Ski Tip Ranch 8701

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was the perfect location as my daugther was getting married at ski tip lodge so this was within walking distance. Lots of room to hang and relax between all the celebrations. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Good location just down the road from River Run base. Nice setup. Plenty of beds for our family of 6. Hot tub on the back porch was great to have.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was a definite highlight and so relaxing after a long day of skiing. We loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings tucked away in the woods, yet still very convenient to nearby ski resorts and restaurants in town. We would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property! It was very comfortable for our family and well appointed with everything we needed for a weeklong stay over Thanksgiving. It’s super close to the Keystone Resort and the private hot tub and back patio were great for outdoor relaxation and play with our kids. We did have slight issues upon check-in with the door code but this was related to WiFi issues and ultimately resolved by Summit cove property management. We are already discussing a return to this property next year!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect for skiing at A Basin, for all those Ikon pass holders and close enough to Keystone for dinner out. It felt secluded even though it is close to a main road. You don’t hear the traffic even a little and the hot tub is wonderful, right out the back door. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed time with the family here. Very comfortable and spacious. Took advantage of the hot tub a couple of times and had some down time relaxing on the couch!

Spacious and comfortable unit! Loved the windows that overlook the private patio space, and the fireplace was a nice touch in the evenings. The best feature was the huge private hot tub! Kudos to the aquatics team, the tub was very clean and worked great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood tucked into the pines (:

As 2 families with young children, we felt so comfortable at this townhouse. It had all we needed and gave us a chance to spend some quality time together but didn't feel too tight.

First trip to Colorado for our two adult kids, so wanted a 3-bedroom so they had private space. Loved this townhome!! The private hot tub right outside back door was fantastic! Comfy couch and warm fireplace was so relaxing. Convenient to all ski areas. Beds super comfortable! We will definitely be back. Awesome communication from Summit Cove!

Location was perfect, access to keystone was super easy, within walking distance of the river run gondola (kids weren’t complaining anyway).. I think the shuttle runs right out front too. Checkin was painless. House was amazing and had everything we were looking for. We had myself and my wife, 3 of our boys (ages13-16) and a friend of theirs staying and there was plenty of room.

Really solid property with everything you need for a great ski trip. The hot tub was perfect, had plenty of dishes and spices and cookware, rooms were spacious, had a heated garage that we parked in.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay for our family of 6. Cozy & clean with everything we could have needed. Kitchen was well-appointed, we saved money & time by cooking most meals at home (crock pot was great for this!) Private hot tub was a life saver after 4 full days on the slopes. Loved watching the birds every morning in the little outdoor sanctuary. This property is a treasure, thank you for sharing it!

Property as listed. With a private hot tub and no visible neighbors in the back we felt pleasantly alone. We enjoyed the stellar jays and other birds throughout the day. Locating the property took a few phone calls and Ford Raped didn't fit in garage. The only real problem was inadequate heat from gas grill but maybe low on LP. Very well equipped and stocked. Thanks

This was a beautiful keystone ski condo close to the slopes. Warm cozy condo with a huge hot tub and great amenities. I would love to stay here again as my group of 8 had a blast!!

We had a very nice stay. Townhome is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Location is great, took us less than 5 minutes to get to the skier dropoff. Kitchen and dining area are very pleasant. Would be great for 2 families with Children, or 1-3 couples, Would definitely stay here again

We had such a great stay here for our first family vacations! We had two families each with one toddler and it was the perfect amount of space. The location is excellent, so easy to jump in the shuttle to get to River Run area and the patio is pretty secluded so you have privacy. The condo is very well maintained and everyone was so nice and responsive. We will be back!
