There's a ton to love about this place... This could easily be a 5-star review, but the "bad" was really frustrating... For a place that was almost $1k per night during the Christmas/peak season, everything should be in good working order. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The dishwasher is in absolute disrepair and needs to be replaced before I would ever recommend this place. Besides the fact that it was a cheap, crappy dishwasher, it was also broken in multiple ways. First, the wheels on the bottom rack were missing, so it couldn't be slid in/out, but had to be. picked-up to be moved. When the bottom rack was pulled out, the entire dishwasher would pull away from the cabinet as it wasn't connected to the cabinet correctly. To load it, you had to actively hold it so the entire unit didn't slide out... With a family of 7 staying here, not having a functional dishwasher was a real bummer. I'd highly recommend requiring the dishwasher to be replaced before staying here... The only other "negative" is well-documented in their photos, but I will share that the entry stairs to the first level are significant. I'm not sure how to best describe them besides sharing that they seem a bit narrower than expected and it feels like more than a normal flight of stairs. My father (83) was with us and he's not usually deterred by stairs, but these steps really challenged him and gave him pause on how often he would venture out of the unit... My gf detested the pillows... I was so exhausted each night that I really didn't notice them and didn't care, but I'll admit they seemed really cheap. To be 100% fair, there were a couple of nicer pillows that we found in the kid's bunk room on the final night, so maybe just make sure and hunt around for the nicest pillows before you let your kids commandeer the good ones! That's all of the negatives, so now for the fun part of the review! The place is setup brilliantly for a family! The master suite is truly a "suite" and has tons of privacy as it's on its own floor. The bed was fantastic, shower was hot with great water pressure and it had great feature like a toilet closet, fireplace and private balcony that were wonderful! I don't think I could have hoped for a more wonderful master suite to escape to after a long day of skiing and long night of entertaining the kiddos! The kid's bunk room is pretty perfect. Our kids loved the fact they each had their own bed and the TV in their bedroom was a fun bonus for them! The kitchen is nice and sufficiently stocked with utensils, plates, etc. We really liked the fact that the kitchen table had a bench so we were able to comfortably get all 7 of us around the table. The balconies next to the kitchen is pretty great as well! The washer/dryer is perfectly sufficient, but be forewarned they are really small! Also, opening the detergent compartment requires knowing a little trick that the release is a slider under the compartment. I'm very thankful I stumbled upon it before breaking the thing trying to just muscle it open!

The townhome for the 7 of us was really great. It was well stocked for 5 nights (ie toilet paper and paper towels along with kitchen supplies). Beds were comfortable, 3 full baths was nice and the place stayed warm. Quick drive to River Run parking lot at Keystone or walk down to catch a shuttle. Office team at SummitCove is very responsive in the lead-up and during although we didn’t really run into any issues.

As advertised. There were 7 of us, two adults and 5 young adults. Place was well stocked and appeared to have new flooring installed. The place was well stocked to cook and general toiletries (humidifier for the Florida boys, heated floors in bathroom, towels, toilet paper and initial shampoo / conditioner). Beds were solid and place was warm. The garage and space for a second car was great. Location was convenient, we just drove up early (5 min) to river run lot but you could catch a shuttle too from nearby. We didn’t really need them but property management was responsive in the lead up and while we were there.

When we arrived to our home, we were a little surprised that there was a pretty decent size leak in the family room. Ceiling. summitcove was unaware of the situation since we believe it just occurred when the cleaning staff was there. Once we informed them, they couldn’t have been more accommodating. we thought we might have it to leave and go to another unit until we figured out how large this leak was and if we needed to vacate therefore, it made no sense to go to the grocery store and shop for seven people if we were moving. Josh at Summit Cove brought us dinner for seven and went to the grocery store to grab breakfast and lunch supplies for the next day for us. He Came back multiple times to bring things that he felt we needed. We were so thankful and grateful for his hospitality, it made what could’ve been a troubling situation moving seven of us, and all of our things into a wonderful experience! Every person I spoke to from Josh to Nate to Dara and Rhonda was very professional, as well as understanding and accommodating. Thank you!!

Condo was very nice. Decor was ski lodge rustic. Covid protocols removed bedspreads and left comforters between sheets-not what we expected. Comfortable but not nearly as attractive. Would have been perfect if not for the heat-too much heat Condo was on the second and third floors - we never turned on the heat, had the manual thermostat turned all the way down, yet we were uncomfortably warm. Picturesque setting nestled in the pine forest. Would definitely recommend. Had a great family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. A few little things would make it even better. We stayed 17 nights and had to ask for more toilet paper, kleenex and dish soap more than once. When someone books a stay for that long it would be great to at least get one box of kleenex rather than little purse packets. Also a small bottle of dish soap rather than one that lasts 3 or 4 uses. There were rarely towels at the pool so we had to bring them from the condo. Otherwise all was great. The staff was very friendly when we locked ourselves out a couple times, which we really appreciated.

Comfortable rental, convenient and helpful check in! This place was about as perfect as it gets! We asked for humidifiers after the first night - they were delivered to the unit promptly.
