The apartment was nice. The pool, hot tub, and other facilities were nice. The elevator was horrible, one was broken and the other was non responsive most of the time, going to random floors when summoned. I talk to returning customers that said it was the same last year. That in my opinion is unacceptable. After a long day of skiing having to stand there for five minutes or more was frustrating. Also, we rented a 3 bedroom apartment but it included only one parking spot, and the fact that we had to park one car remotely and pay, even though the parking garage was only half full was also frustrating. The staff was friendly and the common areas were clean.

We loved staying at The Springs. The location was so ideal, minutes walk from the gondola and River Run Village. Kids absolutely loved the pool with slide, which was only a few steps outside the condo door. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Very clean, cozy, and perfect location for hikes or skiing . We loved it :) the whirlpool was also great for relaxing after a long day. The apartment has everything you could ask for. Check in and out as well as parking was also very easy

This is a beautiful big spacious condo with a much-appreciated washer and dryer in the room. We had the great surprise of finding a door leading off the living room just a few flagstone steps lead right to the pool area. This is perfect for kids who love to swim! We really enjoyed the neat pool, awesome slide, and kid-friendly hot tub. The surrounding around the pool are beautiful and it is gorgeously landscaped with flowers. Don’t let the construction scare you off! We really appreciated the discount due to construction but it did not bother us. The construction crew started around 7:45. We are early risers so it didn’t interrupt our coffee time. On Saturday they quit at noon and they did not work on Sunday. We recommend the ride up the mountain on the gondola and taking the open air lift ride down to take in the sounds, smells, and views of the mountain with the wind in your face! What a beautiful and uncrowded little town. We visited during the “hot” time of year but for us it was still a wonderful respite from the heat and humidity in the south. You will want to set the fans in the open windows at night and due to this room being on ground level that posed a slight security concern for me, so I closed the windows and just ran the fans inside the rooms. Not sure what the solution to that would be but just thought I’d mention it. This condo is on the main level of the building and is very quiet. You can door-dash your groceries to the front door of the hotel! The kitchen was fabulous. I cooked all our meals and we had everything we needed and it saved us a lot of money. There is a big gas grill beside the pool for guests to use. The only change I would make is a bigger coffee pot as we loved sitting on the balcony staring at the mountains every morning and an 8 cup carafe didn’t quite cover us. We were able to watch the moon rise in the evenings and it was absolutely glorious. We woke up and took a short walk out the front door and down the road to the right just past the construction site is a nice bike/walking path that takes you right to the gondola. This is a great place and I think it will still be great when the new hotel is finished although I realize the view may be somewhat blocked, it seems to me this condo will still have that nice view of the mountains off the back. We especially enjoyed playing UNO around the big dining table and appreciated the owners having a big box of games for families to get away from electronics and look each other in the eyes. We had a family reunion of about 40 people. Summit Cove was a pleasure to work with. The staff was very accommodating, professional, and accessible. The condo units at the Springs are very comfortable and clean. The kitchens are well stocked with everything you need. The pool at the Springs is fantastic. The grandkids practically spent all day there. I highly recommend Summit Cove Lodging for a great getaway, reunions, weddings, golf outings, etc.

Fabulous! Service was great, we needed an extra humidifier, and It was brought up quickly. The hot tub was great. Everything was wonderful. I walked like I know. It was so easy we do feel a little bit bad for the owners of the springs units because of the new hotel going up but we would definitely be back.

Excellent condo! Great layout, and is very spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Easy access to the hot tub, pool, etc. Nice to have underground parking. Good location with access to the village and slopes.

Springs 8819 was perfect for our two families of four! And that was including 4 teenagers! Beds were comfortable, hot tub was great. The walk to the gondola was a breeze and River run village was close with some good eating options. The summit cove staff was very responsive quickly bringing a humidifier when the one we had was not working. Epic ski rentals delivery and pick Up was great. Everyone was so friendly. And the skiing was fantastic.

The condo was a wonderful experience for us. It was a large 3 BR, 3 bath that would accommodate a large family. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals. The furniture was very comfy. The wrap around porch was perfect for the daily happy hours or relaxing while enjoying the cool mountain air. The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the gondola and river run facilities. There were plenty of restaurants within river run to eat or drink. The check in process was very simple and SummitCove was available for any problems or needs. They are available 24 hours. We will return and stay again in the future.
