We had an amazing time at The Springs 8805! Our unit was clean, equipped with everything we needed and plenty spacious for our group. Short walk to the gondola and village made getting around easy. The Springs has great amenities and the convenience of the ski lockers made the start and end of our days a breeze. Will look to visit again.

One of the two elevators are broken and there is some construction going on but our unit was away on the other side so we never heard any construction related noise. The whole place is very kid friendly so there were a lot of munchkins running around. That could be a feature or a bug depending on the vibe you're looking for. We will definitely

Great condo. Clean, nice location, comfy beds and pillows. Love how convenient it is to the Gondola and lots of space in the bathrooms. We also loved the Memory game and a big plus they had cable! Can make a snowman off back porch. Would definitely be back.

This place was great! Check in was a breeze and the host was very responsive to all questions. Plenty of space in the unit and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast before hitting the slopes. It was also easily walkable to the River Run Gondola as well as the village. The hot tubs, steam room, and heated pools were great amenities after a long day on the mountain. Would certainly stay here again!

Great location. Easy walk to the Gondola. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything. We needed to cook meals. It is small but still had plenty of space for 5 of us. The common areas were so much fun for the teenagers after they got off the slopes.

Family of 5 condo was clean, good communication, Only 3 coffee cups and 4 bowls so we had to take turns having hot coco and eating soup a little disappointment with that as it says sleeps 8! That said personally wouldn’t stay with more then 5, living room is very cramped way to much furniture it would be very hard to pull out the sofa to a bed Springs condos has gone down hill since we stayed last the sauna was broke entire week and so was one hot tub, and the fountain in lobby, we also got cut in glass that was broken all over pool table we didn’t see it was so fine. laundry machine also took my cash and didn’t give coins, also lots of construction right out the door you can hear, not sure I’d stay at the springs again.

We always love staying at The Springs when we visit Keystone. The construction made it difficult and longer to get to the gondola, whereas normally it is quick and just right outside the building. That is by no means the fault of SummitCove or The Springs. I still recommend using SummitCove to book any vacation rentals at Keystone. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and always available should you need anything at all.

Great location 5 min. from River Run Gondola. The condo had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Heated, underground parking was a big plus. Communication with the owner/manager was simple and they were quick to respond. TV setup could use an update but not a big deal.

Unit was excellent, well stocked, comfortable for four, clean and as advertised. First floor location is great. Lobby has nice media room, fireplace, playroom and hangout area that was not crowded. Can’t beat the location for being close to the gondola and everything you want while not being loud. We have two smaller children and access to everything was perfect. Underground parking was plentiful and easy. Property manager allowed us to keep the car parked there on check out day after we checked out which made our last day that much more enjoyable while we skied. Communication with property management as excellent as well. Highly recommend.

The ground floor location was perfect for our Florida kids to play in the snow in the back yard. The full kitchen saved us tons of money on meals. We are right next to the gondola and the hot tub and heated pool were awesome. The property was clean and well stocked. We would absolutely go back!

We loved the condo and the complex. The location is ideal. Our first floor unit was great for hopping on bikes as the summit county bike trail is right behind the unit! The village with restaurants and stores is a one minute walk over a bridge. The pool and hot tubs are beautiful and the kids had a blast on the slide. We are definitely coming back!
