The unit was very spacious and clean, and the ski storage was right next to our front door. The kitchen had everything we needed. The best surprise was that the second bedroom had a bunk bed that had two twin beds at the bottom and a queen on top. Nobody had to sleep on the couch! Easy walk to Peru lift. We would definitely stay here again!

Liked that there were humidifiers for each room. Great location. Provide better instructions on where parking is available. Found out later free parking is on the other side of the spa and lodge. Also recommend provide a recycling bin with info posted in the kitchen to encourage recycling.

Tenderfoot is in beautiful location with trees and Mountain View’s. Fairly short walk over the river to slopes (you can ski check at hut left of lift for $7 if you don’t want to carry skis). Loved the heated garage for skis and the gas fireplace for cozy and the humidifiers). Condo nicely furnished with lots of seating and bed in master is very comfy. Keystoner bakery and other restaurants cohort walk. Mountain house base never was crowded and no lift lines to get high up quick.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Owner was very responsive, the walk to the ski lifts was not far at all, even our 10 and 5 year old didn't complain about the walk! Would definitely stay again!

This place has an excellent view of the mountains, you can even see the ski school area from the balcony. The place was clean, and well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. It is only a short 7 minute walk to the ski school/mountain house base and Peru Lift. The host had great communication and was very helpful.

We were in room 2626, loved the spot! Beautiful view of the mountain and hot tubs. Convenient and pretty walk path to the base of the mountain. Nice people that worked there and stayed there. Convenient parking and layout for our gear and luggage. We were definitely completely satisfied with our stay!!

We had a great long weekend in Keystone. The condo was cozy, clean, and everything was as we expected. We appreciated the king size bed in the master bedroom. My son would have spent the whole weekend in the recliner in the living room! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make several meals. The hot tub area looked very nice, but was unfortunately closed due to COVID.

Fabulous location! The weekend getaway started before the trip with the fantastic communication by the property managing company. During these strange times, we felt confident about the cleanliness of the property. The master bedroom is lovely. The small touches - travel packet of Kleenex, extra paper towels, coffee - were very appreciated.

Overall property was very clean, easy access, spacious for our family of 5 (with 3 teens). Ski lift is 1/4 mile walk which didn’t bother us, just not ski in/ski out access as described. Bring board/card games if you like playing them as the condo had none. Not a necessity but we have been spoiled by other properties having them. If you have a choice to stay near Mountain House or River Run, stay near mountain house. Lifts are much less crowded and easily accessible. We have stayed in a ski in/ski out in River Run Village and would choose the 1/4 mile walk to Mtn House hands down. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location, as it was easy to walk to the lifts and it was centrally located in the town. We were on a girls ski trip so it was 3 girls.

We enjoyed our stay at Tenderfoot Lodge. It is a great location and the condo was very roomy and comfortable. No problems whatsoever! We will look to book at Tenderfoot when we decide to return to Keystone in the winter or again in the summer. Only thing that would make this lodge better is if pets were allowed.

Hello! The place looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Close to everything you need. Check-in was a breeze. The gentleman at check-in was very helpful and gave us great directions to the condo. The place overall was comfortable and lovely.

This is a great place to stay since it is a cozy place with the necessary amenities to have a great stay and it is located in a great spot to visit a lot of the best places Colorado offers within a good driving distances. No too far from Denver No to far from Aspen.

We love the location of this condo but did have issues from the moment we arrived. The handle on the bathtub in the master fell off in my hands the first night we were there. That is not great after a 12 hour drive, we couldn't get the water to turn on and off. The screen door on the balcony is broken. Was last year as well. The dvd did not have the cables we needed to watch movies. The metal strip dividing the tile from carpet at the entrance was coming up. Dangerous to feet. The last morning our coffee pot started leaking. Not sure why. We did get great service when I called about these issues, but what a hassle. This condo needs updating please!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tenderfoot Lodge ... the view from 2626 is lovely. Two ski runs at Mountain House and the hot tubs/common area are visible from the balcony. The Mountain House ski area and restaurants are a quick a scenic walk from the condo too, and the River Run Village is only a few minutes away by car or bus. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, and the kitchen is well-appointed. We were also granted a late checkout to coincide with our flight, and were grateful for that. The team is very responsive. My only criticism is the noise from our upstairs neighbors. It seemed as though they were stomping about at times and could be irritating in the early morning hours. That said, it wasn't frequent enough to deter us from staying at Tenderfoot again.
