Alders 46 is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Keystone. The townhome is a newly constructed 4-bedroom home that sleeps 12 and with many great features, you will not want to miss staying here.

Alders 46 is a beautiful updated, newly constructed 4 bedroom townhome that sleeps up to 12 guests and features a two garage parking, with two extra parking spots in the driveway. Enjoy a winter or a summer vacation in this spacious and beautifully furnished townhome. The home also features a full-size washer and dryer, plus a gas fireplace for a cozy night in.

Kitchen and Dining Area
This brand new kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless steel kitchen appliances. The kitchen has all your basic needs to recreate a perfect homemade meal. The chic dining area seats up to 6 guests and with four extra seats at the breakfast bar.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan to cool you down during summer, and an amazing private bathroom for an easy morning. You will also find a large king-size bed and a flat-screen TV to enjoy a perfect evening. The bedroom also has a private deck.

Upstairs guest bedroom: The upstairs bedroom features an adult bunk bed to sleep up to 4 guests. Perfect for any young adults or for extra guests joining along.

Downstairs Guest Bedrooms: One bedroom features a king-size bed, while the other features a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms shared a bathroom located feet away from the bedroom entrances. The downstairs den also features a queen pull out sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress.

Parking Instructions:

Parking is in the 2-car heated garage and in the driveway. Per HOA rules, only 4 vehicles allowed in the driveway. No parking in the road or you will be towed. Overflow parking is available in Hunki Dori, Gold Bug, Mountain House A,B,D,E lots for self-pay. Free overflow parking is available in the Keystone Lodge and Spa Lot near the conference center. Vehicles parked without a parking pass will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.

Distance to Shuttle:

From November through April, a free Keystone Resort shuttle picks up three times per hour at the corner of Independence Rd and Independence Ln. Exit your driveway to the left and take your next right. Walk down the hill past the trash shed and you will see a sign that says "Keystone Resort Shuttle". For more information or to request an on call shuttle please call Keystone Transportation at 970-496-4200.
