Access your private balcony from here - and if you do need to sleep a couple extras, the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed.

This full size kitchen comes completely equipped with everything you might to prepare a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has been modernized with beautiful granite counter tops and plenty of space. The dining area is nearby and convenient to the kitchen, so the family chef can always stay involved with the conversations.

Parking is unassigned in the parking garage, ONLY ONE VEHICLE PER CONDO ALLOWED IN THE GARAGE. Overflow parking is available in Hunki Dori, Gold Bug, Mountain House A,B,D,E lots for self pay. Free overflow parking is available in the Keystone Lodge and Spa Lot near the conference center. Vehicles parked without a parking pass will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.

Laundry Information:
Located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors on the North wing (exit elevator to the right). Walk down the hallway, the laundry room is located around the corner to the left. Machines are coin operated: $1.75 for the washer, $1.50 for the dryer. Change machines are available in all laundry rooms and the 2nd floor laundry room has purchasable washer detergent.

There is a grill located in the courtyard by the pool.

Great Family Place to Stay

Key card
I checked in in the morning and got a key card to the common area. Then went skiing. I wish I could have been given a key card to the room at that time but had to go back after skiing to get another card. Also, the room key card doesn’t work in the common areas which is weird. Need to carry around two cards. Other than that, loved the place and plan to come back.

This condo is very close to the gondola and Riverrun. The condo is very nice overlooking the pool and hot tube. It also has a great view of the mountain. Has everything you need.

Close to gondola!
Pros- close to gondola, close to laundry, comfortable for 3 people Cons- Room far away from elevator, pool is right outside (downstairs)and you can hear every kid yelling until 10 PM. Bed is VERY soft. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen to cook and plenty of plates/utensils. The Springs is the perfect condo location! Best stay at the Springs!
Room 8838 was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans, dishes etc— friends were staying in other Springs condos that only had 3 spoons or no cooking utensils... The check in process was very easy. Condo was really nice. Overlooks the pool and a great view of the mountain.
