We had an active mouse in the condo and it was very frustrating to get a hold of anyone to help resolve the issue. The maintenance man finally arrived with 2 traps even though I had sent a message to bring steel wool to close the mouse hole. The maintenance man had to go to Lowe's to get steel wool and return to close the hole. My husband found a piece of wood in a closet to block the mouse hole. Then whomever I spoke with wanted proof that there was a mouse in the condo. There were multiple traps throughout the condo which suggests that this is a known problem in that condo.

Personally I liked it but 2 important things of note for anybody staying there. Summit Cove (circa 2021-2025) used to ALWAYS provide coffee in the rooms. The last 2 stays they've not done this which reduces my rating. Also 2 other issues to be aware of: 1) Our car didn't fit in the garage (6'10) 2) It's 0% Handicap accessible. There are no ramps and you cannot drive right up to the unit - if we didn't have a wagon with us it would be very difficult to lug all our stuff to the unit.

The place was very nice and well appointed for my ski vacation with my son. The proximity to the slopes and the pool/hot tub were very convenient. My only complaint would be that the TV in the bedroom was not working. Everything else was just as described. I will definitely be back for another ski vacation next year.

Love the sound of the water and hummingbirds, it was so peaceful! The fireplace is one of the best working! It was like home.

A spacious and well maintained condo. Walking distance to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. Right next to the pool. The unit and parking are in different buildings both slightly tucked away from the main road, but the provided directions were easy enough to follow. Ski lockers in the foyer were a nice bonus. Only thing we couldn't enjoy was the fireplace - plenty of wood was provided but nothing else to get the fire going.

Place was a short walk to the lifts which was nice, and is spacious for a condo. Pretty easy to access as well. We would stay here again.

Great location. Near keystone resort with lots of shops, restaurants and skiing/ snowboarding. Kids loved ten tubing at top of mountain. Garage parking was a plus with the cold weather and snow. Fireplace and wood were the perfect touch to this little apartment. Couldn’t ask for a better time than we had in Keystone. Wouldn’t definitely stay again if we got the chance. Little tricky to find it but after calling office we were able to find the garage and park then just walk back to the apartment.
