Snake River 1

The townhouse was in a great location with plenty of room for our nine family members. It was nice to have three floors, one for each family unit. There were reasons for getting only three stars. First, the rooms were a bit cramped, especially the room with bunk beds. There wasn’t much room to move. There were a number of maintenance issues that needed fixing which got in the way of the pleasure of our stay. I’m sure if they were taken care of, this would be a great place to stay.

Lovely place in the summer with perfect, comfortable accommodations for a group of 10, including children. Walking distance to Keystone Resort where there’s plenty of restaurants, mini-golf, and shuttles to neighboring cities (Breckenridge, Frisco, etc.). Breckenridge was amazing. Adventure Pass highly recommended for a day of pure fun.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb right next to Keystone Resort! The location couldn’t have been better, super convenient to the slopes and everything in the area. The place itself was perfect for our group and especially great for the kids. There were tons of games to keep them entertained, and the ping pong table was a huge hit. The space was clean, comfortable, and well set up for relaxing after a long day of activities. It really felt like the hosts thought of everything to make guests feel welcome. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a fun and convenient place to stay near Keystone.

Snake River 1 is easily one of the best places we’ve stayed in Keystone. Our large group loved the layout with a bedroom/bathroom combination for each room. The powder room was a bonus. The ping‑pong table was also a big hit. One of our favorite features was the warm garage game room. It made gearing up for the slopes incredibly easy, and being able to head straight out through the garage door was perfect. Overall, Snake River 1 delivered comfort, space, and thoughtful touches that made our ski trip feel effortless. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Our recent stay at Snake River 1 was a delightful experience. The kitchen was undoubtedly the star, equipped with modern appliances that made cooking a breeze, although the oven did require a bit of a learning curve. The thoughtful inclusion of extras like a griddle and crockpot, along with both a brew and single cup coffee maker, was a pleasant surprise. The small fridge for beverages was a handy addition, and the spacious dining table was perfect for our group meals. The cleanliness of the place met high standards, and the humidifiers in each bedroom made for comfortable nights. While the living room seating could have been more comfortable, it didn't detract much from the overall experience. We managed the lack of pantry storage by using the available counter space. The flooring in converted garage under the ping pong table took some getting used to (interlocking mats) but we did enjoy many games! The location was strategically good enough that with a bit of planning, like driving our gear to Mountain House base, the distance was not an issue. All in all, this rental (exactly as pictured) was a great choice for our vacation needs!

We had a large crew and every bed( even the pull out couches) were very comfy! All the items you need to cook were available. The GOAT and Snake River are so close for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend!

Summit Cove was wonderful to work with. This unit served our group of ten well. The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms very clean, nice linens on beds. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the teens loved the game room. Good location, gated area, close to restaurants in walking distance. The only suggestion I would have is for the queen bedroom in basement. Mattress sagged in middle and not very comfortable for a couple. The sliding door in basement had no screen, so it was hard to get fresh air without worrying about critters coming in. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time. The kids loved the game room. Was real easy to drive to the mountain everyday. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the Mountain house base. The walk is really nice. The jacuzzi area is not super fancy but it got the job done. Overall we had a great stay.

We stayed here for spring break in 2023 and fell in love with it. The view of the mountains was incredible! Furnishings were top notch and the stoned fireplace added to the ambiance. We walked to the lifts each day so obviously the location is prime! The garage is converted into a hangout room that the kids loved! This place is highly recommended!

We stayed here with 9 guys on a short trip to the mountains and found the accommodations perfect for our group. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable for everybody and the 4 full bathrooms were great for our large group. Half bath off the kitchen was a bonus too. :)

The townhouse has a very well equipped kitchen. Great to have one bathroom attached to each bedroom. The location to lift base is great. A very short walk crossing the neighborhood in front and Snake River bridge. After an entry issue (see below), SummitCove phone support / availability was great. If we come back to Keystone, we will check you out first.
