The Springs exceeded expectations once again. This was our second time staying here and we came back due to an excellent first experience.
It is well managed, maybe 200 steps to the River Run gondola, about the same to Keystone village, and has a nice hot tub area.
There were a couple minor things that could be improved, such as one of two elevators out of service and a pleather couch that was peeling apart, but those are very minor details compared to the location, coziness, and clear check in/out instructions.
The heated parking and ski lockers were both a big plus. Having visited with my 9yo kids, all these little conveniences make the ski trip much easier and more enjoyable.

I was worried about the walk to the gondola with the surrounding construction but it was super easy even for our 2 kids. They also loved the pool as I had hoped. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful stay!

Great place and great location! We loved the heated garage parking, the easy walk to the gondola and village, and the hot tubs! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean.

Proximity to River run village was excellent, very easy walk even with nearby construction requiring a detour. The pool was enjoyable and overall the stay was easy and relaxing.

The condo was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals with good workspace. The bed was comfortable. The area and this building are quiet at night. The location was a short walk to the bottom of the Gondola. Using the ground floor locking ski lockers minimized carrying equipment to the condo. This condo had a nice view of the base of the gondola and the River Run Slope. The balcony offered the ability to evaluate the weather conditions without having to go down to the ground floor and go outside. All in all a great base of operations for skiing.

Great place - wish we would have planned to stay longer to more fully enjoy all the amenities. Bedroom was a bit smaller than anticipated n barely fit our pack n play but we made it work ! Not much storage spots for bags n things but didn’t matter to us bc of the short stay. Can’t beat the 5 min walk to gondola :)

Just a minor complaint that was fixed right away, overall it was really nice place, I just didn’t like the construction going on the back of the building, the host was very friendly and everything were great, we’ll definitely come back next time.

This was a comfortable condo in a great location with a nice view of the slopes...perfect for a couple or a family with one or two small kids. The pool area is the best I've seen in Keystone. It was a super easy walk of a hundred yards or so to the gondola. Fantastic value for a truly ski-in/ski-out place.

We loved our stay at the Springs. So family friendly and connected to everything river run. The only advice I would give to guests is find the stairs early on - it can be pretty slow waiting for the elevators. But in all reality, the view is perfect, the amenities are in great shape and helpful, and location is unbeatable. Not to mention the property is clean, modern, and beautiful.

This unit looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. It was great for our family of 4. Summit Cove Lodging offers great customer service, I had some questions before I arrived and received a prompt reply to my email inquiry. They called the day before my trip and then when I had a question during our stay and had to call I was connected and received a helpful response. The check in/ check out process was very smooth. The Springs is an awesome condo complex with a heated pool, short walk to the gondola, and short walk to the village for restaurants and shops.

The condo was clean and location conveniently located to the gondola. I would like to mentioned how wonderful Justine in the sales dept. was to work with. I realized on the day of arrival the dates on my contract were not correct a Tuesday arrival ( I should have checked them when signing the contract a few weeks earlier). She was able to accommodate my dates of arrival Sunday, checking out Saturday.

This was our 2nd time booking with Summit Cove, and all was well again. The Springs is a super nice condo, and the outdoor area is gorgeous! The rooms are clean and the building is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at The Springs at River Run in Keystone, Colorado and it was awesome! We have a family of 5 with 3 boys ages 12, 9, and 8. They loved playing pool in the lobby and swimming nightly in the heated hot tub and pool. After they finished swimming they'd make a run for the steam room to warm up. The Springs was a very short walk over to the gondola which took us to the top of the mountain to ski each day. This was our first trip to Keystone, Colorado and we will definitely be back and stay at The Springs again!

The proximity to the gondola and River Run village are great. The unit is OK. The view of the ski area is nice, but the carpet was torn and worn, as was some of the furniture. It also smelled a little funky. A little surprising considering the $300/night price tag (including taxes, etc). The location and pool area are great - unit 8846, meh.

Thanks for letting us know, we have our team going to clean the furniture to make that fresher.  We will have to wait till the end of the season to replace the carpets but will ask the owner to get that done too!  Glad you enjoyed your vacation in Keystone!

Love staying here. This is our second year and it was awesome. Everything we needed was provided at this location. We will continue to stay here! I do have a question/possible suggestion...it seemed like the room heater was preset and couldn’t really be lowered, meaning the room was pretty warm when trying to sleep at night. We opened windows to help but thought I would offer this feedback. Also, looks like the kitchen table chairs are needing to be replaced soon as the seems on most of them were starting to come apart.

Thank you for being a loyal SummitCove customer, we appreciate your business and value your feedback.  We have passed the info about the chairs to our home owner and look forward to seeing you guys when you are back in Keystone.  The Springs Condos in River Run Village is a warm complex in general.  The heat from the other condos and the hallways plus the hot mountain sun shining in the property can heat up the whole building and our heat is either in a on or off mode based on the temp.  Once the building gets hot, the fastest way to cool it off is open the windows and let that cool mountain air inside and crawl under a warm heavy comforter!
