Love this condo, stayed here several times before. Very nice layout and furnishings, and very short walk to Mountain House base. However, problem at the condo again. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this property when the washer/dryer was in-op. This sucked because Summit Cove told us we could not use the Landry room in the property next door (which we’ve also stayed at and used last time when the dryer was dead) and made us go to their office where they would allow us to use the Laundry room at the building there. So someone had to go to their office, haul over 4 people’s worth of laundry, explain the whole situation over again each time, and then sit for a couple hours and pay to use their washing equipment. Huge waste of time, annoyed it cost me extra money, and disappointed at how Summit Cove handled the situation. We lost about 10-12 hrs of ski time doing laundry for our family across 7 days. The master bed has frame issues. Looks like the supporting legs under the bed are installed incorrectly, or most honestly, looks like someone massed them up moving the bed frame. So, you kind of roll to the middle of the bed while sleeping. Last, the refrigerator leaks if the bottom freezer isn’t securely closed. Seems odd but it must be worn out for years of use, but it looks new. Had a great time skiing, when we weren’t doing laundry….

This was the perfect place for us to stay with 4 adults and 2 children. Easy walk to Peru lift, clean, all kitchen items needed, and we loved the access to the pool and hot tub! I would definitely recommend this rental!

Great. Perfect for Families with 3 children ages 8-12. The beds were comfortable, a 5-minute walk to the ski lift. Kids loved having access to a pool and hot tub. We will stay here again. Easy check-in and out and garage parking.

Overall, we loved this home and vacation. Our only point of feedback comes at time of check-in. We had a very difficult time finding our unit and then when we called the management company, the person who answered the phone, though was polite, was not at all helpful. A map would be a great resource for new visitors.

This place is just lovely! The location is perfect, and the entire house is warm and inviting. Although I originally thought the fox on the wall was going to be a little campy, the art on the wall was actually really beautiful and made the entire place feel special. Heated bathroom floors were a nice bonus. Highly recommend. (3 adults one chid).

We loved this cozy condo! It had everything we needed for our 3 night ski getaway right before Christmas. The kitchen was well equipped, even with oil and salt and pepper. The living room was cozy and spacious with plenty of seating. An added bonus was the heated floor in the master bath! Awesome! Location was great, very close to the ski area. You can just walk through a path behind the condo and over a cute little bridge to the ski resort. We only did that one day because it is a little bit of a walk with your ski boots on. But it is definitely something to check out as soon as you get there because it is very convenient. I saw many people walking through the path with their ski gear on. This is a great family condo for your trip!

We had a great experience with SummitCove. The place was sparkling clean, the check -in was so easy and quick. We had a little issue with the dryer in the unit and they fixed it right the way.

I stayed in condo with my 4 boys (14,11,8,8) and snowboarded for Spring break. This condo is a short walk (maybe 200 yds) from on of lifts. We liked being on the lift that goes to terrain park. The condo remodel has high end cabinets and appliances in kitchen as well as high end washer dryer. Baths are remodeled as well and extremely nice. Boys bunk beds are great size and strength having a full bed below and twin above. Loved having a key locker in hallway outside front door but in a heated hallway. I would definitely stay here again.

Of all the places we’ve stayed this was definitely the most unique. The decor was amazing, the unit was super spacious, heated bathroom floors, I could go on.
Although the pool and hot tub are closed, you know, due to the pandemic, but this was expected.
We only stayed one night so we drove from and to the lifts, not sure how far the walk is. Either way we will rent this unit again.

The patio was my favorite part! We had some trouble with tv remotes and were disappointed that Covid closed the hot tub but this condo was awesome. Listening to the river in the morning and the short walk to town make this location ideal! Quiet and comfortable!

The condo was very nice and a 9 minute walk to the slopes in ski boots. There were a few maintenance issues, but the property managers attended to them right away. We did not use the kitchen that much, but it did seem very well stocked. The condo also provided adequate trash bags, towels, and TP for the stay. The very best part about this condo was the garage and the washer/dryer! Will rent again if possible.

We have stayed at many different condo facilities in the past. I do a lot of research prior to booking in order to accommodate our family of 5. This place has everything-even lots of good pots & pans and at least one good knife (which says a lot because most rental condos do not)!??? Plenty of sleeping accommodations for 2 adults and 3 school aged children, choice of coffee pot vs French press, full kitchen, salt/pepper, coffee/filters and a few other spices to get you by until you shop for yourselves, TONS of extra bedding, traditional board games like yatzee and Uno, sleds, and a locker in the hallway for our ski/snowboard gear! HUMIDIFIERS TOO! They’ve thought of everything! It IS a minor hike to the lift but still closer than most who have to park in the lots nearby. We kept our boots overnight at the Mountain House for $11 a day (ask at the window for a bin) so our kids didn’t have to walk to and from ski school every day in their ski boots. Worth every penny. Ski school will also keep the kids’ skis over night in their shed if your children are returning the next day. If not, no worries! There are public, large wheeled Radio Flyer wagons all around the resort for lugging gear or children to and fro. The indoor hot tub/sauna/pool is about 20 steps from this condo! Easy and convenient after a day on the slopes! We had such a great week! Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo it was so much nicer in person than it was in the pictures. When we checked in at 1:30AM and got our keys from the office then headed to our condo we couldn’t find it. The garage wasn’t where it said on the map. We drove back to the office to ask where the condo was and the gentleman working locked up the office and we followed him there. He even helped us carry our luggage in because we had our 1&4 year old sleeping in the car that we had to carry in. He was so nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo! We loved it! It had everything you could think of and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d neeed to make a meal in.

My party thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SkiRun 501 this past weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and the condo provided lots of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was equipped with appliances and cookware, allowing us to make 3 meals at home instead of eating out! A short walk from the slopes, the location was convenient for us to come and go at our leisure throughout the day without the fuss of a shuttle.

We stayed in Ski Run 501 for 9 days with our 3 children. The condo is in a great location, is very well stocked with anything you would need (except for a muffin pan ;-)) including humidifiers, pots, pans, blankets, etc. The condo is very well kept and clean. We ran out of fire wood and it was brought to us within hours. We were very happy with the condo and management company.
