Slopeside 2733A

We had a good stay at Peter's Slopeside condo. Everything in the condo was as advertised. The location and the ease of getting on and off the slopes, our primary objective, was also as simple as possible. (It is as close as or closer than the parking lot). The walk to the Keystone bus routes was also mere minutes so getting to Keystone restaurants was also doable if you stay without a car, which we did. (Getting to Dillon/Silverthorne was a little more effort.) All in all, exactly what we wanted for a week of skiing.

Great stay overall. We arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues locating the key pickup facility thanks to the clear, detailed instructions. Finding the building itself wasn’t difficult, though you do need to stay alert and drive through the parking lot to identify the correct entrance.
Parking was easy, which was a big plus, and the building has an elevator—very convenient with luggage and ski gear. The location is excellent. Within about a five-minute walk, you’re at the ski school, ticket booth, and the Peru lift. You really can’t beat the convenience for a ski trip.

Very close to skiing. Clean. Great hot tubs. The place is kind of hard to find, but clear instructions were provided. We weren’t given our door code at check in though, so assumed that access was via the keys that were provided, but we called and it was resolved quickly. Very responsive host. Would definitely come back- thank you!

Great spot for skiing at Keystone. The Peru lift is within a 3 minute walk.
Finding the parking garage is a bit confusing. Follow the instructions provided by SummitCove. Google Maps will likely lead you astray.
I checked in around 9 pm to find that my room had a keypad but I was only given a key card. I called the provided phone line and received the code immediately. It's reassuring to know there's always someone available to help!
Overall a fine experience for the price.

We loved staying here.
This unit is located at the base of Keystone and would be great for a ski in/out stay.
The underground parking was a plus. The hot tub area was new, with a nice community area to sit outside. The views were breathtaking with all the fall leaves.
Note….it has very limited closet/storage space inside the unit, but was perfect for two people.
We would stay here again!

Off the bat, it was a little tough to find. Just make sure to get directions from the people at the office where you check in. They are so nice and helpful!
From there, everything was great. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like it was advertised. About a 12 minute walk from the main Keystone Village.

This is my second review. Not much has changed since i reviewed in 2020 and that review is still here. We stayed as a couple and have been in this unit several times over the past 5 years. It would be tight with more people, unless they were small children. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything one needs to eat in, but no oven or crock pot. There is a toaster oven. Also, 2 small refrigerators is a bonus because most units only have a tiny half size one. The unit is located close to the Peru lift, an easy 2-3 min walk with boots on and carrying skis. The 2 hot tubs are great and the outdoor community grill area and fire pit are really nice. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

I had a friend visiting from out of state and we were looking for a last-minute getaway in the mountains. This condo was perfect! The unit is better than the listing photos. As others mentioned, we had difficulty finding the condo upon arrival. All of the navigation apps (Apple Maps/Rhymes with Floogle Maps/Etc.) sent us to the back side of the building in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the management company's night crew answered our distressed call at 3 a.m. and were able to point us in the right direction. We stayed during the fall before the resort opened so the property was practically deserted. Great location, great price. Would definitely stay again!

It was hard to find the office, so make sure you plan ahead to get your keys and check in separately from where you’re staying! Other than that, I had to call to get the door code, but everyone communicated well and called me back when the call dropped

The property was clean, quiet, and well stocked with items to get you through your stay. The bed was not comfortable. I like a firm mattress but this mattress was stiff and lacked support. I also didn’t like that the closet and dresser were stuffed with extra items stuffed in a bag, or extra pillow shoved in the drawers. It prevented me from hanging my clothes or putting any clothes in the dresser.

We loved the condo. Everything was clean and neatly taken care of. We struggled with the remote on the tv. Fortunately the office came and figured it out for us. The only other issue was the other tenants. There was a group that was yelling, laughing and carrying on from 8:00 pm to after 11:00 pm.

Very nice, comfortable place. Well located in the Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne area. Once I figured out how to work the garage door with the key card, the inside/basement parking garage was great. The room was a bit dated, but still very livable. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, etc. Comfortable bed. And the price was very competitive! A really good central location to visit with my son who lives in the area, and find plenty of nearby 13'ers & 14'ers to climb when not socializing with family. Would definitely recommend to others.

