Love the property, amenities and proximity to everything for our 2 families! Only reasons we couldn’t give 5 stars were that (minor) the master mattress was like a rubberized brick, and (major) the pool/hot tub was not accessible as advertised until 10pm. We have stayed in the complex before, and we chose it because the 5 kids and all adults were so excited to have the outdoor options after a full day of skiing! However, after 7pm, key cards wouldn’t work for the full facility access on any of the 3 nights. We did call our final night around 8:30 after trying several times, and the rep stated that, “An owner also reported it, and a tech was called. The facility closes at 10.” We tried again, without luck.

We treasured our time together in Keystone Resort--my husband and I and our two children with their families. There was so much to do and the grounds of the whole resort are beautiful. The condo was clean and the roomy; we liked the layout. It was a bit warm, so we would have appreciated a few more working fans (2 or 3 of those provided did not work), but otherwise very well-supplied.

This condo was clean, affordable and very convenient to the slopes with the shuttle pick up right outside! The hot tub and pool were also wonderful additional amenities.

This place was great, and we loved that everyone had their own bed. Close to skiing and shuttles, and we loved the heated pool and hot tub. Compared to other Airbnbs, the kitchen lacked a couple basics (dry measuring cups, plastic wrap), but nothing that would keep us from highly recommending!

Very nice property with lots of room for a large family to relax and enjoy lots of family time. Great views and great accommodations for a fun week of skiing, shopping, ski tubing, and much more. Property manager was awesome and check-in and check out couldn’t have been easier!

Excellent Property, Nice Bedrooms, Murphy bed, Bathrooms, and convenient fireplace, nice dining room and living room. Very few spices in the unit for cooking. There was a loud electrical box beeping noise when we arrived. The management quickly attended to it, but apparently another agency had to fix it (which took until Wednesday, we checked in Sunday). The Managers did what was right and refunded a portion of the fee for our inconvenience (beeping could be heard inside). The day before I left, I heard the same beeping coming from a townhouse about two units away, so it may be a common feature in this development. Upon arrival, the steps were not shoveled and were a bit hazardous. I shoveled the steps so we would not get injured. The next day the sidewalks and steps were totally shoveled, and the day we left, it had snowed overnight and shovelers were hard at work clearing the paths. Management did a great job, were very attentive to our needs, and very friendly. Special thanks to CJ!

This is a great place to stay. We had 2 small maintenance issues when we first arrived and they were very speedy with getting maintenance out to fix it. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The house has everything we needed and more! We would definitely love to come back for a visit and stay again!

Our family of 10, 5 adults and 5 children (16yrs down to 4yrs), and one little weenie dog thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights in Keystone. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The towels were fluffy and nice. The views from all the rooms were splendid and the pool was a huge hit as well as the hot tub. The kitchen was a little small for our group but we managed. We rode horses, fished often, went to a park, ate out some, white water rafted, hiked to Rainbow Lake, and swam at all times of the day. It was a very fun time for us as grandparents to be with our 2 sons, one daughter-in-law, and 5 grandchildren. We made lots of sweet memories

Top notch experiencing staying here! I was in town for a conference and was staying in a disappointing studio condo at the resort. Decided to switch over to this place and it was everything that the condo was not. Tons of space, great vibe, and comfortable!

It’s a 60 second walk to the hot tub and heated pool. The Bus picks up right out front and drops you off at the lift. So convenient. We all loved the place and would definitely recommend it to others. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay for our ski vacation and were even able to bring our small dog. Location is very close to Keystone and there's a shuttle available. Place is clean and spacious. Toiletries were included and the kitchen had sufficient cooking tools. We had been planning to take advantage of the communal hot tub but it was too cold at night to walk back to the house all wet. Living room was comfortable for lounging and hanging out. Overall, a great place.

We had a great stay at this condo and were so lucky to find such a large condo for a single night on the holiday weekend. We spent the evening playing card games and making pizza, a perfect way to celebrate with family. Thank you for sharing this gem with our family!

