Pines 2169

Our family enjoyed our stay at the pines. We have made this an annual event for the past 3 years and by far this was the best unit.The unit had a great view and we spent a lot of evenings on the balcony.

We enjoyed the condo at The Pines in West Keystone. The staff was very accommodating with getting an additional parking pass for our family, getting firewood for our evening gatherings, and having all of the items readily available at the condo - ski locker, condo specifics, details around navigating Keystone

We love Summit Cove and had a great time! However, due to the lack of an elevator, I would not recommend this particular location again. There is no elevator up to the third-floor level that our condo was on.

Unit is very nice! Beautiful view. Kitchen could be stocked better with pots and pans and knifes. Otherwise still nice. Summit cove is great to work with!

Our stay at the Pines 2169 was excellent for a weekend away with my folks. This is a high value place that we look forward to returning to. We enjoyed grilling on Saturday night.

Loved this place! It was in a building with I'm guessing 4 total units, but inside our unit itself felt like it's own townhome. You do get a workout because you have to walk up a couple floors to get to it. Loved the high ceilings, plenty of bed and bathroom space, abundance of towels (thank you!!) and own washer/dryer. Also each room was provided its own humidifier to use - didn't realize the air gets really dry up in Colorado! There were a ton of plates, cups, etc., as well as other items (salt, pepper, laundry detergent, etc.). My kids also enjoyed the pool, 2 hot tubs and sauna - a short walk to another building in the area. Only minor complaints were that the dryer would stop working after awhile; pretty sure it was overheating because it would continue working the next day. Also, the smoke alarm was beeping when we first got inside, but it probably just needed a new battery. It would be nicer if the master and guest bedrooms had better, brighter lighting for nighttime. Other than that, our family really enjoyed staying here. Ease of booking and leaving were great!!

This property was in a good location and close to activities at Keystone resort. The property itself was a little tired and could use some updating (one window was extremely difficult to lock, the sliding door was not easy to open or close and let in a lot of air and the bathrooms were old). The kitchen and main living areas were nice and comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again but only if the price was a little lower to reflect the lower quality of the property.

Things were not clear and easy today find. The check in reception was nice but gave a the wrong name of our building and not specific directions. The condo was great and exactly what we expected.

Sorry about the confusion, the Pines condo complex in keystone also has a unique building name for each individual building, however there is only one 2169 in all of Keystone to try and make it a bit easier!  Thanks for staying with SummitCove!

The unit was awesome and the staff was great! The gentleman that brought us firewood was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was average height, late 20s-mid 30s with brown curly hair. Super cool guy! All other staff members I encountered were also very friendly and knowledgeable when I called with a question or to request firewood. The unit had everything my group needed to live comfortably for nine days. A couple things to note: the sink in the master bedroom on the right side leaks water from the base of the faucet, as does the sink in the other bathroom on the first floor. Also, the handle for the sliding glass door to the patio needed to be tightened multiple times and it doesn't lock effectively. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay and for providing my group and I with a great experience! When I return to Keystone, I will definitely be staying at a Summit Cove Vacation Lodging property!
