Springs #8829 is the perfect year-round for your mountain escape. This 2nd floor, the two-bedroom condo has everything to make the most of your next vacation. The Springs building features an underground parking garage, complex gym, theater room, heated outdoor pool, and hot tub. Not only does the Springs have fantastic amenities but you will be staying in a great location. The River Run Village is right outside your backdoor and offers many restaurants and shopping.

There is a mudroom when you enter into the condo and plenty of space to take off your boots and hang your jackets
Kitchen and Dining Area
This gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. The chef in the group will have access to the pot, pans, dishes, and utensils they will need to cook for the group. The dining table has enough seating for 6 and extra sitting at the breakfast bar, so there is plenty of space for everyone to eat together or even gather for a board game.
Living Room
The large living room features a pullout couch, mounted flat-screen tv, and a gas fireplace. If you are in need of some fresh air and want to take in the views, there is a private deck right off of the living room
Master Bedroom
If it is privacy your after the master bedroom is a nice place to relax. This room features a flat-screen tv and a private bathroom
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom features a flat-screen tv and great views. There is also extra closet space.

The Springs has one of the best pool areas in Keystone! Enjoy walking to the slopes and everything in the village. You'll have access to one parking spot in the underground parking garage.

Great condo!
Our family of 4 plus grandma stayed in this cute condo over 4th of July weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the condo was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends visiting that area!- Anonymous U , Posted:
Awesome place
This place is a great place to rent. Located on the second floor. Tons of room to stretch out after a day of skiing. Hot tub was open with a reservation. A must have after a hard day at work. The only negative would be that the tv in the master bedroom only worked about 2 minutes, then would be unwatchable. A minor issue. This is a lovely condo and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The keypad lock is great during the day when people are coming and going at different times. However, we were disappointed that at night there was no deadbolt or chain lock to secure the door from the inside.
