We have been Summit Cove customers for many years and have always loved renting from them. This was our first time staying at The Springs, and we were very excited. The building and amenities did not disappoint; however, the unit’s furniture was quite worn, and the couch had noticeable springs that made it uncomfortable to sit or lie on. There was also peeling paint on the wall, and the kitchen felt extremely cluttered with little available space to store our items. Additionally, after a large snowfall, the walkway to the pool and hot tub was never shoveled. On Sunday evening, my wife slipped on the unshoveled path, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. Other than these issues, we had a pleasant stay overall.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving week and really enjoyed it. We had easy access to pool and hut tub for post-ski swims, which the kids loved. The Summit Cove staff were very responsive. We plan to stay there again next year!

We stayed here over Christmas break. Overall our stay was good. We felt the unit could have been described more accurately as there is a large development under construction between the building and the gondola. As a result, the 150yard walk to the gondola is 3-400 yards. While this may not sound like a lot, when it's cold and you are skiing with kids it is a big difference, particularly when you pay a premium to be so close to the lifts. Further, the views of the mountain mostly blocked by this construction and not reflected in the pictures or description. Lastly, the couch cushions in the unit were in desperate need of replacement as they had springs that were pushing up making it uncomfortable to sit or sleep. On a positive note, the condo was well appointed, with everything needed to stay and cook meals comfortably for the week. Covered and heated parking was nice, and the team was very accessible and helpful.

We had a great stay!!! The poolside location was perfect for our family. We have small children and it was so convenient to walk outside to the pool. That was by far the best part!! We also ran into an issue when checking out. Our vehicle wouldn’t start. I called to ask for a little more time at check out so we could navigate that and have a space for our small children. They extended us an hour which was so helpful! They were also so kind and understanding. We were able to get our car running (dead battery- needed a jump) and leave before our extended time of 11am. This alone would make me want to book with summit again!! Beyond grateful for your compassion and understanding!!

We booked last minute at this location and were very pleased! The walkout to the pool and hot tub were perfect and the short walk to the slopes made it very convenient for us to take a break for lunch and back out to ski. We will stay again!

I have stayed at almost all the River Run properties and The Springs was our favorite!!! The kids loved the pool and we had a first floor room that was steps away! There is also a kid playroom in the lobby which many of the other properties do not have. We loved the room!

Great unit! Best spot in the complex, right next to the pool. Super convenient location with the best pool area in Keystone. They are building a large building right in front so eventually the view will be obstructed but for now, its amazing.

Beautiful condo, we absolutely loved being able to just walk down to the pool. We got a great view of the mountains, the shops were nearby as well as restaurants. Will definitely be booking again

Really loved this unit. It was great for the kids to be able to play in the pool while we made dinner, and a close walk for the cold nights with a towel. They also enjoyed playing pool in the lobby and the kids play room. Nice view of the mountains, there is construction but it was a minimal distraction from the rest of the beauty.
