

Clean place in a great location. Perfect for hanging out after a long day on the mountain. Great kitchen and ski storage. Only downside was you need an hdmi cord because the tv only has cable and Netflix capabilities.

This property is very beautiful with amazing balcony view. It was super clean, well equipped with super comfortable bed. Summit cove has great people working there. They were very responsive. Check in was super easy. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this place. Thank you Summit cove.

This property was perfect for our vacation. The location was amazing with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was was amazingly stocked as far as cookware goes. It was also super nice having a keyless entry, not having to pass a set of keys around to someone running out to the store. We will absolutely book with summit cove for our next visit to keystone!

Very cozy. Fireplace was so nice to have going and relaxing by. Bus stop put back so we did not have to worry about parking when hitting the slopes. Ring your own spices and such is my only suggestion as well as a decent size coffee mug, lol. The ones there are tiny.

We had a great stay at this unit. The place was nicely furnished, very spacious and very clean. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. Check in/check out was very easy. Summit Cove was very responsive to my questions. I recommend this place!

I liked the location and how quite it was. I also enjoyed the keypad check in didn’t have to worry about key card anymore! I did not like how old the hot tub and pool were and I would also update the room a little.
