A second bedroom downstairs features a flat screen TV with shared bathroom to the bunk room nearby. This room is located across the hall from the downstairs master bedroom and laundry room.

This lower level bedroom is an excellent room for the kids. A shared bathroom is available for use with this bedroom.
Downstairs porch
This outdoor porch, connecting in two places, give great access to the hot tub.
Living Room
Located on the main level of the home and open to the kitchen and dining area this inviting family room features ample seating, a large television and a gorgeous custom stone hearth. With vaulted ceilings and large picture windows displaying the views to the northwest you will never get tired of taking in the scenery from here. The access to two decks, including one with a private gas grill, and outside seating the great room in this home is your vacation central.
Kitchen
For the chef in any family this custom gourmet kitchen features a gas range, a large refrigerator and dual ovens, along with ample counter space for easy food preparation. The Kitchen also features a mini fridge, two sinks, and two dishwashers as well as a pull out broiler. With plenty of seating at the island this is a great place to enjoy each others company while a meal is being prepared.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom on the main floor features a large flat screen TV and inviting bed. The luxurious private bathroom features a shower as well as a jetted tub.
Upstairs Master
Another master and an ensuite private bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub, Also has a large TV and access to a private upper balcony.
Loft
There is a full size futon in the upper level loft area.

Gorgeous House & Wonderful Time!
The Goldenrod House is very large and spacious with plenty of room (we had 3 families). Large kitchen (multiple ovens) and large great room were perfect for our family get-togethers. The house has three levels with 5 bedrooms. Summit Cove staff was wonderful and helped with all of our needs. We were close to 2 golf courses and the Keystone Ranch restaurant. We loved our stay at this property! We had 14 people overall. All adults and there was plenty of room. The home is situated on a corner lot and has beautiful views. There is plenty of room to entertain. The hot tub is small but was very nice in the evenings. And the deck in the back of the house was perfect to just sit and enjoy the stars. We would visit again!

Wonderful House in Keystone!
This Keystone Ranch house was perfect for several families. The large kitchen table is a great place to gather. Everybody was comfortable, the only exception being the bunk room, where the top bunk was very squeaky. Great House for a large party. Very comfortable with nice amenities
This house is perfect for a large group. 14 to 15 people. The futon is not comfortable, so we did not use it. We had an air mattress for the 14th person. The house is very spacious with a lot of amenities. The kitchen has so many appliances, it can be overwhelming. The markings on the stove and ovens were pretty worn, so we had to guess what temperature we were setting it at. The house was comfortable for everyone. The top bunk in the bunk room was comfortable, but made a lot of noise when you moved around. The management company, Summit Cove was wonderful. Our son was married at Keystone Ranch and we rented this home for our entire family. The home was perfect for our family of 14 and it was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The rooms are large and well decorated. We enjoyed the decks and used the hot tub. Our stay was during the summer but I'm positive a winter stay would be wonderful. It's location had great views and the sunsets were beautiful.
