Loved it! Great location. Our comfy condo was great. I loved that they had a little wooden map of their state of Minnesota on the wall. Made it feel like it was someone's home that they were sharing and I like that.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had all necessary items. Our son was able to go into the village by himself while we were relaxing in the hot tub. I highly recommend this place.

Great location, size, and price for a last minute in-season booking. Parking at SilverMill is a little confusing, entrance is next to the Ice Rink, but beyond that great stay

Overall, a great place to stay. The condo is comfortable for two people, the kitchen is well-stocked, and SummitCove is responsive to help fix anything that is not working. Great location in Keystone. We walked to the lifts. The garage parking is handy.
More specifically: We cooked almost all of our meals (except one evening we got empanadas from the Argentinian place – to die for!) We were impressed by all the kitchen equipment. You could cook almost anything with all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils. If you do cook up a feast, though, it would be tough to be tasked with the washing-up. The sinks are too small to fit a lot of the larger cooking vessels. It was nice to have spices and such, though there was only about a teaspoon of salt. That should be stocked. We bought a huge container of salt and left it for future guests. Overall, great for simple meals.
The heat and garbage disposal weren’t working on the first day and SummitCove sent someone out immediately to check it out. Jeff fixed the disposal and checked the heat but it turned out that one of the condo’s main boilers was out, leading to lack of heat. We met the engineer in the elevator and they were working on it. Heat was back after 2 days but before that we couldn’t get the unit above 68 degrees. Luckily the unit had a space heater, a gas fireplace, and lots of blankets so we were able to make do. Great service from SummitCove, though!
Hot tubs in the courtyard were great. We used them every day. Bathroom was fine. The hair dryer on the wall doesn’t work but there is one in the drawer that does. Plenty of hot water. We pulled out the humidifier and used it.
The lighting in the condo is modest at best, so don’t plan to curl up with a good book unless you bring your own book light. The lighting in the bedroom is basically mood lighting, extremely dim. Luckily, we brought an e-book so we were able to read before bed. I think the TVs are intended to be the primary mode of entertainment. There were two, though we didn’t try them. There were no less than 4 remotes (!) in the bedroom so there are probably a dizzying array of screen entertainment options.
Ski lockers were nice. Caveat that there is no place to sit an put on/remove your boots so put them on before you go downstairs. Also, be aware that coming back you have to use your keycard for the lobby door and then the ski room door. Then you have a pull out a separate old-school key for the locker. It makes for a difficult time if you are carrying skis. The other guests frequently helped us get in, as we did for them.
The unit was fairly quiet except for the parking lot plowing at 6am. But that means you have snow, so you can’t really complain about the plows. Overall, nice place to say. We’d recommend.

We used this delightful little one-bedroom on River Run for our anniversary trip. We loved staring at the mountains on the other side of the empty parking lot, especially on those warm summer nights. It was lovely to be close to River Run and on the opposite side of the central area, so it was significantly quieter than expected. There was a live show on the main stage that we didn't hear at all, even with our windows open. We would happily stay here again!

Great location! All the shops and restaurants are literally right outside the door. The gondola and ski lifts are steps away. And free public transportation are right out side the front door and will get you anywhere you need in Keystone. Also, really enjoyed the hot tubs and dry sauna. Oh covered parking included. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Location, location, location. Great room for a brief walk to River Run gondola and lift. Good parking option and located with the village. Room was very well cleaned and ski lockers were in good shape. SummitCove is extremely professional and available late into the evening for those coming from work it of town. Definitely one the best options in Keystone!

The location was perfect right in the village and easy access to River Run Gondola. Coffee shop, restaurants and small liquor/beer shops close by. Hot tub and an sauna also on site. Summit Cove gave good pointers on buying groceries prior to arrival (we stopped in Silverthorn). The check-in required stopping by the Summit Cove office to pick up the key cards which is close but it would be nice to have the pick up on site as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We only booked this place for one night and I wish we would have booked it longer! It was perfect for our family and I will definitely plan to be back. This was our first time to Keystone and I picked it based on the map/price/capacity and hoped for the best. I was amazed at how great the location actually was ( you can walk to the gondola...with kids... in ski boots). I would describe the kitchen as "full" as in full sized appliances (stove/oven/fridge) you can actually cook in it if you needed to. We just ate breakfast there but it appeared to be well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc for a family. The king bed was comfy and the pull out sofa was better than expected (our kids will sleep anywhere but this mattress was nicer as far as pull out sofa beds go). Check in process and communications from Summit Cove were better than expected. We travel a lot and have experienced all sorts of "Air BnB mishaps" but this company was top notch. E-mails prior to arrival were informative, the staff member who assisted with our check in was super. It was the perfect combination of hotel-style amenities, but condo style comforts. Really could not have been more satisfied with our choice to stay here for this trip. Our next 2 nights we had previously booked at the Keystone Lodge which was farther away, more expensive, and more run down. Next time we'll stay here the whole time. Solid 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

We always have the best time. We have rented through Summit Cove for many years. I have recently just told 2 families to rent through you. This was also the first time that I was told that we could pay $35.00 and stay until 2:00 or $75.00 and stay until (i cant remember exact time). I’m not sure if this is something new, but it was wonderful and really made life so much easier for us. This was an absolute wonderful option. We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Our only complaint would be temperature regulation. It seemed that the thermostat was merely a wall ornament, it had no effect on room temperature. We had to open the windows and doors at night to cool it off to a comfortable temperature to sleep.

I stayed at this condo over President's Day weekend with my two daughters and it worked great for us. Granted, this entire complex jacks up their rates to ridiculous levels over these holiday weekends, but that was the only time we could go. The check-in was simple and the place was clean. Bathroom is big, but could use some updating (example: shower curtain was kind of nasty and needs replaced). There were no pictures of the bathroom on the website so I guess that means buyer beware. This place could easily fit 4 people...anything more than that would be very cramped. Location is great too. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice one bedroom condo in a good location for skiing. We have stayed in other Keystone units during past ski vacations and found this Silvermill #8226 to be the best of our River Run condo stays so far. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, no broken furniture or appliances, bath and shower like new, jacuzzi and sauna very convenient, carpet was clean, and general cleanliness excellent. Only thing that could be better is the balcony could face the sun in the afternoon. Would reserve this unit next trip to Keystone.
