Ski Tip Ranch 8739

Amazing location in the heart of Keystone. We had lots of space and the kids (9 and 7) loved the bunk bead. Kitchen was really nice and living room was a cozy place for everyone to gather by the fireplace. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub which was amazing after a full day of skiing. We loved the unit and the location and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for our Thanksgiving holiday. Very cozy property. The host was very responsive. We really enjoyed the large windows and patio. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Ski Tip is an amazing stay VERY close to Keystone Resort. This townhome exceeded all our expectations and made for a very comfy cozy Snowboard Trip. Summit Cove staff were quick to assist when we had some difficulty using the door code during check-in. Looking forward to staying with Summit Cove again in the future!

Great stay, and a nice townhome. The house's front door was not lit and it was difficult to determine the correct townhome to enter.

The townhouse had very adequate space. Was totally clean, updated and fresh, comfortable… Beds+ mattresses were very nice quality> Decor was fun. Good amenities. Beautiful peaceful setting, to experience nature, with great view of trees and pond out back. Kitchen very complete for preparing meals. You can tell the owners made it their home away from home, in a way that renters could feel cozy and at home.

We stayed here the 1st week of March for a ski vacation at Keystone. This is an absolutely gorgeous property with beautiful furnishings and a great location to the ski resort. There was a shuttle right outside our door. It was also very nice to have a garage pull into when it was snowing. It had a full kitchen . They could use a few more cooking utensils but it was fully stocked and very very nice. Upstairs there were 3 bedrooms 1 of which had bunk beds that my 8 and 11 year old loved! The master bath and master bathroom were very nice. I would highly recommend staying at this location. The only thing that would have made it more perfect would have been a private hot tub as other cabins we have rented have. Unfortunately the hot tub for the complex was closed and there wasn't a private one. Other than that it was the perfect stay.

This home was the perfect "work-cation" for myself and two high schoolers. We had not been out of our home in Michigan since March and the chance to be in the mountains and enjoy Keystone was a remarkable gift. The incredible view of this house, as well as the cozy, well appointed rooms made it the perfect "reset" retreat for the three of us. Our family had a planned trip to Virginia Beach for a large family reunion. It would’ve been around 30 people under 1 roof! With Covid... we decided to cancel. We were bummed and decided to do something nearby and found this gorgeous property near Keystone and just 1.5 hrs from our home! It was perfect! Great weather. Very relaxing, and the house had all that you’d need to cook! We’re already talking about trying to book again in the next couple of months.

We just returned home after spending a week at this gorgeous mountain retreat and must say we were so sad to leave. Upon entering it was quite obvious this was far from being the typically nice, but somewhat ordinary rental property. Stone, hardwood, granite, leather and slate are used impeccably in creating an upscale ranch themed decor that is warm, comfortable and exquisite. Then, as you make your way to the wall of glass along the rear of the house you see THE VIEW. Picture perfect. It's the scene you've always pictured in your mind but never imagined seeing firsthand and having for your very own for as long as you stay. The mountains...a pond...split rail fence...the sound of a stream just beyond the grove of pine, spruce and aspen trees...and in the distance the gondola serving the ski village just a five minute walk away. And, just when you thought it couldn't get any better...we observe a moose grazing in the meadow. I know this sounds like a fairy tale. But, that is exactly how our first day went in this dream of a home. It was so difficult to leave, but, we know for certain we will return just as soon as possible. We've found our mountain getaway. And, we love it.

Just spent an incredible month at this property. Nestled in the quiet, wilderness surroundings of the Ski Tip Ranch development, this beautifully decorated townhome was just what we needed to escape and forget the hustle and bustle of big city living. Each day started with coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains and lake next door as we planned our day of hiking, biking, golf, fishing, sightseeing or simply reading a book on the banks of the Snake River at the rear of the property. During our stay we observed moose, deer, fox and even a bear. We've been gone only a few days and are already making plans to return.

Thank you for a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday and thank you for the wonderful customer service from Summit Property management. We were in preparation to pre-order all of our groceries for the big day and inquired about cookware, pan sizing etc. I must say the turn-a-round time for my questions asked was fantastic. This home has a great inventory of just about everything one could need for any cooking. We were fortunate enough to have been present for the inordinate amount of snow that closed down the roads etc. Grin! Yes, we loved it....we traveled from Texas to meet my son and his family from Denver area. We heard the snow removal in the morning, taking care of everything outdoors, but I was more impressed when I called in the afternoon regarding more snow build-up and they sent someone over right away. We enjoyed the use of the snow saucers and appreciated the entry mud-room for boots, shoes and jackets. It sure makes a difference in keeping everything neat and clean. We love birds and bought peanuts to feed all of the Blue-jays. We kept within the guidelines of not having any food out that could attract wild animals. We placed the peanuts along the fencing and within minutes, one bluejay called in all their friends for the party. It was pure delight to see the beauty of the surroundings of this marvelous home. The views are fantastic. Wow! The beds are comfortable, the decor is on-point and a great time was had by all. We will definitely return and refer others to utilize this lovely home in Ski Tip Ranch. PS. We appreciated the tips regarding extra toilet paper, paper towels etc. I might mention, we needed extra trash bags since more of our time was spent indoors. We ordered everything with our groceries. Thanks again to the homeowners and to Summit Property management. Together. you made our experience great.

SummitCove made the entire process very simple. Thank you. We have stayed at this location three or four times with our four children and we absolutely love it. It is always our first choice. Somewhat secluded area but very close to the resort. Large yard in back for kids to play. Excellent condo. Nicely decorated. Heated garage. Hesitated to leave a great review as we want this gem of a property to ourselves but the owners are great to work with and they, and their home, deserve the word to get out. You need to stay at this location. You will not be disappointed!
