Each room has one washer and dryer. Machines are coin operated $1.50 to wash and $1.75 to dry, detergent costs $1.00. There is a detergent dispenser in each room and a change machine in the 1st floor room as well as the main lobby of the building.

Take the elevator to the garden level and follow the signs to the left, at the end of the hallway on the right is the door that leads to the pool and hot tubs. You will need your key card for access in and out of the pool area. For your convenience towels are provided. Hours are from 8am to 10pm.

The room itself was nice and accommodating.
The accommodations were just what we needed.
We had five people in this condo and it was perfect. Three bathrooms worked great for our kids and us, and it was very close to the gondola and River Run Village. The condo was clean and had just about everything we needed.
Check-in experience was seamless as always.

We knew it was going to be a good mini vacation when we arrived watching 2 moose cross the road near the condo! The place was clean, spacious and convenient to all the activities we needed. Wish we could have stayed for much longer and will definitely look to go back some day.
Wonderful stay at Red Hawk 2264!
The condo was amazing, beautiful views, furnishings were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a family of 5. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants at that base of Keystone and being conveniently located to all the summit has to offer. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna was an added treat. We will definitely book this condo again!
One of our favorite places to vacation . We always choose this unit! Red Hawk 2264 has great view of the mountain, very well maintained and stocked. Nice location, easy walk to village as well as gondola. Extremely clean and kept updated. We love it here!
We enjoyed our stay at the Red Hawk Lodge. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were extra towels, pillows and blankets. Our only complaint was that the bedrooms were a little warm at night. Setting up this reservation through the Summit Cove website was pretty easy. We appreciated the polite and professional people that we talked to when we had questions. The receptionists in the office were very helpful and friendly when we checked in and checked out. Thank you.
Having stayed at Red Hawk 3 times now, I can confidently say it's the best location to stay. Terrific accommodations, underground parking that allows SUV w/ Yak box entry, short walk to Gondola, ski valet and the Village. A few items of note for this unit, and this particular stay are: One of the hot tubs was not functioning properly, so not as rejuvenating as it should have been. Plumbing issues cause water shut-off for about 3 hours one day, and a gas leak caused a full evacuation one evening. Not ideal situations during your holiday. Finally, a few items owner should address in unit. The thermostat doesn't seem to function properly. Unit was HOT most of the time, even though we had it set at lowest setting. Couch bed mattress is aweful. Should be replace. Most uncomfortable. Door card reader should be looked at. First set of keys did not work well, nor did second. Probably a reader issue. Look forward to coming back again
We very much enjoyed our stay at Red Hawk Lodge. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again. There were only 5 of us (3 adults, 2 kids), but 6 or 7 people could have fit comfortably, especially since there are 3 full bathrooms.
Loved Red Hawk Lodge! It was so close to the Gondola and had all the awesome amenities you need to relax after a full day on the slopes.
We had a great stay...we were there for 2 weeks. I would recommend that the oven be updated. It’s older and the burners move around and don’t fit properly, making cooking a bit annoying. Everything else was well equipped! Management was very good and attentive. Some parts were missing from the refrigerator but were ordered, they didn’t come in during our stay but once replaced, they will give more storage place in the refrigerator which was also a little annoying to have to work around. I am guessing that most people aren’t there as long as we were so it was overlooked. We would definitely book this unit again!
Great unit that more than comfortably fit 7. The extra large dining table and living space was ideal for our family to gather for meals before parting ways. Quick 100 yard walk to the gondola and the village area. Red wagons made it easy with kids and gear. Only issue was having one parking pass. For a unit that fits up to 9, additional permit in garage would be nice. Can’t wait to stay again!!

We appreciate the feedback on the parking, the way the buildings were built was only to have 1 car per condo, there are other overnight parking areas available for the extra vehicles. We are hoping the resort continues to improve overnight parking options for our guests.
