Arapahoe Lodge 8105

It is as advertised. Place is in the village, quick walk to the lift. Hot tub, spacious room. Cooking in and hang. Check in is easy and the staff are helpful. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 is the elevator was broken. It was a little bit of a pain to carry stuff up from the garage to the room. Other than that great location, clean and great place to stay

This was the third year I stayed at the same condo. Disappointed this year on multiple levels. 1- the only building elevator was not working. No one told me of that - so I get to the property and had to figure it out. No direct access from the garage to the building either. 2- the bbq grill that had been there the past two years was gone. 3- no working ice maker or even ice trays that had been there the past two years. 4 - the carpet was very dirty and stained far worse than it had been. 5 - the furniture was all scratched up- showing wear. No concession or even concern by Management over the disruption in the stay. Will definitely Not Return to this property again. It’s just turned into a dirty room with a close walk to the gondola !

We also don’t see any record that these issues were reported during your visit—had we known, we would have done our best to address them right away. Regarding the elevator, we understand how frustrating the outage was. We were notifying guests during final pre-arrival calls, and while we left you a voicemail, we were unable to reach you directly. The HOA is working on repairs, with the elevator expected to be operational again on December 5th. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you as well for noting the concerns with the BBQ grill, ice maker, carpet, and furniture. We’ll be reviewing each item with our team and the property owner. Excellent condo (Arapahoe #8105) is a convenient location for lifts, restaurants and everything else in River Run Village. Good value for money.

We really loved this room, the location is great- just a short walk to the lifts and right next to the grocery store! We loved having the Murphey bed in the room too! We will definitely book this room again!

Check in was very easy. The condo was very nice, had a lot of room, was very clean and well furnished. The view from the deck was great. We were impressed with the follow up text to check if we got in ok and supply the internet passwords and other information. We will definitely be back.

Excellent. I have been to many ski resort apartments and this one was super clean and well equipped. All kitchen utensils in perfect conditions. Everything was amazing!!
