We had a family reunion with 50 people. The property management team was great! They helped us figure out what houses we needed and each house was amazing. Everyone really enjoyed their stay.

The home was absolutely stunning. We did have some issues with the fridge but Summit Cove did everything they could to help. We are very glad we stayed here with our wedding party.

Everything was wonderful! The house was clean and tidy and in a perfect location. We didn't need to ask for much, but when we needed a few things the management team was very quick to respond and very polite. Highly recommend!

WOW! This single family home was excellent for our annual family vacation. From the moment we walked in we knew the place was perfect. The views are amazing! The linens were clean and the home smelled fresh. Many upgrades! There are alot of stairs so prepare to get your steps in. It is private but the home is very close to the River Run, it is less than a 5 minute walk. There is plenty of space for the recommended 14 people. We had 8. There are two sofa beds as well as the featured rooms/beds. There are also games and puzzles. The drive up the mountain is pretty scary but we found a "detour" route through Dillon which only added 10 minutes onto our drive. The one thing to keep in mind is, purchase ice. As the ice maker, as with most ice makers, was very slow. There is a City Market grocery store only 10 minutes away. Walmart will deliver "dry" items and you can do a pick up order from Target which is about a 10-15 minute drive. There is also a small grocery in River Run.

The feedback on the amenities, location, and tips for the area is very helpful for potential future guests. We do recommend taking the Silverthorne exit unless guests are used to mountain roads. Loveland Pass is beautiful but it is a small and narrow road and GPS will occasionally route you this way. We have stayed in River Run Village 20 times or more in every location. While this house is across Montezuma Rd from the village, and it is a few minute walk, it is worth it. The house is beautiful and spacious and had plenty of room for our group that ranged from 9 to 15 throughout the week. Snowboarders had no problem walking to/from the gondola, skiers I'd recommend a pair of old gym shoes to leave by the ski corral and stash em by the lockers. Overnight ski corral is $7 overnight (free in/out during day) so just drop your skis there and you don't have to lug em back and forth all week. House is laid out nicely. Rooms are spaced out around house. The bunk rooms connected by a bathroom is nice. Loaded kitchen. Aging appliances, the kitchen fridge was luke warm our first 4 days until a maintenance guy finally came to fix it. There was another fridge in the garage but lugging stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs was not ideal. Ice maker didn't work for 4 days as well. Finally fixed. Hopefully that is something they will update soon. But still a 5 Star house. Make sure to hit up Timber Ridge Lodge on North peak for a beer, two gondola rides away if you're not skiing. And Snake River Saloon for a nice dinner, steaks and seafood! Steep at the base of the mountain for beers and great pizza after a long day. Lime for great mexican food, and actually my son loves the burgers there. And of course the margs. Haywood Cafe for breakfast if ya have time!

We recently had a family Christmas trip. This home comfortably fit 3 families, a total of 14 people. The photos of this property are nice but the home is breathtaking in person. The kids loved the little hidden/attic space. The only negative is the driveway. It took us hours to get a few cars up with all of the snow. The home had most things we needed and was very clean. I would absolutely recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house far exceeded our expectations. The space is so perfect for hosting, cooking, entertaining and relaxing. We'd wake up and have coffee/do yoga on the upstairs deck, enjoying the beautiful views. We'd end the day in the hot tub soaking up the stars above us (it is super dark there at night, kinda wild!). The finishes are beautiful, the house was clean. The bed I slept in was decent, a little firm for my personal liking but good for my husband. We had some issues with locks but nothing that couldn't be fixed quickly when prompted. Check in and check out was smooth and timely. Our dads, both cooks, loved the kitchen which says a lot about a rental home! Very well equipped. The wine fridge was a cool touch, as was the wet bar. Loved the foosball table. Very comfortable! Definitely recommend booking. Just a heads up, we booked a year in advance I think? So keep that in mind! Thank you for a great stay. Summit Cove was also very accommodating and helpful so I do recommend booking through them!

We loved this beautifully appointed home. So close to River Run Village and ski lifts. The bedroom/ bathroom configurations were excellent for our family of 12. Even enough space for parking all the cars. Great living and family spaces for all of us to gather. Fantastic kitchen! Very comfortable rooms - we will definitely stay here again in the future. And Summit Cove staff are outstanding in making it all so easy.

This property was a great place for a family getaway. There were a couple dirty dishes we came across, but the property manager would not have known this, necessarily. Otherwise the house itself was very clean. The property management company was great at communicating and helped with all our needs.

Beautiful, spacious home with views of the mountains and ski slopes. Slept our group of 11 comfortably without even having to use pullouts. Was nice to find plenty of toilet paper, spices and toiletries for group and only suggestion would be to fix the lock on the back door in kitchen. It was difficult to lock. Also, maybe place instructions to where the gas turn on valve for grill is located (took me awhile to figure it out):) Would definitely stay at this rental again.

Only negative was the driveway that was very difficult to navigate due to ice and there were a lot of large cob webs above the kitchen cabinets. Otherwise excellent
