Red Hawk Lodge 2210

We were here for a wedding and it was the perfect stay! The location is beautiful and it was so easy to get around, no driving was necessary which was great. Restaurants and coffee were a quick walk, and shuttles helped us get around everywhere else. With no ac in the summer it did get a little warm, but luckily there was a fan and it was cooler at night to have windows open so it wasn't too bad. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Convenient location. We'll stocked kitchen. Good bedxand bath linens. Would have ordered a better mattress instead of a big mattress topper. But that seems to be the thing now.

My two sons and I loved the condo. you can't beat the location and the free parking in the heated garage was awesome! The unit itself is lovely woth a nice open space out back. You do have to go to an office to get the cards for the door and garage. I ended up leaving my vehicle in the skiers' parking lot and walking over because the traffic at the end if the ski day would have made driving very hard. Would be a nice improvement if the agency could use keypads so you don't have to go somewhere else to get the card keys.

I can’t believe you asked me for a review and you have not gotten back to me about the very poor ratings. There was no water. There was no heat. There were no pots and pans to make dinner. No one has gotten back to me from Summit Cove. They said they were getting back right away, very disappointed and would not use this management company nor book red River Lodge, 2210.

Dear Marian, I’m very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay, as this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Our kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, and we apologize that it did not include the baking casserole dish you needed; thank you for bringing this to our attention, as we will review the kitchen inventory to ensure all essential supplies are available for future guests. Regarding the heating and hot water issue on your last day, it was unexpected and unfortunately beyond our control, and we were not made aware of the problem until you were checking out. As soon as we received your email about your concerns, we responded promptly, though we did need a little time to investigate and understand what had occurred. We appreciate your communication and are glad we were able to reach an agreement regarding the concerns you experienced. Location great for ski lift, unit is pleasant, kitchen well stocked with cookware, dishwasher filter was not in place and was not allowing bottom spinner to operate (I installed the filter to repair the issue), fireplace doesn’t operate properly. Great experience, overall.

This was my our 1st airbnb rental and we are happy that we booked with SummitCove! It looked just like the pictures. It was welcoming and very comfortable! We enjoyed the heated underground parking it was very convenient. I really enjoyed receiving a text from our hostes welcoming us and checking on us. Over all our experience was great! I highly recommend this Condo!
The only con was the TV, we were not able to work the dish. It would keep resetting. This didn't affect our trip. I didn't reachout to the host because it wasn't a necessity while on this trip.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cozy little condo. Ground floor location was great! Access to the snow out the back door and no waiting in line for the elevator. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the base of the slope.

My Girlfriend and I stayed her for a few days in March and just loved it. The warm and cozy atmosphere, Mountain view, private indoor parking, and large balcony outside all contributed. We were within walking distance to the Ski lifts and River Run Center, which was great! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Property management was super responsive via text message when we had questions. Bed was very comfortable and the ground floor is great access. Hot tub is reservation only (which isn’t noted anywhere other than the door that leads out to the pool) so make sure you plan on that if you want to use it. Other than that, fantastic place!

Loved the interior and the beds were as described- really comfortable! It is a quick walk to the pool and walking paths with beautiful mountain views. It would have been nice to know that there is no privacy outdoors. But overall loved it!

This property was all the reviews said it would be. We knew that some amenities could be different due to COVID-19, but we are accepting of that. The stay was great. The property was clean, access to the pool on the weekend was easy.

The condo is great but prepare to be surprised when you hit "check out." The fees are absolutely ridiculous. Initial rate less than $200/night. But over $600 dollars worth of fees for 5 nights. Absolutely absurd! Probably will start looking for other websites that dont charge fees or are at least up front!

Red Hawk 2210 was convenient to the slopes, but could use some updating. The mattress on the pull out couch was worn out and the unit could also use some new pillows on the main bed. Also, the TV in the living room did not receive all of the cable channels recommend that it be updated.

We stayed in this condo that faces a really nice lawn. It is really quiet and we slept easily with the windows all open in the summer. Easy access to the bike path directly from the back door too which was great with the kids!

2210 Red Hawk was the perfect place for our quick getaway surrounding our annual hike in Montezuma. We loved the walkout patio with a view of the mountain we were climbing the next day. Fun to experience a grass lawn (rare living in the mountains) that led right to the pool and hot tub. Even shot some pool in the common area just outside our door. Short walk into River Run was a bonus. The unit itself was beautiful, comfortable, and just the right size for our group of 4. Thanks! We'll certainly be back...

Red Hawk 2210 is amazing - only a few minutes walking to the keystone resort area with plenty of restaurants and shops. There are 2 outdoor hot tubs which fill up quickly in the winter afternoons after skiing, but you can hang out by the outdoor fire pit until a spot opens up if you need to. Parking garage is tight - we have an F150 and it required some maneuvering to get in and out, but plenty of spaces to park once you do get past the small entrance. The room itself was wonderful! Spacious, comfortable, and clean - and it was ready for ya to check in 2 hours early. . We’d definitely stay here again! The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly, we received text updates from the property regarding check in times, room info, WiFi password, check out procedures... very helpful.
