The place is looking a bit worn and dated, including carpet and furnishings. But, it was clean and worked for us. Nice being so close to lifts and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place in Keystone. We were there for the bluegrass festival and it was a lovely 5 minute walk to get there. The host was very communicative and our overall experience with check in and check out was great. The place was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to do some simple cooking. The pool and hot tubs were great.

Two and a half stars. Kitchen not well appointed. Knives dull, some “non stick “ pans” so scratched they should be thrown out. Mugs chipped, one front burner on stove doesn’t work, toaster only works if you hold the tab down Lamp in bedroom wobbles at bulb Bathroom faucet leaking. On the plus, bed is good, shower is nice. Ee like Red Hawk but won get this unit again. We have other favorite units in RH.

Excellent location very close to the gondola and river run village. It was very family friendly with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool. When we got there, our fireplace wasn’t working, but we called management and they had it fixed that day. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but was lacking some basics like foil, plastic wrap, and cooking oil or spray.

Great accommodations, but an even greater location. You can't beat the short walk to the lift while your vehicle enjoys the comfort of the heated parking garage. We loved this place and would definitely return.

Beautiful condo. I appreciated the supplies provided (coffee, shampoo, lotion...). The room was quite nice and nicely appointed. The staff I met on the grounds and through the check-in process were all pleasant and helpful. The only drawback to this property was the length of the walk (partly in the dark after dinner) to and from the village. The construction happening across the way made the location of Redhawk less desirable than I remembered it from my last stay there (approximately 7 years ago).

Great location if skiing with about 10 options for eating. Extra bonus points for the free bus is less than 100 yards from the building. Be prepared to come up with an option for your luggage if you arrive before check-in (4pm). There is nothing at their office nor at the Red Hawk (key card access is required to enter building). The Red Hawk lobby works if you can catch someone entering/leaving the property. The RH lobby has couches, bathrooms, TV and sink (to start drinking water for your hydration).

SummitCove was a great place to stay for our honeymoon! The room was nice and the hosts were great! Check in and check out was easy. Minus the construction going on across the street, it was a fantastic location and very relaxing for our week away. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved staying here for a skiing trip. The condo was walkable distance for skiing and restaurants. Very convenient. The condo had a wonderful view and was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tubs as well. It was easy to check in and check out. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything was great! One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. One of our favorite parts was the parking garage. It was a HUGE bonus to the stay! Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant.

My husband and I stayed at the Red Hawk Lodge and had a wonderful weekend! It is walking distance to the gondola as well as to the River Run Village. We definitely recommend!

This is our second time staying at a Summitcove property. Red Hawk Lodge has got to be one of the most convenient places, literally a 5 minute walk from the base of the Gondola. The place was well appointed, comfortable and had all the needed facilities for cooking during our stay. Summitcove staff were polite, helpful and made booking, checking in and checking out so easy. Thanks again guys.

Loved the location of this condo; the view is spectacular and only a short walk to the gondola. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is lacking in some utensils (could use a couple more pots & pans); enjoyed our stay and the skiing was great. Summit Cove in Keystone was wonderful to work with and we will absolutely use Summit Cove again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Hawk Lodge. The location was great and I thought the SummitCove staff was very responsive and helpful - we even got upgraded! We would love to go back! The only issues were: 1) power outage; while inconvenient, I realize it was out of SummitCove's control 2) the internet was pretty weak and we could not use the Netflix (minor concern, but still a little frustrating)
