Springs #8910 is a beautiful and cozy two bedroom condo located in River Run Village, a short walk to the gondola, shopping, and dining. With access to an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, theater room, a pool table, and more, everyone in your group will love staying at this amazing property! 
 

Park in the underground, heated garage and elevator up to our top floor, vaulted ceiling, two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse which is on the quieter side of the building & close to everything Keystone Resort has to offer! The large deck overlooks the gorgeous mountains and inside there is a new big flat screen HDTV with a Blu Ray DVD player that is Wi-fi enabled (you can access Netflix, Hulu, etc) and an Xfinity X1 system in the living room. There is also an iHome music player and flatscreen HDTV in the master bedroom and another flatscreen HDTV with built-in DVD player in the second bedroom for your entertainment pleasure!

 

At Keystone, you can enjoy night skiing (17 lighted trails!), snowmobiling, skating on North Americas largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor rink, tubing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, sleigh rides, or a romantic dinner at the top of the mountain. The sky is truly the limit here!


Summertime in River Run Village is no less spectacular. Festivals run throughout the year (Bluegrass and Beer, and Wine & Jazz and Oktoberfest to name a few). Parking Instructions:

Parking is unassigned in the parking garage, ONLY ONE VEHICLE PER CONDO ALLOWED IN THE GARAGE. Overflow parking is available in Hunki Dori, Gold Bug, Mountain House A,B,D,E lots for self pay. Free overflow parking is available in the Keystone Lodge and Spa Lot near the conference center. Vehicles parked without a parking pass will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.

Shuttle Information:

There is a free Keystone resort shuttle located at the corner of Hunki Dori Ct & Montezuma Road. Please call 970-496-4200 for more information, bus schedules or to request an on-call shuttle.

Laundry Information:

Located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors on the North wing (exit elevator to the right). Walk down the hallway, the laundry room is located around the corner to the left. Machines are coin operated: $1.75 for the washer, $1.50 for the dryer. Change machines are on the 2nd floor.

BBQ Grill Information:

A common area grill is located in the courtyard by the hot tub area. Please be courteous and clean up the grill area after use. Also, if you bring any cookware down to use, please return it to the condo.
