Springs 8803

This was my favorite spot to stay at Keystone thus far. The parking garage with the ski room for your equipment is such a secure piece. The home itself has everything that you need with a great cozy feeling. The views from both rooms are great from the first floor, especially when it's snowing. The kitchen is ample. We enjoyed cooking dinner while having space to move between each other. The rooms are very decently sized, especially the master bedroom. The heated pool and jacuzzis were perfect to relax after a day on the mountain.

Nice condo with comfy beds. Location was great (just 4 minute walk to gondola and River Run shops). Construction impact of new Kinder development was not bad for February 2026 stay.

Booked last minute and everything was perfect. Really spacious. Great location. Easy walk to gondola and all the river run restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I booked Springs 8803 recently for a family trip with kids and grandkids. I always chose The Springs because it is a family favorite. 8803 is a spacious two bedroom big enough to host all of us at dinner time. The grandkids love the pool with slides and the special toddler pool. Perfect for our 6- and 3-year-old grands. There is also a kiddie playroom stocked with fun blocks, and playhouse and games. The unit is a nicely furnished corner unit which makes it bright and inviting. The fitness room is well equipped and of course the kids use the pool and hot tub daily. Highly recommend this building for families! Easy walking distance to Village and gondola!

I have stayed at this property twice now. I love it because my family and friends snowboard and the gondola is a few minute walk away. The property is very cozy, quiet, nice staff and amazing hot tub. Always nice and hot. I plan on staying here again several times this winter season. Thank you so much for being an amazing host!

Nice location, and is close to the ski lift and fun part of town. It is a nice apartment, with plenty of space, and great for entertaining. We had a little incident, but the staff was very responsive and diligent in fixing the issue. I'd recommend this place.

stayed in a condo with a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor, loved the two outdoor patios, but missed not seeing the pool, but everything was wonderful. comfortable bed, very nice condo loved the assortment of dishes. Not much noise on the 3rd floor. love staying at your properties and getting to know the staff and cleaning crew. will stay again in March 2023 for spring break can i have a free night?

Great property, very spacious condo compared to other units in building. Great location. Only knock was that the guest bedroom was described as a queen in the listing description, which is not accurate. Would rent again.

Excellent property. easy to access and easy access to the river run gondola--walk right out. great heated outdoor pool & hot tubs. really nice for families and super close to the village (easy walking distance). Perfect for anyone who wants easy access to both the slopes and all the restaurants/stores.

Great layout of unit (more spacious). Doesn’t have kitchen as fully stocked as other units we’ve stayed in but very nice none the less. Would def stay here again.

Fantastic. The Springs is easy walking distance to the gondola and the River Run plaza where there are many restaurants. Check in was fast at Summit Cove office very close to the condo.

The condo we were in was very nice. A good amount of space and a well stocked kitchen (equipment). The only issue was the sliding door to the patio was missing a screen door so we could not let cool air in without letting bugs in as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only reason for four stars is the carpet was a little dirty/dated and rooms were a little dark. That being said, it is a very nice unit and we would stay again.

A clean nice sized family condo in a convenient location in River Run. We parked in the warm garage and never once had to drive anywhere, we walked.
