Silver Mill 8234

We had a great spring break vacation at Peter's condo. Very close to the gondola and all the restaurants and amenities in the River Run area (the crepes place is awesome!). Very cozy inside and the balcony is nice. The condo was great for 3 of us with one on the pull out couch.
The primary bed was a bit on the uncomfortable side for us but everyone's opinion differs on mattress types, and it didn't spoil our stay. The unit faces the parking lot so mornings were a bit noisy because of the restaurant deliveries. Again didn't spoil our stay but it's good for others to know since it wasn't in the listing in case you are a light sleeper or not a morning person.
Great price and great location! Underground parking was nice and convenient. Close by hot tubs, and access to the heated outdoor pool at the nearby Dakota building was nice to have.

Great place location and nice amenities. Only suggestion is the old TVs — most people these days probably just want access to Netflix or other video apps on a smart TV rather than old TV with cable! Also unit is next to parking lot so morning trash removal can be loud — earplugs helped!

Great location in River Run. Apartment is nice. The building is immense. One note is that every unit in the building starts with the numbers 82. So, you don't know what floor your unit is on. And each floor is huge. So, it took us quite awhile to find out unit, and since the elevator was down, we were carrying heavy suitcases up and down the the stairwell. Not ideal.
Under normal circumstances, you would presumably be able to use the elevator. So, just note that you need to ask which floor your unit is located on, as the unit number does not indicate the floor.
Able to get a late checkout and ski half a day on the final day for an exra $50. Well worth it.

Great value. You’re within a few minutes walk of the lift. Right in the middle of the village so plenty of restaurants to go to.
We especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tubs located on the ground floor of the building.
Only feedback would be to add some more kitchen items like a can opener, tinfoil, or Keurig machine

We had a great ski weekend steps from the River Run Village in Keystone. The house was a great fit for my husband and I. The parking garage and ski storage were a great convenience. The hot tubs were great after a day on the mountain, and it was nice that there were 3. The hosts were very responsive!

Great Location! Comfortable bed and comfortable pull out couch. All the amenities we needed for our short late season ski trip. Short walk to the lifts, restaurants, and shops. All around great stay.

Heated parking and a quick walk to the slopes makes this a great place to stay. Clean, close to everything, and 3 hot tubs to relax in after working hard on the slopes all day. I would stay here again.

The service from summit cove was great. Forgot the key in the room and they brought another one over to us no questions asked. Easy check-in and out. The room was very clean. Having the small discount for repeat stay was helpful too. More coffee would be nice as only had one package. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great experience with SummitCove. Easy checkin at the office and the walking distance to the gondola is convenient. Only potential issue is the condo is next to the driveway where the snow plows are located. You can hear them in the middle of the night.

 I had a good time during visit, this was my 4th visit to keystone and 3rd year staying in Silvermill. We had plenty of blankets and were happy with proximity to the slopes via the stairwell. Also the pullout sofa mattress was the best of all three of the rooms we've stayed at in silvermill

This was our second time at Silver Mill in River Run. We love the convenience to the lifts. Kid can get dressed and go skiing as soon as he is ready, and we can follow at a slower pace. We could head back to condo for lunch and rest before going out for nighttime skiing. This unit is a little larger and better laid out than the one we stayed in previously. It's more squared off than long and narrow. More room for clothes and gear which was nice. It's also on a corner so there are windows on 2 sides of unit. Kid slept on fold-out couch, mattress was comfy. We had an issue with bathtub handle and called property management. They had someone out to fix it the same day, very prompt resolution. The only downsides to the stay - first, one elevator was out of operation and from what we heard, has been that way for months. So long, long waits for elevator. The other issue with this unit is that it's at the front of the building next to road and parking lot. Mornings were very noisy with delivery trucks and shuttle buses, and in one case the snow plow clearing the parking lot. It would have been tough to sleep in. But that's the price you pay for being so close to all the action so we didn't mind too much.

My family had a great time staying at the Silvermill resort, the 3 hot tubs were great after a day of skiing and the location was close to many restaurants! The condo was cozy and quiet, which was nice!

WeI stayed in Keystone at silver mill 8234 over the weekend of 7/13/18-7/15/18. We had a fantastic time as there was a wine and jazz festival going on in River Run village so there was plenty to do. The unit itself was wonderful! We have been in other 1 bedroom units in River Run and this one is definitely larger than the other ones we have been in. It was also a corner unit with extra windows (extra light) which was very nice to use natural light instead of artificial. The bed was comfortable and our friends said the pullout was a memory foam mattress and they slept really well. There is a gas fireplace which we didn't use but I imagine would be terrific during ski season. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot and a griddle that was great for a pancake breakfast. The condo is in river run village so it is very convenient to the restaurants and shops with just a quick elevator ride down. We will definitely be back to this unit and can't wait to stay in it during the ski season as it is such a short walk to the gondola and a nice looking ski locker room in the building.

Visited Keystone for a summer wedding. This is a beautiful location and Silver Mill 8234 is perfectly located. The unit itself was fine and ideal for an extended stay. If you need darkness to sleep in, bring eye mask. The morning sun is bright and the window shades let in a lot of light! Also, if you are a coffee drinker in the morning, there is a Starbucks in the village (1 minute walk) or a quick trip to the store for coffee and cream /milk will make your morning all that much better.