Great, as usual! We have stayed at Tennis Townhomes 5 times, 2 in 1323 and 3 in 1326. One year we were put in another place across the road - neither of the other places was available - ok but didn't like it nearly as much. It's become a family time, usually 10-12 of us there.

We had a great time. We were very pleased with your housekeeping staff, as the place was very clean. The owner seemed to have thought of the renters' needs. For example, plenty of seating and lamps where one could sit and read when wanted. Footstools to make it more comfortable.

We stayed in two condos - first night in Ski Tip (a last minute add-on to beat the Denver snowstorm), remainder of time at Tennis Townhouse 1326. These comments apply to both but primarily the Tennis Club since we were there the longest. The Tennis Townhouse was a fantastic unit that we really enjoyed.

We came up to the mountains with my family and dog to escape the heat. This was a great location on the western side of keystone, close to Dillon. It worked well with the dog because there was a deck with a gate, great for letting her out. The condo had plenty of room for our family and had everything we needed.

I was impressed with how easy it was to get to the Ski Shuttle, & close pathway to extra parking was a plus. Loved the Hot Tub. I don’t know if I want to say how fabulous this Tennis Condo was, I want it to be available for future vacations. Lol ???

Just far enough away from the crowds. We had a great time with this place as our base camp. 5 adults and one kid. Lots to do for everyone & close by. If you have a large Family this is the spot. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The place is stocked with everything you could want too, no roughing it. When I come with the Family this is where I will stay!

Stayed at this property the week before Christmas. We had a wonderful time! The condo is spacious and homey, with lots of personal touches like games for the family to enjoy, nice dishes and pots and pans for our use, and books for a little light reading. We stayed with in other family (making eight of us) and there was plenty of room for all. We can't wait to go back in the future!

This condo was the perfect size for 8 adults. There are two double beds and two king beds plus a futon in the den and a pull out couch. The kitchen situation was on point and there is lots of space to hang out, relax, cook, eat, etc. There are 3 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and a ski closet right by the front door. Easy parking, check in/out. Hot tub is a short walk (maybe 50 yards away) and the shuttle to the mountain comes every 20 minutes. We absolutely loved it.

Our family had a great experience in this townhome. The stay went very well and the place was great in all aspects. Even the pool and hot tub were close by and a great addition at the end of a long day of skiing. Would recommend this to anyone with a larger family and needing space. Location was a few steps from shuttle to mountain and was a very quick ride.

We came up with a group of 9 friends from Texas for the first time. We absolutely loved our condo, it was clean and cozy. The lodging office was extremely nice and helpful, we had no issues whatsoever. We will be back!!

The location and home itself were perfect for our stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. The home is well-appointed and everyone found their beds to be very comfortable. We were disappointed that the home wasn't as clean as it should have been upon our arrival (some clutter left under the sofas and in one of the bedrooms) and for a non-smoking home, one bedroom definitely smelled like smoke.

Thank you for staying with SummitCove.  I am sorry you did not find the cleaning to be up to your standards and it smelled like smoke, all or our properties are non smoking and we should have caught that before you checked in. We have inspected this again and believe the issues are gone.

This was our family's 4th stay at Keystone - 3x at Tennis Townhomes, once at Liftside since TT was booked. Liftside condo nice/comfortable, but 3 flights of stairs proved a bit much for a 76-year-old! We like the privacy that TT provides, and especially liked 1326. Staff at Summitcove A+!

Hi! We stay with y’all every year, and this year I was a bit disappointed. We love tennis townhomes and we are so grateful for the fact that we can bring our beloved dog! We also love the location! However, One of the showers was not working, many of the window blinds would not open or stay open, and we felt that the house was not as clean as it had been previously. Obviously, this will not change our minds about coming to Keystone every summer and winter, but we just thought our input could be of some value to you! Thanks for helping us create Colorado memories!