This was a quick strike snowboard mission so we planned on spending very little time at lodging and just went price. This crushed it on that end. But it also ended up being amazing value. Is it dated? Yes. But that doesn’t mean it’s run down or dirty. The staff was amazing, the location was all time: your a small parking lot walk away from the gondola. A 15 minute drive to breck, and a 30 minute drive from vail. Specifics of rental: it’s like an efficiency room, small kitchen, decent sized bathroom. 1 bed that’s comfortable, a pull out couch bed that was shockingly comfortable. Small patio. Real small. There is cookware and utensils, very little condiments. 2 fridges, we used one solely for beer. The hot tub is kick ass, as is the fire pit. There is a grill next to the fire pit. 10/10 will stay here again. Holy smokes, that patio is small.

We stayed as a couple in this studio condo and it was great for our ski trip. The convenience to the slopes was fantastic.... about a 2 minute walk to Peru Lift. The unit is located on the first floor with the ski lockers and laundry room right there. The kitchenette is basic, but had what we needed for easy cooking. There is a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster and 2 refrigerators (neither full size, but good enough). We used the outdoor community grill twice. The bed was comfortable, but more pillows would be nice. The bathroom had plenty of space and was clean. There is a tiny balcony. The headed garage was helpful. Overall, everything was good and we would stay in this unit again.

It's hard to beat the location of this unit. Literally walking distance, I think it may be closer than the shuttle bus drop off location. The unit was good sized for a father and college aged son. A third could have been there with little stress. A fourth would have been tight. The call a few hours ahead of check in time to indicate that the room was available was huge for us - a long story, but we needed the room. The kitchen was as described, with a two burner electric stove, no oven, full sized fridge. The utensils and dishes could have been more plentiful, but that was manageable. Indoor parking was great, if a little tight for a full sized SUV with roof box - but even finding an outdoor spot that is comfortably large enough is tough, so no real complaint here. Unit and building was/were a little dated, but very clean and in good repair, so again, no real complaint. I would rent this again, I would recommend to a friend. The piling-on of fees was a little excessive and significantly jumped the per night cost of this short stay. This was the reason I did not give 5 stars.

This was a great location for my son and I to enjoy a ski trip together. Very close to the Mountain House and access to the Peru Express and Argentine lifts. Perfect for skiing numerous green and blue runs and access to the A51 (for those that do jumps, rails, and tricks). Covered secure parking directly underneath the building with quick and easy access to the unit. Also, very close to the hot tub, but we never used it so nothing further to say. Only downside is that when sitting up to read or watch TV the bed slides away from the wall.

Stayed here for a week. Check-in was very easy and there was enough room for parking in the garage, which was nice! The room was clean, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. But most importantly, it was an easy 2-3 minute walk to the Peru and Argentine lifts! This made it ideal for getting out on the slopes as much as possible. And if you want to get into the village more, it's a relatively short walk to River Run. I would highly recommend staying here!

The management company made it so very easy to check in and check out. The only problem we had is that our key card did not work when we got to our room but they sent somebody within 10 minutes to get us new cards. Everything else was a breeze, it was comfortable for us and two teenage kids. The hot tub at night was great.

The unit was clean and well stocked. Everything worked as expected. It was great to have such a short walk to the lift and have a small kitchen in the unit. Garage parking was also a bonus. It can get a bit loud, especially on the weekend, but that is expected with all the skiers coming and going in the building.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the lifts but not in the middle of River Run Village, which can be a little loud and busy. It doesn't boast anything too fancy, but the layout of the condo was great for a couple, and the porch and hot-tubs were easily accessible, and made our stay very enjoyable. Easy parking on premises and some decent food is within walking distance as well. Great price for what it is.

The condo is in good condition, clean and in very good location. A bit cozy but it's good for 4. If you planning to use the sofa, the mattress is not that comfortable even for kids to sleep. but overall, it's a nice place.

This condo was perfect for me and my two teenage boys. Not large, but had everything we wanted for a three day ski trip. Walk to ski lifts was about as short as any condo in Keystone could be. Also short walk to restaurants and quick, free bus ride to River Run when we wanted to head that way for shopping and restaurants. Excellent communication from Summit Cove staff before, during, and after our stay. I would highly recommend to all.
