The Springs Condo Pool – The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs are what make The Springs condos the MOST desirable place to stay in all of River Run Village at Keystone. Featuring a huge outdoor pool with a natural water slide along with numerous hot tubs and waterfalls. Open year-round! Your Kids will never let you stay somewhere else besides the Springs Condos in Keystone again!

The Courtyard – If you thought the pool is awesome at The Springs condos, just take a look around at the courtyard! Featuring 2 hot tubs…one for kids and one for adults, and a fire pit with benches surrounding and a gas grill for you to cook your own trout! The Springs Condos' courtyard is by far the most feature-packed in all of River Run Village at Keystone.

Rec Room Lobby – Featuring a pool table in the lobby with a small mini-bar to keep your drinks cool. The lobby features a huge gas fireplace, super comfortable sofas, foosball and more. There is a fully equipped weight room on the main floor if you wish to get a workout in during your stay with us at the Springs condos.

Kids Play Room – Located right in the lobby of The Springs condos there is a separate room for kids while you play pool or watch TV with your fellow travelers. Lots of toys, and videotapes are all tucked into a secure location so the kids can’t wander off too far.

Heated Underground Parking – As with all properties in River Run Village, you’ll have heated underground parking for your car, directly under The Springs Condos so you won’t have to worry about trying to start it up in the cold or scrape any ice off the windows.

Walk to Slopes! – Pop out any door at The Springs at River Run, and you’ll be at the ski lift in about 2 minutes by foot along heated, snow-cleared pathways. The Springs offer dozens of private condos right at the base of Keystone Ski Resort. A perfect luxury condo getaway for your family and friends.

Shops, Rentals, Ski School & Restaurants Nearby – Located right in River Run Village, just off to the side, you have easy access to all the fun and excitement of River Run Village. You can walk to the Keystone ski slope at the base of the gondola just a few dozen steps away. Stop by one of the River Run restaurants for a tasty bite and cocktail or browse the shops looking for your Keystone souvenir. It's all right in River Run.

Bike Path – In the summer months, the bike path runs right next to The Springs condo building and allows access to all the features of the Keystone Resort Valley. Follow the bike path all the way through River Run Village, down the valley to Lake Dillon, the town of Dillon, the town of Frisco, and Breckenridge if want to venture further. You could bike over Vail Pass if you wanted, or you could enjoy the amazing building amenities The Springs has to offer and enjoy your vacation sipping mimosas by the pool watching skiers slide down River Run.

Laundry – Laundry is located on the 2nd and 4th floors at the northernmost corner of the building. Laundry is coin-operated.

Theater Room – Don’t miss the incredible theater room in the main lobby of the Springs Condos. Stocked with a monster 60″ screen, blu-ray player, and plenty of movies to choose from, this place is IT! The stadium seating and extremely comfortable leather sofas make this an experience for the whole family.
